Abstract

一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法,具有以下步骤:选择若干片规格相同的底板,在每片底板的上表面上均匀的涂覆粘胶制成粘虫板;在需要调查的田地里按五点取样法设置取样点,在每个取样点放置4片粘虫板;每周将各取样点的粘虫板回收,并更换新的粘虫板,然后对回收的粘虫板上的昆虫种类和数量进行统计;持续统计周期为15‑20周。采用本发明提供的方法调查地表昆虫的数量时,由于粘虫板上的粘胶能够牢牢的黏住昆虫,因而可避免因昆虫飞走或钻入地下而造成取样不准确的问题。本发明提供的简易调查方法操作简单、方便,所用材料获取容易,同时调查数据准确。

一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法
技术领域
本发明涉及昆虫的调查方法,具体地说是一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法。
背景技术
地表昆虫或无翅,或有翅但已不善飞翔,或只能爬行和跳跃。有些善飞的昆虫,其幼虫期和蛹期也都是在地面生活。一些寄生性昆虫和专以腐败动植物为食的昆虫(包括与人类共同在室内生活的昆虫),也大部分在地表活动。在地表活动的昆虫占所有昆虫种类的绝大多数,因此地表昆虫的多样性是昆虫多样性的重要组成部分。目前,调查地表昆虫多样性常用的方法是地表陷阱法:在地表的每一试验点挖4个陷阱,每个陷阱深5-10cm,长宽各10cm,当昆虫经过陷阱时掉入陷阱被捕获,每周调查一次,计数掉入陷阱中的昆虫种类和数量。此方法存在的欠缺是:1.昆虫调入陷阱后,有翅膀的可以飞出来,造成的取样不准确;2.昆虫调入陷阱后,有些昆虫可以钻入土壤中而丢失,同样造成取样的不准确。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法,该方法可以避免昆虫飞走或钻入土壤中而丢失的现象,确保取样的准确。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法具有以下步骤:(1)选择若干片规格相同的底板,在每片底板的上表面上均匀的涂覆粘胶制成粘虫板;(2)在需要调查的田地里按五点取样法设置取样点,在每个取样点放置4片粘虫板;(3)每周将各取样点的粘虫板回收,并更换新的粘虫板,然后对回收的粘虫板上的昆虫种类和数量进行统计;(4)持续统计周期为15-20周。
采用本发明提供的方法调查地表昆虫的数量时,由于粘虫板上的粘胶能够牢牢的黏住昆虫,因而可避免因昆虫飞走或钻入地下而造成取样不准确的问题。
本发明提供的简易调查方法操作简单、方便,所用材料获取容易,且调查数据准确。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
本实施例中,制作粘虫板的底板的规格为20*20cm,底板的材质为塑料。
本实施例中,粘胶由松香、蓖麻油、石蜡按40:40:2(重量比)的比例混合组成;该粘胶的制备方法为,将松香、蓖麻油、石蜡混合后150-200℃加热并搅拌,7-10分钟后停止加热,冷却后重复上述加热一次,冷却后即制成粘胶。
完成上述底板的选择及粘胶的制备后,即可按以下步骤进行昆虫的调查。
(1)、首先在每片底板的上表面上均匀的涂覆粘胶,制成粘虫板;
(2)、在需要调查的一块玉米地里按五点取样法设置五个取样点,在每个取样点放置4片粘虫板;
(3)、每周将各取样点的粘虫板回收,并更换新的粘虫板,然后对回收的粘虫板上的昆虫种类和数量进行统计;
(4)持续统计周期为15周。
以上所述的五点取样法是本领域的一种常规取样方法。另外,本发明可针对大豆地、高粱地等农作物天地进行调查。

1.一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:(1)选择若干片规格相同的底板,在每片底板的上表面上均匀的涂覆粘胶制成粘虫板;(2)在需要调查的田地里按五点取样法设置取样点,在每个取样点放置4片粘虫板;(3)每周将各取样点的粘虫板回收,并更换新的粘虫板,然后对回收的粘虫板上的昆虫种类和数量进行统计;(4)持续统计周期为15-20周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地表昆虫多样性的简易调查方法,其特征在于:底板的规格为20*20cm,底板的材质为塑料。
