Abstract

本发明公开了α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的应用。两性表面活性剂α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺具有与多种表面活性剂配伍性能，不仅可以有效地降低配方中阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性，泡沫丰富细腻，而且可获得剪切稀释的流变特性，兼具杀菌作用。洗发产品添加α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺，还可以大幅减少防腐剂的添加量，从而提高产品温和性；舒适感增强，头发损伤可以得到快速修复，更为柔顺，富有光泽。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学技术领域，具体涉及α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的应用。
背景技术
洗发护发产品中，为达到理想的去污效果，表面活性剂含量一般不低于15％。传统表面活性剂对皮肤和粘膜组织有一定的刺激性和致敏性，存在脱脂性过强、有一定刺激性的缺陷。目前市售的许多产品通过添加各种天然提取成分、中药提取成分来加以缓解，但需要加入适量防腐剂防止微生物滋生，而大多防腐剂对人体健康均存在潜在风险。因此，开发温和性的表面活性剂仍是生产绿色无刺激性高档洗发护发产品的主要途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洗发护发产品中一种性能优良的温和性表面活性剂。
本发明的有益效果：
(1)本发明所用的α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺是一种新型的同时带有氧化胺基团和羧基的表面活性剂，对人体皮肤极具温和性，可降低传统阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性。
(2)pH＝6-7条件下，α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺或与阴离子表面活性剂配伍可形成蠕虫状胶束。该流体具有剪切稀释的特性。洗发护发产品的粘度增强而无油腻感，可以快速起到洗发护发的效果，提高皮肤的舒适感。
(3)α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺具有杀菌的功能，调节其用量可以得到低含量或无防腐剂的洗发护发产品，增强产品的安全性。
(4)加入α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺的洗发护发产品，可以使得泡沫更加丰富细腻。
具体实施方式
实施例
采用典型的洗发水配方与添加有α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺的产品相对照，具体实施配比对比如下。
典型的洗发水质量百分含量：十二烷基硫酸钠15％，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15％，聚季铵盐-47含量4％，氯化铵1％，尼波金甲酯1％，pH调节到6.4。
对照配方：十二烷基硫酸钠20％，α-十四长链烷基二甲基氧化胺3％，聚季铵盐-47含量4％，pH调节到6.3。
对照两种产品，外观没有显著差异，对照配方产品的刺激性明显得到改善，泡沫细腻、丰富、稳定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的应用，其特征在于，应用于洗发护发产品中的α-羧基长直链烷基二甲基氧化胺表面活性剂，碳链长在C14～C22范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的应用，其特征在于，α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的质量百分比浓度为1-5％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的应用，其特征在于，洗发护发产品为液态或固态产品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的α-羧基长链烷基二甲基氧化胺在洗发护发产品中的应用，其特征在于，洗发护发产品的pH值在6-7范围内。
