本发明专利属于空气净化设备领域,尤其涉及一种室内甲醛检测与净化装置。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇等类型。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。
现有空气净化器的结构比较复杂,生产成本比较高,因此,有必要对现有技术进行改进。
发明内容
本发明专利针对上述技术问题,提供了一种结构比较简单,生产成本比较低的室内甲醛检测与净化装置。
本发明专利所采用的技术方案为:
一种室内甲醛检测与净化装置,其特征在于:包括机壳、第一活性炭过滤网、抽风机、第一光触媒催化网、第二光触媒催化网、第一隔板、第二隔板、第三隔板、第四隔板、紫外灯管、第二活性炭过滤网,所述机壳的底部一侧倾斜设置有第一进风口并且其底部另一侧倾斜设置有第二进风口,所述机壳的顶部一侧倾斜设置有第一出风口并且其顶部另一侧倾斜设置有第二出风口,所述第一进风口上安装有第一过滤棉网,所述第二进风口上安装有第二过滤棉网,所述第一活性炭过滤网呈漏斗形并且其安装于所述机壳的下部,所述抽风机安装于所述机壳内部并且其位于所述第一活性炭过滤网的上方,所述第一光触媒催化网、第二光触媒催化网依次安装于所述机壳内部并且其位于抽风机的上方,所述第一隔板、第二隔板、第三隔板、第四隔板依次安装于机壳内部并且其位于第一光触媒催化网、第二光触媒催化网上方,所述第一隔板、第二隔板、第三隔板、第四隔板上开设有交错设置的隔板孔,所述紫外灯管安装于所述第二隔板、第三隔板之间,所述第二活性炭过滤网安装于所述机壳的上部并且其位于所述第一出风口、第二出风口下方,所述第二活性炭过滤网呈漏斗形。
所述抽风机为轴流风机。
所述机壳的下端安装有转轴,所述转轴的下端安装于底座上,所述底座的底部设置有滚轮。
本发明专利的有益效果为:
1、本发明专利结构比较简单,生产成本比较低;
2、两个进风口、两个出风口倾斜设置,结构进风、出风迅速,外形新颖、美观;
3、第一活性炭过滤网、第二活性炭过滤网呈漏斗形,吸附量大;
4、第一光触媒催化网、第二光触媒催化网的双层设置,除甲醛更加彻底,净化效果好;
5、第一隔板、第二隔板、第三隔板、第四隔板上开设有交错设置的隔板,防止紫外线外射,保护人体健康;
6、紫外灯管有效杀灭细菌,提供空气洁净度;
7、转轴、滚轮的设置,机壳移动、旋转方便。

如图1所示,一种室内甲醛检测与净化装置,包括机壳1、第一活性炭过滤网2、抽风机3、第一光触媒催化网4、第二光触媒催化网5、第一隔板6、第二隔板7、第三隔板8、第四隔板9、紫外灯管10、第二活性炭过滤网11,机壳1的底部一侧倾斜设置有第一进风口12并且其底部另一侧倾斜设置有第二进风口13,机壳1的顶部一侧倾斜设置有第一出风口14并且其顶部另一侧倾斜设置有第二出风口15,第一进风口14上安装有第一过滤棉网16,第二进风口13上安装有第二过滤棉网17,第一活性炭过滤网2呈漏斗形并且其安装于机壳1的下部,抽风机3安装于机壳1内部并且其位于第一活性炭过滤网2的上方,第一光触媒催化网4、第二光触媒催化网5依次安装于机壳1内部并且其位于抽风机3的上方,第一隔板6、第二隔板7、第三隔板8、第四隔板9依次安装于机壳1内部并且其位于第一光触媒催化网4、第二光触媒催化网5上方,第一隔板6、第二隔板7、第三隔板8、第四隔板9上开设有交错设置的隔板孔18,紫外灯管10安装于第二隔板7、第三隔板8之间,第二活性炭过滤网11安装于机壳1的上部并且其位于第一出风口14、第二出风口15下方,第二活性炭过滤网11呈漏斗形。
抽风机3为轴流风机。
机壳1的下端安装有转轴19,转轴19的下端安装于底座20上,底座20的底部设置有滚轮21。
