本发明公开了一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕，包括枕芯，在于枕芯中填充如下组分的中药粉末（用量为重量份）：龙胆草6～8，夜交藤12～20，黄菊花20～25，合欢花10～15，当归2～4，酸枣仁8～12，茯神6～8，天麻10～18，莲子仁8～16，珍珠母1～3，夏枯草13～20，灯心草20～30。本发明具有益气养阴、清心安神之效，对于神经衰弱患者有一定的保健效果。

一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药枕，具体地说是一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕。
背景技术
神经衰弱是以烦恼、衰弱为主要表现的神经症，并非神经系统病理改变所引起。神经衰弱是由于大脑神经活动长期处于紧张状态，导致大脑兴奋与抑制功能失调而产生的一组以精神易兴奋，脑力易疲劳，情绪不稳定等症状为特点的神经功能性障碍。中医分为：兴奋型：该型神经衰弱除了发病诱因、病程及一般神经衰弱的基本症状，如睡眠障碍、头痛、头昏、记忆力下降及植物神系统症状等基本相同，尚有兴奋症状，如烦躁、易激动、睡眠障碍等。大多表现以入睡困难为主，伴有植物神经功能紊乱，以怕热、自觉皮肤发热、心慌为主，有的患者表现为吃的多，饿的快。亦有少部分病人表现有性功能亢进。 忧郁型：此型神经衰弱的特点是思想忧郁消沉，对外界不感兴趣，多忧多虑。睡眠障碍大多表现以早醒为主，且有头昏的症状，头痛少见。混合型：神经衰弱混合型是神经衰弱兴奋和忧郁型两种类型表现之和。随着病程的延长，兴奋型不经治疗可以转为忧郁型，而忧郁型也可能转为兴奋型。
两种症状兼有者称之为混合型。
枕头是睡眠工具，优选针对性的中药配方之药枕对神经衰弱有一定益处，目前，
对神经衰弱具有保健作用的药枕效果欠佳。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题：本发明目的是提供了一种对神经衰弱具有一定保健作用中药
枕，具有益气养阴、清心安神之效。
技术方案：一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕，包括枕芯，在于枕芯中填充如下组分的中药粉末（用量为重量份）：龙胆草6～8，夜交藤12～20，黄菊花20～25，合欢花10～15，当归2～4，酸枣仁8～12，茯神6～8，天麻10～18，莲子仁8～16，珍珠母1～3，夏枯草13～20，灯心草20～30。
优选分量是（用量为重量份）： 龙胆草7，夜交藤17，黄菊花23，合欢花135，当归3，酸枣仁10，茯神7，天麻15，莲子仁12，珍珠母2，夏枯草17，灯心草25。
本发明效果：本发明是通过口腔、鼻咽粘膜和皮肤对药物的吸收，益气养阴、清心安神，对于多梦、耳鸣、心烦、失眠的神经衰弱患者有一定的保健效果。
本发明方中有主有次，各司其职；其中，本发明所采用的原料药中包括：龙胆草：清热燥湿，泻肝胆火。
夜交藤： 有镇静和泻下作用。《本草再新》：补中气，行经络，通血脉，治劳伤。《本草正义》：治夜少安寐。
黄菊花：散风清热，平肝明目。用于风热感冒，头痛眩晕，目赤肿痛，眼目昏花。 有镇静、解热作用。
合欢花：舒郁，理气，安神，活络。治郁结胸闷，失眠，健忘，风火眼疾，视物不清，咽痛，痈肿，跌打损伤疼痛。《本草便读》：能养血。《分类草药性》：能清心明目。《四川中药志》：能合心志，开胃理气，消风明目，解郁。治心虚失眠。
当归：补血活血，调经止痛。
酸枣仁：治虚烦不眠，惊悸怔忡，烦渴，虚汗。 《本经》：主心腹寒热，邪结气聚，四肢酸疼，湿痹。 《别录》：主烦心不得眠，虚汗烦渴，补中，益肝气，坚筋骨，助阴气。
茯神：宁心；安神；利水。主惊悸；健忘失眠。
天麻：祛风湿，止痛、行气活血。
莲子仁：安心养眠。
珍珠母：平肝潜阳；安神定惊；清肝明目。
夏枯草：清肝、散结、利尿。
灯心草：《西藏常用中草药》：清肺，降火，利尿。治心烦不寐。《北方常用中草药手册》：清热安神，利水通淋。
具体实施方式
本发明的制备方法：将下述中药干燥，研成粉末，装入布袋置于枕芯中，此为现有已知技术，在此不作详述。
实施例1：一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕，包括枕芯，枕芯中填充如下组分的中药粉末（用量为重量份）： 龙胆草7，夜交藤17，黄菊花23，合欢花135，当归3，酸枣仁10，茯神7，天麻15，莲子仁12，珍珠母2，夏枯草17，灯心草25。
实施例2：一种用于神经衰弱的中药枕，包括枕芯，枕芯中填充如下组分的中药粉末（用量为重量份）：龙胆草6，夜交藤12，黄菊花20，合欢花10，当归2，酸枣仁8，茯神6，天麻10，莲子仁8，珍珠母1，夏枯草13，灯心草20。
