Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic voucher printing system, which comprises a printer, a printer controller, a voucher printing management module and a database, wherein a voucher comprises an order, and the database stores a list of the order to be printed and the ticket number of the order; the voucher printing management module sets a printing rule corresponding to the printer and the order; the printer controller sends an order printing request; the printer acquires order ticket numbers, sequences the order ticket numbers and returns a first order ticket number; the printer controller sends the state of the first order ticket number to the printer; the printer prints the first order and updates the status of the ticket number of the first order in the database. Through the intercommunication and the cooperation of the voucher printing management module, the printer controller, the printer and the database, the automatic printing of the voucher is realized, and the automatic printing of the voucher comprising an order, an invoice, a bill and the like can be automatically completed without the help of third-party software.

The invention relates to an automatic voucher printing system.
Background
In the prior art, a certificate printing system, especially a certificate printing system for reimbursement, realizes printing of a certificate through third-party software and a manual operation mode, and finally mails the certificate to a user. Due to the defects of high labor cost, high mailing cost, easy error of mailing addresses and the like caused by the manual operation mode, the voucher obtaining mode is low in efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that in the prior art, the mode for acquiring the certificate by a user is low in efficiency and easy to make mistakes due to manual certificate printing, and provides an automatic certificate printing system.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:
an automatic voucher printing system is characterized by comprising a printer, a printer controller, a voucher printing management module and a database, wherein the printer controller, the voucher printing management module and the database are in communication connection with the printer, the voucher comprises orders, and a to-be-printed order list consisting of the orders and the state of order ticket numbers of the orders are stored in the database;
the voucher printing management module is used for setting a printing rule corresponding to the printer and the order;
the printer controller is used for sending an order printing request to the printer;
the printer is used for acquiring the order ticket numbers of the orders corresponding to the printing rules after receiving the order printing request, sequencing the order ticket numbers according to a preset sequence, and returning a first order ticket number to be printed to the printer controller;
the printer controller is also used for sending the state of the first order ticket number to the printer after receiving the first order ticket number;
the printer is also used for printing a first order according to the state of the ticket number of the first order and updating the state of the ticket number of the first order in the database.
Preferably, the voucher further includes invoices corresponding to the order, the database further stores a state of each invoice, the printer controller is further configured to send a invoice printing request to the printer, and the printer is further configured to print the invoice corresponding to the order according to the invoice printing request and update the state of the invoice in the database.
Preferably, the voucher further includes a receipt corresponding to the order, the database further stores a status of each receipt, the printer controller is further configured to send a receipt printing request to the printer, and the printer is further configured to print the receipt corresponding to the order according to the receipt printing request, and update the status of the receipt in the database.
Preferably, the voucher printing management module is further configured to set a travel order number segment in the printer, and the printer further includes a first determining module, where the first determining module is configured to determine whether the travel order number segment can satisfy printing of an order in the to-be-printed order list, and obtain an order ticket number of the order corresponding to the printing rule according to the order printing request when a determination result is yes.
Preferably, the printer further includes a second determining module, where the second determining module is configured to determine whether the status of the invoice in the database is available, and print the invoice corresponding to the order according to the invoice printing request if the status of the invoice in the database is available.
The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: according to the invention, the automatic printing of the voucher is realized through the mutual communication and cooperation of the voucher printing management module, the printer controller, the printer and the database, and the automatic printing of the voucher comprising an order, an invoice, a face order and the like can be automatically completed only by sending a corresponding printing request by the printer controller and executing corresponding processing by the printer without the aid of third-party software.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides an automatic voucher printing system, as shown in fig. 1-2, including a printer 1, a printer controller 2, a voucher printing management module 3 and a database 4, all of which are in communication connection with the printer, wherein the voucher includes orders, and the database stores a list of orders to be printed, which is formed by the orders, and a status of order ticket numbers of each of the orders;
the order can be an air ticket order, a travel order, an accommodation order, a goods purchase order and the like. The status of the order ticket number may include the content of the order, whether the order is printed, the time when the order is printed, the number of times the order is printed, and the like, and the status of the order ticket number of this embodiment may be one or more of them. And the data table of the order may be as shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from table 1, the printing of the order can be performed in a task group, and the status of the task group determines whether the order requires automatic printing; and the task group may be assigned to a different claimant to handle the task. And the data table format of the order is not limited to table 1.
The voucher printing management module is used for setting a printing rule corresponding to the printer and the order;
the printing rule refers to which items are printed and laid out according to specific types of orders, for example, for an order of type a, an order page of type X which covers the items B, C and D needs to be printed. The following table 2 is a data table for the printing rules shown in the air ticket order, but the printing rules of the present embodiment are not limited thereto.

As can be seen from table 2, different rule names are assigned for different order types, for example, for an air ticket order, the printing rule ID (identification number) of the order is assigned according to the parameter items including the city and the airport. It can be understood that the chinese definitions of the field names in table 1 and table 2 are a column of "description" in the table, and the english descriptions of the columns of "type" and "default" are common expression methods for those skilled in the art to establish the data table, and this embodiment is not described in detail herein.
The printer controller is used for sending an order printing request to the printer;
the printer is used for acquiring the order ticket numbers of the orders corresponding to the printing rules after receiving the order printing request, sequencing the order ticket numbers according to a preset sequence, and returning a first order ticket number to be printed to the printer controller;
the order ticket number refers to the number of the order.
The printer controller is also used for sending the state of the first order ticket number to the printer after receiving the first order ticket number;
the printer is also used for printing a first order according to the state of the ticket number of the first order and updating the state of the ticket number of the first order in the database.
It is understood that the printer may automatically complete the printing operation of the subsequent order according to the setting after completing the printing of the first order. And the status of the first order ticket number may be represented as a change in status to the order ticket numbers before and after the printing operation is performed.
The voucher further comprises invoices corresponding to the orders, the database further stores the state of each invoice, the printer controller is further used for sending an invoice printing request to the printer, and the printer is further used for printing the invoices corresponding to the orders according to the invoice printing request and updating the states of the invoices in the database.
The voucher further comprises a bill corresponding to the order, the database further stores the state of each bill, the printer controller is further used for sending a bill printing request to the printer, and the printer is further used for printing the bill corresponding to the order according to the bill printing request and updating the state of the bill in the database.
Aiming at the printing of the invoice and the bill, the scheme can realize the automatic printing of the invoice and the bill by setting the interface for printing the invoice and the bill in the system. And the updating of the status of invoices and bills may be exemplified by: the status of the invoice and/or order corresponding to the order is s1 before the invoice and/or order is printed, and the status of the invoice and/or order corresponding to the order is s2 after the printing of the invoice and/or order is completed.
The voucher printing management module is further configured to set a travel order number section in the printer, and the printer further includes a first judgment module 11, where the first judgment module is configured to judge whether the travel order number section can meet the requirement for printing an order in the order list to be printed, and when a judgment result is yes, obtain an order ticket number of the order corresponding to the printing rule according to the order printing request.
The travel itinerary number segment refers to a segment section formed by the numbers of a plurality of travel itineraries. The type of order involved in the travel itinerary may typically be an airline or travel order, and the printer may print the airline or travel order within the number segment according to the travel itinerary number segment. To improve the reliability and effectiveness of the voucher printing.
The printer further comprises a second judging module 12, which is used for judging whether the state of the invoice in the database is available or not, and printing the invoice corresponding to the order according to the invoice printing request if the judging result is yes.
In addition, whether the available invoices exist or not is judged before the invoices are printed, so that the reliability and the effectiveness of voucher printing can be improved.
Through the intercommunication and the cooperation of voucher printing management module, printer controller, printer and database, realized printing the automation of voucher, need not to send corresponding printing request with the help of third party software, only need the printer controller, the printer carries out corresponding processing, can accomplish the automation including voucher such as order, invoice, face list and print automatically.

Claims (5)

An automatic voucher printing system is characterized by comprising a printer, a printer controller, a voucher printing management module and a database, wherein the printer controller, the voucher printing management module and the database are in communication connection with the printer, the voucher comprises orders, and a to-be-printed order list consisting of the orders and the state of order ticket numbers of the orders are stored in the database;
the voucher printing management module is used for setting a printing rule corresponding to the printer and the order;
the printer controller is used for sending an order printing request to the printer;
the printer is used for acquiring the order ticket numbers of the orders corresponding to the printing rules after receiving the order printing request, sequencing the order ticket numbers according to a preset sequence, and returning a first order ticket number to be printed to the printer controller;
the printer controller is also used for sending the state of the first order ticket number to the printer after receiving the first order ticket number;
the printer is also used for printing a first order according to the state of the ticket number of the first order and updating the state of the ticket number of the first order in the database.

The automated voucher printing system of claim 1, wherein the voucher further comprises invoices corresponding to the order, wherein the database further stores a status for each invoice, wherein the printer controller is further configured to send an invoice print request to the printer, wherein the printer is further configured to print the invoice corresponding to the order based on the invoice print request and update the status of the invoice in the database.

An automated voucher printing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the voucher further comprises a voucher corresponding to the order, the database further stores the status of each voucher, the printer controller is further configured to send a voucher printing request to the printer, and the printer is further configured to print the voucher corresponding to the order according to the voucher printing request and update the status of the voucher in the database.

The automatic voucher printing system of claim 1, wherein the voucher printing management module is further configured to set a travel order number section in the printer, and the printer further comprises a first determining module, and the first determining module is configured to determine whether the travel order number section can satisfy printing of an order in the to-be-printed order list, and obtain an order ticket number of the order corresponding to the printing rule according to the order printing request if the determination result is yes.
5. The automated voucher printing system of claim 2, wherein the printer further comprises a second determination module, the second determination module is configured to determine whether the status of the invoice stored in the database is available, and if so, print the invoice corresponding to the order according to the invoice printing request.
