Description

Dynamic signal lamp and motor vehicle provided with same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of motor vehicles, and in particular to signal lights for motor vehicles.
Background
Currently, the signal lights used in motor vehicles all provide a static display. In weather conditions such as at night or on cloudy days, tail lights providing position light functionality may remain statically on to indicate the position and width of the motor vehicle, thereby alerting the driver of the vehicle following the motor vehicle to keep distance to ensure driving safety. Due to the static display, even if the speed of the motor vehicle changes during driving, the tail lamp does not change the display state such as brightness and color, and the brightness of the tail lamp is increased unless the motor vehicle is braked and stopped, so that a more obvious brake reminding is provided for a driver of a rear vehicle. Such a static display makes it impossible for the driver of the rear vehicle to qualitatively know the traveling speed of the front traveling vehicle, for example, whether the traveling speed of the front vehicle is fast or slow, and is relatively monotonous, and thus visual fatigue of the driver of the rear vehicle is likely to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
To this end, it is an object of the invention to provide a dynamic display appearance for a signal light of a motor vehicle, such as a tail light providing a position light function, so that the signal light can not only indicate the position and width of the motor vehicle, for example, but also reflect the speed of the engine of the motor vehicle.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dynamic signal lamp for a motor vehicle, comprising: a housing; at least one light source for emitting light, the at least one light source disposed within the housing; a rotating member provided with at least one blade disposed in an optical path of light emitted from the light source; the rotating shaft of the variable speed motor is fixedly connected with the rotating part and is used for driving the rotating part to rotate; and a control device configured to obtain a rotation speed signal of an engine of the motor vehicle and to control a rotation speed of the transmission motor in accordance with the rotation speed signal.
With such a dynamic signal lamp, the control device obtains information on the rotation speed of the engine of the motor vehicle when the motor vehicle is running, and controls the rotation speed of the variable speed motor in accordance with the information. Because the rotating shaft of the variable speed motor is fixedly connected with the rotating part, the variable speed motor can drive the rotating part and further drive the blades to rotate when rotating. When the blades arranged in the light path of the light emitted by the light source rotate, the dynamic signal lamp has a flickering and dynamic display appearance due to the intermittent shielding effect of the blades on the light. The faster the vehicle engine speed, the faster the variable speed motor speed, and thus the faster the blades rotate, the more intense the dynamic signal light has, otherwise the dynamic signal light has a weaker dynamic effect. By doing so, the dynamic signal lamp can provide a dynamic display effect reflecting the rotational speed of the vehicle engine.
Further, the dynamic signal lamp for a motor vehicle according to the present invention further includes an irradiation surface provided in the housing, wherein the at least one light source is provided behind the irradiation surface, and light emitted from the at least one light source exits through at least one opening provided on the irradiation surface and is diffusely reflected at the irradiation surface.
Alternatively, the dynamic signal lamp for a motor vehicle according to the present invention further comprises an illuminating surface provided within the housing for reflecting light from the at least one light source; and wherein the at least one light source is disposed at a side of the housing, light emitted by the at least one light source being reflected by the illuminating surface through the at least one blade.
Optionally, an inner lens is disposed adjacent to and behind the at least one vane along the light path for homogenizing the light.
The variable speed motor is disposed on the irradiation surface or on the housing.
Optionally, the housing is provided with a rotation piece supporting portion for supporting the rotation piece, and the rotation piece is rotatably supported on the rotation piece supporting portion through a bearing.
Further, the at least one vane is flat or curved.
Preferably, the at least one blade is shaped to twist at an angle.
Preferably, the light source may be an LED.
According to another aspect of the invention, a motor vehicle is provided, comprising a dynamic signal lamp as described above. The dynamic signal lamp can be used as a tail lamp of a motor vehicle.

FIG. 3 illustrates a dynamic signal light for a motor vehicle according to another embodiment of the present invention; and
fig. 4 schematically shows a control mechanism for a dynamic signal lamp of a motor vehicle according to the invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a dynamic signal lamp 100 for a motor vehicle according to the present invention includes: a housing 1; at least one light source 2 (2 light sources are shown in the figure as an example, and 1 or more light sources are also possible) for emitting light, the at least one light source 2 being arranged inside the housing 1; a rotating member 3 provided with at least one blade 31 (2 blades are exemplarily shown in the figure, and 1 or more blades are also possible), the at least one blade 31 being arranged in the optical path of the light emitted by the light source 2; the rotating shaft of the variable speed motor 4 is fixedly connected with the rotating part 3 and is used for driving the rotating part 3 to rotate; and a control device 5, the control device 5 being configured to obtain a rotation speed signal of an engine 200 of the motor vehicle and to control the rotation speed of the shift motor 4 in accordance with the rotation speed signal. The control device 5 may be arranged within the housing 1 or may be arranged as a peripheral component outside the housing 1.
In operation, when the motor vehicle is running, the control device 5 acquires information on the rotation speed of the engine 200 of the motor vehicle and transmits an associated electric signal to the shift motor 4 to control the rotation speed of the shift motor 4, as shown in fig. 4. Because the rotating shaft of the variable speed motor 4 is fixedly connected with the rotating member 3, the variable speed motor 4 can drive the rotating member 3 and further drive the at least one blade 31 to rotate when rotating. When the blade 31 provided in the optical path of the light emitted from the light source 2 is rotated, the dynamic signal lamp 100 has a flickering, dynamic display appearance due to the intermittent shielding effect of the blade 31 on the light. The faster the rotation speed of the vehicle engine 200, the faster the rotation speed of the variable speed motor 4, and thus the faster the blades 31 rotate, so that the dynamic signal lamp 100 has a strong flickering dynamic effect, whereas the dynamic signal lamp 100 has a weak flickering dynamic effect. In this way, the dynamic signal lamp 100 can provide a dynamic display effect reflecting the engine speed of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 2, in a specific embodiment, further comprising an illumination surface 7 disposed within the housing 1, wherein the light sources 2 are disposed behind the illumination surface 7, and light emitted by at least one of the light sources 2 exits through a corresponding at least one aperture disposed on the illumination surface 7 and is diffusely reflected at the illumination surface 7. It should be noted that the illumination surface may take any suitable form known in the art. In the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, for example, an irradiation surface having a longitudinal section in a substantially "UU" shape may be adopted, and the irradiation surface may be integrally manufactured, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the light emitted by the light source 2 travels forward and passes through the blade 31 disposed in its light path so as to be intermittently blocked by the blade 31. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, an inner lens 8 may also be provided, the inner lens 8 being disposed adjacent to the vane 31 along the optical path and behind the vane 31 for homogenizing the light emitted by the light source 2. As shown in fig. 2, the variable speed motor 4 is provided on the irradiation surface 7. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the variable speed motor 4 may be provided on the housing 1 (e.g., as shown in fig. 1). In the latter case, the housing 1 may be provided with a rotation member supporting portion (not shown) for supporting the rotation member 3, and the rotation member 3 may be rotatably supported on the rotation member supporting portion by a bearing (not shown).
Alternatively, another embodiment of a dynamic signal lamp 100 for a motor vehicle according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 3. The dynamic signal lamp 100 further includes: an illumination surface 7 disposed within the housing 1 for reflecting light from the at least one light source 2; and wherein the at least one light source 2 is provided at a side portion of the housing 1, light emitted by the light source 2 being reflected by the irradiation surface 7 through the blade 31 so as to be intermittently shielded by the blade 31. In this embodiment, the irradiation surface is, for example, an irradiation surface having a substantially "eight" shape in longitudinal section, but the present invention is not limited thereto as described above, and any appropriate form of irradiation surface in the related art may be employed. Similarly, an inner lens (not shown) may be provided in this embodiment, which may be adjacent to the vane 31 along the optical path and disposed behind the vane 31, for homogenizing the light emitted by the light source 2. The variable speed motor 4 may be provided on the irradiation surface 7 or on the housing 1. When provided on the housing 1, the housing 1 may be provided with a rotation member supporting part (not shown) for supporting the rotation member 3 so as to provide stable support for the rotation member 3.
It should be noted that although the blade 31 is shown as a flat plate, the blade may be curved or twisted at an angle to provide air flow for heat dissipation.
In one embodiment, the light source is an LED. However, the invention is not limited thereto and any suitable light source may be used.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, one application of a dynamic signal lamp for a motor vehicle according to the present invention is as a tail lamp for a motor vehicle, however, the present invention is not limited thereto and may be applied in any other suitable application.
While the invention has been described in conjunction with various embodiments, it will be understood from the specification that various combinations, modifications and improvements of parts and structures herein may be made, and such combinations, modifications and improvements are within the scope of the invention.
