本发明涉及环保设备领域,具体涉及一种废气净化设备,包括第一塔体,所述第一塔体一侧设置有进气口,另一侧连接有第二塔体,所述第一塔体内部从上到下依次设置有过滤网、烘箱和喷水层,所述第二塔体内部从上倒下依次设置有检测装置和吸附层,所述吸附层内部设置有袋式吸附层和风扇,所述袋式吸附层为带静电袋式吸附层,所述风扇将废气吹散使袋式吸附层均匀的吸附,所述过滤网为纺织纤维层,所述烘箱内部设置三个电热鼓风机管,喷水层底部设有多个喷淋头,所述第二塔体的另一侧设置有出气口,所述出气口处设置有引风机。本发明可达到废气处理效率高,废气净化彻底有益效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备领域,具体涉及一种废气净化设备。
背景技术
在一些油漆、制药、化工等一个会产生大量废气的场合,如不及时对废气进行处理,便会对周边工作环境造成污染,而且废气的成分也逐渐由单纯的有机污染物或无机污染物向有机污染物和无机污染物混合的趋势发展,因此针对工业场所等产生的废气在对外排放前必须进行预处理,但是目前的废气处理装置废气处理效率低,空气洁净效果不佳,对周边工作环境造成污染,从而对人体造成较大危害。因此工业废气的污染控制问题已经成为目前我国控制大气污染的最为重要的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废气净化设备,已达到废气处理效率高,废气净化彻底有益效果。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种废气净化设备,包括第一塔体,所述第一塔体一侧设置有进气口,另一侧连接有第二塔体,所述第一塔体内部从上到下依次设置有过滤网、烘箱和喷水层,所述第二塔体内部从上倒下依次设置有检测装置和吸附层,其中检测装置可检测排出去的洁净空气质量是否达到标准,所述吸附层内部设置有袋式吸附层和风扇,所述袋式吸附层为带静电袋式吸附层,所述风扇将废气吹散使袋式吸附层均匀的吸附,所述过滤网为纺织纤维层,可将废气彻底吸收干净,所述烘箱内部设置三个电热鼓风机管,可将废气内部的水份吹干,喷水层底部设有多个喷淋头,可使得溶液喷洒更加均匀,所述第二塔体的另一侧设置有出气口,所述出气口处设置有引风机。
进一步地,所述第一塔体和第二塔体上设置有多个可视窗,便于工作人员看到塔体内部的情况。
进一步地,所述喷淋头沿着喷水层底部的轴线依次均匀分布。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种废气净化设备具有以下优势:
本发明提供的废气净化设备内部设置有吸附层、过滤层和烘箱,其中过滤层和吸附层分别对废气进行处理,实现双重过滤的效果,并通过烘箱进行干燥,既可以实现零排放,又不会排到外界污染环境,因而具有节能减排双重效应。

本发明的具体实施例如附图1所示,一种废气净化设备包括第一塔体7,第一塔体7一侧设置有进气口1,另一侧连接有第二塔体8,第一塔体7内部从上到下依次设置有过滤网4、烘箱3和喷水层2,第二塔体8内部从上倒下依次设置有检测装置9和吸附层5,其中检测装置9可检测排出去的洁净空气质量是否达到标准,吸附层5内部设置有袋式吸附层51和风扇52,袋式吸附层51为带静电袋式吸附层,风扇52将废气吹散使袋式吸附层51均匀的吸附,过滤网4为纺织纤维层,可将废气彻底吸收干净,烘箱3内部设置三个电热鼓风机管31,可将废气内部的水份吹干,喷水层2底部设有多个喷淋头21,可使得溶液喷洒更加均匀,第二塔体8的另一侧设置有出气口6,出气口6处设置有引风机10。
优选的,第一塔体7和第二塔体8上设置有多个可视窗,便于工作人员看到塔体内部的情况。
优选的,喷淋头21沿着喷水层2底部的轴线依次均匀分布。

1.一种废气净化设备,其特征在于:包括第一塔体,所述第一塔体一侧设置有进气口,另一侧连接有第二塔体,所述第一塔体内部从上到下依次设置有过滤网、烘箱和喷水层,所述第二塔体内部从上倒下依次设置有检测装置和吸附层,所述吸附层内部设置有袋式吸附层和风扇,所述袋式吸附层为带静电袋式吸附层,所述风扇将废气吹散使袋式吸附层均匀的吸附,所述过滤网为纺织纤维层,所述烘箱内部设置三个电热鼓风机管,喷水层底部设有多个喷淋头,所述第二塔体的另一侧设置有出气口,所述出气口处设置有引风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化设备,其特征在于:所述第一塔体和第二塔体上设置有多个可视窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废气净化设备,其特征在于:所述喷淋头沿着喷水层底部的轴线依次均匀分布。
