背景技术
长期伏案工作或学习的人容易患颈椎方面的疾病，随着电脑的普及和学业负担的加重，有相当多的中年人和青年人有颈椎方面的疾病。颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称，是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。患者有颈背疼痛、上肢无力、手指发麻、下肢乏力、行走困难、头晕、恶心、呕吐，甚至视物模糊、心动过速及吞咽困难等。颈椎病的临床症状与病变部位、组织受累程度及个体差异有一定关系。
人类生命三分之一的时间是在睡眠中度过的，人类睡眠离不开枕头。睡眠的质量直接影响人们的身心健康。不合理不科学的枕头将会导致颈椎病的加重。为此，人们对枕头进行过许多探讨。随着生活水平的提高，对枕头的要求也越来越高。香枕、茶枕、药枕、甚至带有振动、按摩等理疗功能的各式枕头相继问世，花样繁多，对促进国人的健康起到了一定的作用。然而，现有技术中的药枕对于情况颈椎病患者，应该提供多种方案，并经常更换，以避免产生抗药性。
对于颈椎病患者，如果枕头选用不当，早晨起床会出现头晕、脖子僵硬等不适症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种姜黄保健药枕，一种对颈椎病患者有较好疗效的药枕。
为解决本发明的技术问题，本方面提供了一种姜黄保健药枕，包括枕套和枕芯，其中所述枕芯上与颈椎接触的部位设有一插袋，插袋中装有姜黄1份，甘草1份，白术1-1.5份，伸筋草1-1.5份，川芎1-1.5份，羌活1-1.5份，海桐皮1-1.5份，当归1-1.5份，赤芍1-1.5份，桂枝1-1.5份。
本发明所述插袋中使用的中药成分姜黄、甘草、白术、伸筋草、川芎、羌活、海桐皮、当归、赤芍、桂枝，破碎至大米粒大小的颗粒。
本发明所述插袋，重量在300-500克之间。采用致密的面料，以防止中药泄露。
本发明所述插袋，适宜的长度为16-25cm，宽10-18cm。
本发明所述插袋，开口处设有子母带或拉链。方便更换内容物。
本发明所述枕芯为常用柔软的枕芯。合适的高度为40-60cm，长为60-90cm。充填物以远红外珍珠棉为宜。在睡眠时，给颈椎以适当的支撑。
本发明所述插袋中，姜黄：辛、苦,温。归脾、肝经。功效：活血行气止痛,祛风湿利痹。

本发明所述插袋中，伸筋草：辛苦温。归肝、脾、肾经。 功效：祛风除湿,舒筋通络。
本发明所述插袋中，川芎：甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。功效:活血止痛,补血调经,润肠通便。
本发明所述插袋中，羌活：辛、微温。归肺、肝经。荆芥功效:祛风解表,透疹,止血。
本发明所述插袋中，海桐皮：苦,寒。入心、肝、胆经。功效：清热解毒。
本发明所述插袋中，当归：甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。功效:活血止痛,补血调经,润肠通便。
本发明所述插袋中，赤芍：苦,微寒。归肝经。功效:清热凉血,活血化瘀,止痛。
本发明所述插袋中，桂枝：辛、甘,温。归心、肺、膀胱经。功效:发汗解表,温经通阳。
本发明的有益效果：本发明产品长期使用，具有保护颈椎的作用，同时中药给接触的部位以行气活血，舒筋止痛的作用，有利于炎症部位的恢复。
实施例 本发明的关键是在于插袋，因此，以下实施例使用的枕芯均是长为70cm，高50cm，内部充填远红外珍珠棉。
实施例1、中药插袋，装有姜黄20 g，甘草20 g，白术30 g，伸筋草30 g，川芎30 g，羌活30 g，海桐皮30 g，当归30 g，赤芍30 g，桂枝30 g。采用致密的面料，以防止中药泄露。插袋长20cm，宽16cm。
实施例2、中药插袋，装有姜黄30 g，甘草30 g，白术45 g，伸筋草45 g，川芎45 g，羌活45 g，海桐皮45 g，当归45 g，赤芍45 g，桂枝45 g，采用致密的面料，以防止中药泄露。插袋长20cm，宽16cm。
实施例3、中药插袋，装有姜黄50g，甘草50g，白术50g，伸筋草50g，川芎50g，羌活50g，海桐皮50g，当归50g，赤芍50g，桂枝50g，采用致密的面料，以防止中药泄露。插袋长20cm，宽16cm。
试验例 选择颈椎病患者80例，随机分为四组，每组20例。其中20例使用没有插袋的枕芯，称为空白组。其他组分别选用实施例1-3的药品。试验的时间选择在北方的8、9月份，因为这个时间段，一般将脖子裸在外边，颈椎病变部位容易受空调或风扇的侵蚀。颈椎患者常有脖子僵硬、手臂发麻、头晕等不适的感觉。将实验结果记录于表1。
