Abstract

一种高腐植酸有机无机复合肥,其以富含有机质、腐植酸、微量元素的天然花椒籽油饼为主要原料,配加含氮、磷、钾高浓度化肥,精制成专用复合肥,其营养成份齐全,含量高,尤其含有丰富的有机质和腐植酸,施用后,能改善土壤的理化性能,促进作物对养分的吸收,使作物植株发育健状,可大大增加作物的抗病虫害能力,提高作物产量。

Description

高腐植酸有机无机复合肥
本发明涉及肥料,特别是一种含氮、磷、钾、有机质、腐植酸的高腐植酸有机无机复合肥。
现有的复合肥多为含氮、磷、钾的无机复合肥,有的根据当地土质的状况,添加适量的微量元素,以满足作物的生长需要,如中国专利(91101990)果树专用复合肥料,将氮、磷、钾营养元素按比例配合,添加微量的铁、锰、铜、锌、硼等微量元素制成颗粒状肥料,其可适应于棕壤、褐土、淡褐土、红黄壤和浅色草甸土中种植的苹果、梨、桃、葡萄、柑桔等果树。
腐植酸对刺激作物生长,改善土壤结构和理化性能,提高土壤的保肥供肥能力有重要的作用,但现有的肥料多不含腐植酸。近年来,国内出现的有机无机复混肥,其有机原料多采用畜禽粪或城市生活垃圾,原料质量低,其成品肥的有效成份含量低,如氮磷钾含量为12-18%,有机质含量不足30%,腐植酸含量极少,有的产品添加少量化工制取的硝基腐植酸,以提高肥效。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种含氮、磷、钾、有机质、腐植酸的高腐植酸有机无机复合肥,以满足不同土质生长的作物对营养元素的需要,改善土壤理化性质,提高土壤肥力。
本发明是采用天然花椒籽油饼为主要原料的有机无机复合肥,其主要成份为花椒籽油饼、尿素、重过磷酸钙、氯化钾和添加剂组成,其各组份的重量百分比含量为:
花椒籽油饼 48.0%
尿素       16.3%
重过磷酸钙 14.0%
氯化钾     12.0%
添加剂    9.7%。
本发明利用我国的特产花椒籽经特殊榨油工艺处理后的花椒籽油饼为主要原料,该油饼含有丰富的有机质、腐植酸、中量元素和微量元素。上述的含氮高浓度化肥可选用尿素、硝酸铵等。上述的含磷高浓度化肥可以选用重过磷酸钙、富过磷酸钝、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵等。上述的含钾高浓度化肥可选用氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾等。本发明的复合肥根据土质、作物的需要还可以配用适量的添加剂,所述的添加剂是微量元素、农药、除草剂、膨润土等一种或几种成份的混合物。
本发明复合肥采用混合造粒法制备,其步骤是:按照原料配比将各组份计量送入粉碎机粉碎,然后进入混料槽混拌均匀,混合料送造粒机造粒,造粒后由输送带送入烘干机烘干,给筛分机筛选,1~5mm颗粒的合格成品进入计量包装程序,包装即为成品。
本复合肥还可采用掺混法制备,先将花椒籽饼与粉粒状原料(如氯化钾、添加剂等)按比例计量,采用混合造粒法造成1~5mm半成品颗粒;再与其它颗粒符合要求的原料肥按规定比例计量,送入掺混设备中混匀即为成品。
以下结合实施例进一步描述:
实施例:
适宜于碳酸盐褐土区种植的各种果树施用。各组份的重量百分比含量为:
花椒籽油饼  48.0%
尿素        16.3%
重过磷酸钙  14.0%
氯化钾      12.0%
添加剂      9.7%。
本实施例采用混合造粒工艺制备,其中的添加剂可采用膨润土与硫酸亚铁(或硫酸锌)的混合物。将原料粉碎,送入混料机,混料均匀的原料送入造粒机,造粒后输入烘干机中在约110℃温度下烘干,入筛分机筛选,1~5mm颗粒进入成品包装工序,小于1mm颗粒重返造粒机中,大于5mm颗粒粉碎后重新造粒。
本发明的优点和积极效果如下:
(1)其以有机质、腐植酸、微量元素含量丰富的天然花椒籽油饼为主要原料,配加含氮、磷、钾高浓度化肥,经严格工艺配制成各种专用复合肥。产品养分齐全,含量高,肥效持久。施用后,可改善土壤的理化性能,促进作物对养分的吸收,使作物植株发育健壮,可以增强作物的抗逆性的抗病虫害能力,提高作物产量,改善产品品质,达到高产、优质之目的。

(3)农田肥效对比试验
在万荣、临猗、运城、曲沃、清徐等多个县市田间试验证明,用花椒籽油饼开发制造的高腐植酸有机无机复合肥确有促进作物生长,减少虫害,增产增效,培肥土壤之功效。一般亩施本复合肥50-100公斤,与施等养分的化肥相比,能使小麦、玉米等粮食作物增产8-22%,亩增产粮食32-81公斤;使苹果亩增产360-608公斤,增产14-34%,优质果率提高10%左右。
据1997年万荣县南张村冬小麦试验结果显示,施本复合肥的小麦,比对照植株高7-10厘米,茎粗0.07-0.12厘米,次生根增加1.6-2.4条,亩产量增加42公斤,增产16.2%。调查还发现,施专用肥的麦苗没有蚜虫、红蜘蛛虫害危害,而对照有麦蚜危害。
据万荣县南张村苹果试验结果显示,施本果树专用肥的果树亩产苹果2388公斤,对照组果树亩产1780公斤,亩增产608公斤,增产34.1%,特别是花椒籽油饼配制的果树专用肥,对患有根腐病的果树有明显的疗效,有刺激新根生长的作用。

1、一种高腐植酸有机无机复合肥,其特征在于它由花椒籽油饼、尿素、重过磷酸钙、氯化钾和添加剂组成,各组份的重量百分比含量为:
花椒籽油饼  48.0%
尿素        16.3%
重过磷酸钙  14.0%
氯化钾      12.0%
添加剂      9.7%。
