本发明公开了一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,包括汽车尾气检测仪,进气口处设有汽车尾气检测仪,进气口连接尾气处理装置,尾气处理装置的两侧分别设有冲洗装置和回气管,尾气处理装置的另一侧设有排气口,进气口和排气口处均设有过滤网,过滤网内充满活性炭,且过滤网均设置在冲洗装置的内侧,通过设置尾气处理装置,将尾气中的HC、CO、氮氧化物转化成无毒气体进行排放;然后再设置过滤网和活性炭,能将尾气中的固体微粒吸附;再设置回气管,并在回气管口设置汽车尾气检测仪,当汽车尾气检测合格,即可排放,反之,则继续经尾气处理装置处理;最后设置冲洗装置,能将活性炭中的杂质冲洗掉,且能将粘附在尾气处理装置上的碳烟粒子冲洗掉。

背景技术
当代经济的迅速发展带动了交通运输业的快速发展,汽车已经成为全世界最重要以及最普及的交通工具之一。中国汽车的年产量逐年大幅度增加,但是汽车发动机的技术比较落后,每辆汽车的废气排放量比较大,同时,我国对车辆尾气的污染排放控制水平也不高,导致单单车辆尾气这一项就对我国的大气环境造成了严重的污染。因此,对汽车尾气的处理净化也就显得尤其重要,将汽车的尾气处理达到排放标准再进行排放,不仅会减少对大气的污染,而且还会有益于人体的健康。
现在的尾气净化装置,最常见的就是三元催化器,三元催化器的净化率较高,但是容易中毒,不利于长期使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,解决了我国目前在汽车尾气处理方面的控制水平不高,很多汽车的尾气排放未达标准,导致对大气的污染严重,而且还会影响人们的身体健康的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,包括汽车尾气检测仪,进气口处设有所述汽车尾气检测仪,所述进气口连接尾气处理装置,尾气处理装置的两侧分别设有冲洗装置和回气管,尾气处理装置的另一侧设有所述排气口,所述进气口和所述排气口处均设有过滤网,所述过滤网内充满活性炭,且所述过滤网均设置在冲洗装置的内侧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,尾气处理装置包括氧化处理罐和还原处理罐,所述氧化处理罐中设有外箱和内罐,所述外箱和内罐之间设有加热丝,所述氧化处理罐内设有催化剂和氧浓度传感器,所述催化剂为氧化锰和氧化铜,所述氧化处理罐的一侧设有氧气箱,所述氧气箱与所述氧化处理罐的连接处设有单向电磁阀,所述还原处理罐设置在所述氧化处理罐的另一侧,且所述还原处理罐内设有酸性尿素溶液,所述还原处理罐的气体出口处还设有所述汽车尾气检测仪。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述还原处理罐的输出端连接所述回气管的输入端,所述回气管的输入端连接所述氧化处理罐的输入端,且所述回气管的输入端设有所述单向电磁阀。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,冲洗装置包括出水管、水箱、水泵和回水管,所述水泵设置在所述水箱内,所述出水管和所述回水管分别设置在所述水箱的两侧,且所述出水管和所述回水管内均设有所述单向电磁阀,所述出水管连接所述还原处理罐,所述回水管连接所述氧化处理罐,且所述出水管和所述回水管的外侧均设有所述单向电磁阀。

本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过设置氧化处理罐,再在氧化处理罐一侧设置氧气箱,在氧化处理罐中设置加热丝,能在氧化处理罐中提供充足的氧气和高温条件,使汽车尾气进行氧化反应,将尾气中的HC、CO氧化成无毒的气体进行排放;再设置还原处理罐,通过酸性尿素溶液将尾气中的氮氧化物还原成氮气进行排放,不会污染大气;然后再在进气口和排气口处设置过滤网和活性炭,能将尾气中的固体微粒吸附,防止危害人体健康;然后再设置回气管,并在回气管口设置汽车尾气检测仪,当汽车尾气检测合格,即可排放,反之,则继续经尾气处理装置处理;最后设置冲洗装置,能将活性炭中的杂质冲洗掉,增加活性炭的吸附性,且能将粘附在尾气处理装置上的碳烟粒子冲洗掉,能够提高尾气处理装置的净化效率。

实施例:如图1所示,本发明一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,包括汽车尾气检测仪1,进气口2处设有汽车尾气检测仪1,进气口2连接尾气处理装置,尾气处理装置的两侧分别设有冲洗装置和回气管12,尾气处理装置的另一侧设有排气口20,进气口2和排气口20处均设有过滤网4,过滤网4内充满活性炭5,且过滤网4均设置在冲洗装置的内侧。
尾气处理装置包括氧化处理罐21和还原处理罐10,氧化处理罐21中设有外箱6和内罐8,外箱6和内罐8之间设有加热丝7,氧化处理罐21内设有催化剂9和氧浓度传感器14,催化剂9为氧化锰和氧化铜,氧化处理罐21的一侧设有氧气箱15,氧气箱15与氧化处理罐21的连接处设有单向电磁阀3,还原处理罐10设置在氧化处理罐21的另一侧,且还原处理罐10内设有酸性尿素溶液11,还原处理罐10的气体出口处还设有汽车尾气检测仪1,加热丝7的设置,便于对内罐8内进行加热,使内罐8内达到高温条件,能够提高氧化处理罐21内的氧化反应的效率。氧浓度传感器14的设置,能够感应氧化处理罐21内的氧气浓度,便于当氧气浓度较低时,通过氧气箱15向氧化处理罐21内供氧,使氧化反应完全。汽车尾气检测仪1的设置,便于对处理后的气体进行检测,严格控制排放的气体达到排放标准。
还原处理罐10的输出端连接回气管12的输入端,回气管12的输入端连接氧化处理罐21的输入端,且回气管12的输入端设有单向电磁阀3,当处理后的气体未达到排放标准时,将气体通过回气管12,使气体重新进入氧化处理罐21和还原处理罐10进行尾气处理。
冲洗装置包括出水管16、水箱17、水泵18和回水管19,水泵18设置在水箱17内,出水管16和回水管19分别设置在水箱17的两侧,且出水管16和回水管19内均设有单向电磁阀3,出水管16连接还原处理罐10,回水管19连接氧化处理罐21,且出水管16和回水管19的外侧均设有单向电磁阀3,当冲洗装置开始冲洗时,打开出水管16和回水管19上的单向电磁阀3,并关闭出水管16和回水管19两侧的单向电磁阀3,便于使水箱17内的水能够循环冲洗,且不会影响汽车的其他部分。
尾气处理装置的一侧设有控制箱13,控制箱13内设有PLC编程控制器,控制箱13分别电连接汽车尾气检测仪1、若干个单向电磁阀3和氧浓度传感器14,当汽车尾气检测仪1检测还原处理罐10出气口处的气体未达标时,控制箱13便于通过PLC编程控制器控制排气口20处单向电磁阀3关闭,防止未达标的气体排放出去。当氧浓度传感器14检测到氧化处理罐21内的氧浓度不足时,PLC编程控制器再控制氧气箱15上的单向电磁阀3打开,使氧气进入氧化处理罐21内,促进氧化反应进行。
具体的,使用时,尾气先从进气口2进入,进气口2处的单向电磁阀3打开,尾气进入过滤网4中,过滤网4中的活性炭5将尾气中的固体微粒吸附掉,尾气再进入氧化处理罐21中,氧化处理罐21中的加热丝7对内罐8进行加热,提供高温条件,氧化处理罐21中的氧浓度传感器14检测尾气中的氧气浓度,若氧气浓度较低,则控制箱13中的PLC编程控制器控制氧气箱15的单向电磁阀3打开,氧气箱15中的氧气进入氧化处理罐21中,待氧化处理罐21中的氧浓度足够时,控制箱13再控制氧气箱15上的单向电磁阀3关闭,然后氧化处理罐21中尾气进行氧化反应,将将尾气中的HC、CO氧化成无毒的气体,然后气体再进入还原处理罐10中,还原处理罐10中的酸性尿素溶液将尾气中的氮氧化合物还原成氮气,气体再从还原处理罐10的出气口排出,再经过过滤网4和活性炭5过滤和吸附,将剩余的固体杂质去除掉,然后排气口20处的汽车尾气检测仪1对气体再次进行检测,若达到排放标准,控制箱13控制排气口20处的单向电磁阀3打开,气体排出,若未达到标准,则单向电磁阀3关闭,气体从回气管12中进入氧化处理罐21中重复处理;待排气停止后,通过控制箱13控制进气口2和排气口20处的单向电磁阀3关闭,再控制出水管16和回水管19上的单向电磁阀3打开,然后打开水泵18的开关按钮,将水从出水管16排出,对过滤网4、还原处理罐10和氧化处理罐21反向冲洗,不仅可以将活性炭5中的杂质冲洗掉,还可以将粘附在尾气处理装置上的碳烟粒子冲洗掉,能够提高尾气处理装置的净化效率。
该种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,通过设置氧化处理罐21,再在氧化处理罐21一侧设置氧气箱15,在氧化处理罐21中设置加热丝7,能在氧化处理罐21中提供充足的氧气和高温条件,使汽车尾气进行氧化反应,将尾气中的HC、CO氧化成无毒的气体进行排放;再设置还原处理罐10,通过酸性尿素溶液11将尾气中的氮氧化物还原成氮气进行排放,不会污染大气;然后再在进气口2和排气口20处设置过滤网4和活性炭5,能将尾气中的固体微粒吸附,防止危害人体健康;然后再设置回气管12,并在回气管12口设置汽车尾气检测仪1,当汽车尾气检测合格,即可排放,反之,则继续经尾气处理装置处理;最后设置冲洗装置,能将活性炭5中的杂质冲洗掉,增加活性炭5的吸附性,且能将粘附在尾气处理装置上的碳烟粒子冲洗掉,能够提高尾气处理装置的净化效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,包括汽车尾气检测仪(1),其特征在于,进气口(2)处设有所述汽车尾气检测仪(1),所述进气口(2)连接尾气处理装置,尾气处理装置的两侧分别设有冲洗装置和回气管(12),尾气处理装置的另一侧设有所述排气口(20),所述进气口(2)和所述排气口(20)处均设有过滤网(4),所述过滤网(4)内充满活性炭(5),且所述过滤网(4)均设置在冲洗装置的内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,其特征在于,尾气处理装置包括氧化处理罐(21)和还原处理罐(10),所述氧化处理罐(21)中设有外箱(6)和内罐(8),所述外箱(6)和内罐(8)之间设有加热丝(7),所述氧化处理罐(21)内设有催化剂(9)和氧浓度传感器(14),所述催化剂(9)为氧化锰和氧化铜,所述氧化处理罐(21)的一侧设有氧气箱(15),所述氧气箱(15)与所述氧化处理罐(21)的连接处设有单向电磁阀(3),所述还原处理罐(10)设置在所述氧化处理罐(21)的另一侧,且所述还原处理罐(10)内设有酸性尿素溶液(11),所述还原处理罐(10)的气体出口处还设有所述汽车尾气检测仪(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,其特征在于,所述还原处理罐(10)的输出端连接所述回气管(12)的输入端,所述回气管(12)的输入端连接所述氧化处理罐(21)的输入端,且所述回气管(12)的输入端设有所述单向电磁阀(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,其特征在于,冲洗装置包括出水管(16)、水箱(17)、水泵(18)和回水管(19),所述水泵(18)设置在所述水箱(17)内,所述出水管(16)和所述回水管(19)分别设置在所述水箱(17)的两侧,且所述出水管(16)和所述回水管(19)内均设有所述单向电磁阀(3),所述出水管(16)连接所述还原处理罐(10),所述回水管(19)连接所述氧化处理罐(21),且所述出水管(16)和所述回水管(19)的外侧均设有所述单向电磁阀(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车尾气检测及处理系统,其特征在于,尾气处理装置的一侧设有控制箱(13),所述控制箱(13)内设有PLC编程控制器,所述控制箱(13)分别电连接汽车尾气检测仪(1)、若干个所述单向电磁阀(3)和所述氧浓度传感器(14)。
