Abstract
本发明公开了一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,其包括套管和钻针,特征在于所述套管前端内壁设有定位环,后端设有外螺母,所述外螺母中心设有与套管相连同的通孔,所述钻针上固定设有一端封闭的内六角螺帽,所述钻针插入到套管内并经定位环径向定位,所述钻针前端穿过套管并沿轴向向前延伸,以利于对股骨头进行钻孔,后部经内六角螺帽与外螺母相配合套接,使钻针带动套管同步旋转运动,避免了钻针相对于套管的旋转运动而产生热量对病人产生疼痛,并达到避免多次穿刺给患者带来的反复刺入即放射性损伤的作用,具有结构新颖、操作方便、手术时间短、患者痛苦小、穿刺频率低等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体地说是一种用于股骨穿刺套管钻针。
背景技术
股骨头坏死主要病理系股骨头血运受阻,遭受破坏而引起的股骨头骨质缺血,多称为股骨头缺血性坏死或股骨头无菌性坏死。如早期股骨头坏死不能得到及时有效的治疗,就会使股骨头塌陷,关节间隙变窄,最后导致骨关节炎,使病人髋关节功能障碍而致残致瘫。
既往治疗早中期股骨头坏死的髓芯减压术,大多依靠术者的经验及术中反复 X线 透视,需要多次穿刺,不但延长手术时间,而且,这一过程将伴随反复刺入及放射性损伤,给患者造成很大的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构新颖、操作方便、手术时间短、患者痛苦小、穿刺频率低的股骨穿刺套管钻针。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,包括套管和钻针,其特征在于所述套管前端内壁设有定位环,后端设有外螺母,所述外螺母中心设有与套管相连同的通孔,所述钻针上固定设有一端封闭的内六角螺帽,所述钻针插入到套管内并经定位环径向定位,所述钻针前端穿过套管并沿轴向向前延伸,以利于对股骨头进行钻孔,后部经内六角螺帽与外螺母相配合套接,使钻针带动套管同步旋转运动,避免了钻针相对于套管的旋转运动而产生热量对病人产生疼痛,并达到避免多次穿刺给患者带来的反复刺入即放射性损伤的作用。
本发明可在所述外螺母的通孔内设有穿针座定位通孔,以利于当钻针钻到髓芯后,抽出钻针,将注射器的针座插入到穿针座定位通孔中,通过穿针座定位通孔定位,将注射器内的药物快速通过套管注入到髓芯中,达到操作方便的作用。
本发明可在所述外螺母的穿针座定位通孔后端设有内六角螺孔,以利于手动外螺母扳手相配合插接,达到通孔手动六角螺母扳手进行操作的作用。
本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构新颖、操作方便、手术时间短、患者痛苦小、穿刺频率低等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行说明。
如附图所示,一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,包括套管1和钻针2,其特征在于所述套管1前端内壁设有定位环3,后端设有外螺母4,所述外螺母4中心设有与套管1相连同的通孔,所述钻针2上固定设有一端封闭的内六角螺帽5,所述钻针2插入到套管1内并经定位环3径向定位,所述钻针2前端穿过套管1并沿轴向向前延伸,以利于对股骨头进行钻孔,后部经内六角螺帽5与外螺母4相配合套接,使钻针2带动套管1同步旋转运动,避免了钻针2相对于套管1的旋转运动而产生热量对病人产生疼痛,并达到避免多次穿刺给患者带来的反复刺入即放射性损伤的作用。
本发明可在所述外螺母4的通孔内设有穿针座定位通孔6,以利于当钻针2钻到髓芯后,抽出钻针2,将注射器的针座插入到穿针座定位通孔6中,通过穿针座定位通孔6定位,将注射器内的药物快速通过套管注入到髓芯中,达到操作方便的作用。
本发明可在所述外螺母4的穿针座定位通孔6后端设有内六角螺孔7,以利于与带有外螺母4的支撑手柄相配合插接,达到通孔支撑手柄进行手动支撑操作的作用。
本发明在临床使用时,首先将所述钻针插入到套管内并经定位环径向定位,所述钻针前端穿过套管并沿轴向向前延伸,后部经内六角螺帽与外螺母相配合套接,后端与手枪钻固定连接,手持手枪钻,对患者的股骨头进行钻孔,在钻孔的过程中,由于钻针在套管内经内六角螺帽和外螺母的配合以及定位环的定位,使钻针带动套管同步旋转运动,避免了钻针相对于套管的旋转运动而产生热量对病人产生疼痛,并实现了股骨头坏死区域的准确定位和快速钻孔,当钻针钻至髓芯后,通过手枪钻拔出钻针,然后将支撑手柄的外螺母插在内六角螺孔中,通过支撑手柄将套管向股骨头内旋转推进,然后拔出支撑手柄,再将注射器的针座插入到穿针座定位通孔中,通过穿针座定位通孔定位,并将注射器内的药物快速通过套管注入到髓芯中。
本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构新颖、操作方便、手术时间短、患者痛苦小、穿刺频率低等优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,包括套管和钻针,其特征在于所述套管前端内壁设有定位环,后端设有外螺母,所述外螺母中心设有与套管相连同的通孔,所述钻针上固定设有一端封闭的内六角螺帽,所述钻针插入到套管内并经定位环径向定位,所述钻针前端穿过套管并沿轴向向前延伸,后部经内六角螺帽与外螺母相配合套接,使钻针带动套管同步旋转运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,其特征在于所述外螺母的通孔内设有穿针座定位通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种股骨穿刺套管钻针,其特征在于所述外螺母的穿针座定位通孔后端设有内六角螺孔。
