本发明属于地温能领域,具体涉及一种高温直埋管道保温结构。
背景技术
地温能是目前阶段能源利用开发的重要资源,浅层地温能是指蕴藏在地表以下一定深度(小于200M)范围内的岩土体,地下水和地表水中,具有开发利用价值的低于25摄氏度的热能,地温能对于管道的要求很严格,目前,在供热、输油等高温介质管道型输送工程中,一般采用聚氨酯做保温材料,采用地下直埋的方法,这种保温材料需在现在做摸、发泡,当介质高于120摄氏度时,由于聚氨酯材料耐热性和阻燃性差,会出现变形、失效的情况,因此不易用于高温管道,当前,对于高温高于120摄氏度的高温介质的输送还没有一种满意的方法,一般采用膨胀珍珠岩等作为保温管瓦,将管道敷设在地沟内,这种方法基建投资大,工期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了完成上述的问题,提供一种高温直埋管道保温结构。
一种高温直埋管道保温机构包括:防腐层、保温层、防水层组成,所述管道的形状呈管状,其中间层是保湿层,由憎水复合硅酸盐保湿材料构成,外面曾是防水层,由纤维布涂防水涂料或玻璃钢树脂结构,内面层是氰凝防腐层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果和优点 :耐热温度高,保湿效果好,使用寿命长,无毒,耐腐,阻燃,高强,大道了防腐、保湿、防水三合一。解决了高温介质管道能量损失过大的难题,与现行的地沟敷设相比,可节省基建投资40%,缩短工期一倍以上,比架空管占据空间小,热损失小。
