the control module is arranged on the discharge bin and is respectively connected with the first gravity sensor, the second gravity sensor, the electric push rod and the lifting device, wherein the first gravity sensor is used for sensing the quality of raw materials in the raw material tank, generating first sensing information and transmitting the first sensing information to the control module; the second gravity sensor is used for sensing the quality of the feed in the pig trough, generating second sensing information and transmitting the second sensing information to the control module, and the control module controls the lifting of the lifting device according to whether the sensing information is consistent with the weight information set in the control module or not, so that the lifting device controls the lifting of the pig trough.

Furthermore, a booster pump is arranged in the first liquid medicine pipeline, and the liquid medicine pressure in the second liquid medicine pipeline is 0.2-0.8 Mpa.

A first opening and a second opening 6 are formed in the stirrer 5, the first opening is communicated with a blanking pipeline 8 through a second feed conveying auger 7, and the second opening 6 is used for directly discharging the feed in the stirrer 5; the people can take the stirred feed out of the stirrer 5 conveniently. The feeding pipeline 8 is connected with the pig feeding trough 10 through the lifting device 9, the opening of the feeding pipeline 8 is aligned to the opening of the pig feeding trough 10, and the second gravity sensor 20 is arranged on the pig feeding trough 10.
The invention also comprises a control module 21, wherein the control module 21 is arranged on the discharge bin 1 and is respectively connected with the first gravity sensor 3, the second gravity sensor 20, the electric push rod 2 and the lifting device 9, the first gravity sensor 3 is used for sensing the quality of the raw materials in the raw material groove 11 and generating first sensing information to be transmitted to the control module 21, the control module 21 controls the extension and retraction of the electric push rod 2 according to whether the sensing information is consistent with the weight information set in the control module 21, and then the electric push rod 2 controls the operation of the movable cover; if the value sensed by the first gravity sensor 3 is larger than the set value, the first gravity sensor 3 transmits information to the control module 1, the control module 21 controls the operation of the electric push rod 2, so that the electric push rod 2 drives the movable cover to open the discharge hole, and further the raw materials in required quantity can be discharged out of the discharge hole, until the value sensed by the first gravity sensor 3 is equal to the set value, the control module 21 drives the electric push rod 2 to operate, and the electric push rod 2 drives the movable cover to close the discharge hole. The second gravity sensor 20 is used for sensing the quality of the feed in the pig trough 10, generating second sensing information and transmitting the second sensing information to the control module 21, the control module 21 controls the lifting of the lifting device 9 according to whether the sensing information is consistent with the weight information set in the control module 21, and then the lifting device 9 controls the lifting of the pig trough 10, so that the purpose that the pig trough 10 is lowered or lifted when the pig is fed or not fed is achieved.
Elevating gear 9 includes motor 91, pivot 92 and conveying steel wire 93, motor 91 and pivot 92 are installed 8 on the unloading pipeline, motor 91 and pivot 92 are connected, conveying steel wire 93 one end winding is connected on pivot 92, and pig feed groove 10 is connected to its other end, and this simple structure is convenient, and the preparation is easy, forms an operating system.
The feeding system of the pigsty further comprises a traditional Chinese medicine conveying system, the traditional Chinese medicine conveying system comprises a liquid medicine storage tank 22, a steam generator 23, a first liquid medicine pipeline 24, a second liquid medicine pipeline 25 and a liquid medicine nozzle 26, the liquid medicine storage tank 22 is connected with the steam generator 23 through the first liquid medicine pipeline 24, the steam generator 23 is connected with the liquid medicine nozzle 26 through the second liquid medicine pipeline 25, liquid medicine sprayed out of the liquid medicine nozzle 26 is in a fog shape, a liquid medicine valve is arranged on the second liquid medicine pipeline 25 and is connected with the control module 21 and is linked with the lifting device 9 under the control of the control module 21, and the liquid medicine nozzle 26 is arranged at the top of the pig feeding trough 10; when the lifting device 9 descends, the liquid medicine valve is opened in a linkage mode, liquid medicine is sprayed out from the liquid medicine nozzle 26, the liquid medicine is sprayed when the pigs eat the food, and the immunity of the pigs can be improved. When the lifting device 9 ascends, the liquid medicine valve is closed in a linkage manner, the pig feeding trough 10 is pulled to the top, the damage of the pig to the pig feeding trough 10 is avoided, the pig feeding trough 10 is also prevented from being polluted, the pig diet sanitation is improved, and therefore various bacterial diseases can be prevented.
Further, the liquid medicine storage tank 22 is provided with the biochemical processor 27, so that the quality of the liquid medicine storage tank 22 is optimized, and the bacterial growth is reduced.
Furthermore, a booster pump 28 is arranged in the first liquid medicine pipeline 24, the liquid medicine pressure in the second liquid medicine pipeline 25 is 0.2-0.8Mpa, the spray of small pressure has no influence on the stress of the pigs, and the pigs are healthier when in use.
The pigsty management system further comprises a remote management module, wherein the remote management module comprises a plurality of cameras, a data communication processing module and a display module, the cameras, the data communication processing module and the display module are arranged in the pigsty, the cameras are connected with the data communication processing module, the data communication processing module and the display module are respectively connected with a control module, and the control module controls the operation of the display module. This setting can the remote observation pig's situation of life, observes the working condition of feeding the system, when feeding the system and appearing the situation, the solution that can in time go on.
The pigsty feeding system provided by the invention has the function of classifying raw materials, can automatically weigh the raw materials, automatically conveys the raw materials from the first feed conveying auger 4 to the stirrer 5 for stirring after weighing, and finally conveys the mixed feed to the pig trough 10 by the second feed conveying auger 7. The invention is also provided with a control module 21 and a lifting device 9, the lifting device 9 can be lifted up or put down through the control module 21, when the lifting device is put down, the pig can eat the feed in the pig feeding trough 10, when the lifting device is lifted up, the damage of the pig to the pig feeding trough 10 is avoided, the pig feeding trough 10 is also prevented from being polluted, the pig diet sanitation is improved, and thus various bacterial diseases can be prevented. The invention is also provided with a traditional Chinese medicine conveying system which plays an important role in preventing the pig diseases; the invention has high automation degree, rapid administration, stable and regular administration times, no messy spray and good epidemic prevention effect, and uses the low-speed, small-flow and high-atomization nozzle, thereby not only avoiding the stress reaction of the pig, but also improving the immunity of the pig.
