Abstract

本发明涉及一种内镜主机部件减震箱。将内镜主机部件设置于本发明的一种内镜主机部件减震箱内时,当外层板遇到震荡冲击时,第一减震结构吸收部分的震荡冲击而使传递到内层板的震荡冲击大幅减小。震荡冲击被传至内层板后,内层板也会吸收部分震荡冲击,内层板的内壁上设置的第二减震结构能够进一步地吸收由内层板传至内镜主机部件的部分震荡冲击,因而最终传递到内镜主机部件的震荡冲击经外层板、第一减震结构、内层板和第二减震结构之后大幅度被削减,避免了内镜主机部件因而震荡冲击而受损。内、外层板通过间隔设置的连接螺栓/螺钉连接能尽量减小外层板受到冲击力时内层板相对外层板移动的时间,有利于实现对内镜主机部件的定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内镜主机部件减震箱。
背景技术
主机是电子内镜的核心组成部分,其内部部件属于精密零件,在存放和物流运输中容易因跌落、撞击、震荡等突发情况而损坏,从而造成不必要的损失。因此设计一种安装内镜主机部件的减震箱显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于盛放内镜主机部件且能抑制内镜主机部件所受震荡及冲击的一种内镜主机部件减震箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种内镜主机部件减震箱采用以下技术方案:
一种内镜主机部件减震箱,包括上部开口的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体包括外层板和内层板,内层板与外层板之间设置有第一减震结构,内层板的内壁面设置有第二减震结构;内层板与外层板通过间隔设置的连接螺栓/螺钉实现固定连接。
所述连接螺栓/螺钉安装于相应内层板和外层板的边角处。
所述第一缓冲结构包括夹设在内层板与外层板之间的弹性材料,还包括顶装于内层板与外层板之间的压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的轴线方向垂直于内层板和外层板的板面。
内层板与外层板的相对的侧面上设置有用于定位压缩弹簧的定位孔或是定位柱。
所述内层板的材料为金属材料。
所述第二减震结构包括贴设在形成箱体侧壁的内层板上的充气垫;形成箱体底板的内层板上固定设置有与相应主机部件的形状适配以供相应主机部件定位放置的卡槽,卡槽的槽底设置有弹性材料制成的第三减震结构。
所述卡槽由防静电材料制成。
本发明的有益效果如下:将内镜主机部件设置于本发明的一种内镜主机部件减震箱内时,当外层板遇到震荡冲击时,第一减震结构吸收部分的震荡冲击而使传递到内层板的震荡冲击大幅减小。震荡冲击被传至内层板后,内层板也会吸收部分震荡冲击,内层板的内壁上设置的第二减震结构能够进一步地吸收由内层板传至内镜主机部件的部分震荡冲击,因而最终传递到内镜主机部件的震荡冲击经外层板、第一减震结构、内层板和第二减震结构之后大幅度被削减,避免了内镜主机部件因而震荡冲击而受损。内、外层板通过间隔设置的连接螺栓/螺钉连接能尽量减小外层板受到冲击力时内层板相对外层板移动的时间,有利于实现对内镜主机部件的定位。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种内镜主机部件减震箱的具体结构如图1~图3所示,包括上端开口的箱体10和可开合地设置于箱体10上端的箱盖11,内层板10与箱盖11的结合部位设置有可增加减震箱密封性的回型橡胶圈9。
箱体10由内层板2、外层板1及中间的减震夹层组成,内、外层板通过连接螺栓8进行固定。内、外层板之间的减震夹层包括填充在内、外层板之间的高回弹减震海绵3和设置在高回弹海绵内的压缩弹簧4。压缩弹簧4的两端顶装于内、外层板相对的两侧面之间且其轴线方向垂直于内、外层板的板面。压缩弹簧4能够加速高回弹减震海绵3的回弹以在吸收震荡冲击的同时尽量减小内层板相对外层板移动的时间,有利于对放置在箱体10内的内镜主机部件的定位。压缩弹簧4和高回弹减震海绵形成了用于吸收由外层板1传送至内层板2的震荡冲击的第一缓冲结构。在其他实施例中,压缩弹簧与高回弹海绵中的任意一个均可省去,而是由另外一个形成第一缓冲结构;当然,高回弹海绵还可以被弹性橡胶等其他易发生弹性形变的弹性材料代替。本实施例中,内层板1由金属材料制成以增加内层板的稳固性能,而实现对内镜主机部件的定位。
为定位压缩弹簧4使其沿箱体10的板厚方向伸缩运动,内、外层板的相对的侧面上设置有供压缩弹簧4的两个端部塞入以定位压缩弹簧4的定位孔。在其他实施例中,定位孔还可以被开设在内、外层板的相对的侧面上的可塞入压缩弹簧内以定位压缩弹簧的定位柱代替。
为进一步地减小内层板2传递至内镜主机部件的水平方向的震荡冲击,组成箱体内侧壁的内层板2的内部贴有充气垫5。在其他实施例中,充气垫还可以被海绵、弹性橡胶等其他可发生弹性形变的第二减震结构代替。
为了便于内镜主机部件的安装、进一步地减小内镜主机部件在箱体10内水平运动,组成箱体内底壁的内层板2的上端固定有多个卡槽6,卡槽6的形状与待放置的内镜主机部件形状适配。卡槽6选择防静电材料,以防产生静电对内镜主机部件内部造成损毁。卡槽6的槽底设置有用于进一步吸收由内层板2传送到内镜主机部件的垂直震荡冲击的减震橡胶7。在其他实施例中,减震橡胶7还可以被海绵、充气垫等其他可吸收由内层板传送到内镜主机部件的垂直震荡冲击的第三减震结构代替。
在其他实施例中,还可以在组成箱体底板的内层板上端也设贴设充气垫或其他弹性材料,再将卡槽及减震垫设置在充气垫或其他弹性材料上,此时第二减震结构还包括设置在箱体底板上(即组成箱底的内层板内壁面上)的充气垫和其他弹性材料。

Claims (7)

1.一种内镜主机部件减震箱,包括上部开口的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体包括外层板和内层板,内层板与外层板之间设置有第一减震结构,内层板的内壁面设置有第二减震结构;内层板与外层板通过间隔设置的连接螺栓/螺钉实现固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:所述连接螺栓/螺钉安装于相应内层板和外层板的边角处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:所述第一缓冲结构包括夹设在内层板与外层板之间的弹性材料,还包括顶装于内层板与外层板之间的压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的轴线方向垂直于内层板和外层板的板面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:内层板与外层板的相对的侧面上设置有用于定位压缩弹簧的定位孔或是定位柱。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:所述内层板的材料为金属材料。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:所述第二减震结构包括贴设在形成箱体侧壁的内层板上的充气垫;形成箱体底板的内层板上固定设置有与相应主机部件的形状适配以供相应主机部件定位放置的卡槽,卡槽的槽底设置有弹性材料制成的第三减震结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种内镜主机部件减震箱,其特征在于:所述卡槽由防静电材料制成。
