发明内容

参照图3和图4,示例性两段式输出轴组件100包括行星架102和轴104。行星架102限定内孔106和OD部分108。OD部分108包括具有齿110的驻车齿轮109,当挡位选择器处于驻车挡时,驻车齿轮109的齿110与变速器的驻车棘爪接合。行星架102还限定多个孔112,每个孔容纳其中一个行星齿轮的轴。轴104包括容纳在内孔106内的固定端114和可连接到传动系部件(例如分动箱或驱动轴,这取决于车辆是两轮驱动还是四轮驱动)的自由端116。轴104限定感测区域118,当轴安装在变速器上时,感测区域118设置在扭矩传感器内。
行星架102和轴104可通过轴104的外表面120和内孔106的内表面119之间的过盈配合而彼此固定。为了加强过盈配合,内孔106和/或轴104可包括增加连接强度的特征。在示出的实施例中,六个销124在外表面120和内表面119之间的界面处被插入到连接处。根据变速器的扭矩要求,其它实施例可包括更多或更少的销。销124被容纳在钻孔122中,钻孔122中的每一个通过行星架102和轴104的配合被部分地限定。销124可被过盈配合到钻孔122中。在一些实施例中,销124也可焊接到组件100。
参照图6,在一个示例性实施例中,销124包括倒角边缘126,倒角边缘126与钻孔122配合以产生凹部128。凹部为额外的焊接材料129提供区域,这防止销的轴向移动。
返回参照图4和图5,行星架102和轴104是由两个不同的坯料机加工的单独的部件。如上所述,由大得足以成为行星架齿轮的坯料加工轴产生不令人满意的扭矩传感器性能。例如,行星架102可由7.5英寸的坯料加工而成,而轴可由2.5英寸的坯料加工而成。行星架102和轴104可由不同的材料制成。轴104需要可磁化钢(诸如具有高镍含量的合金),而行星架齿轮可由任何类型的高强度钢制成。在一个实施例中,行星架102由1050钢合金制成,而轴104由非常适于产生永磁体的4340钢合金制成。
图7示出了另一两段式输出轴组件130。除了包括花键过盈配合,组件130与图4所示的实施例类似。行星架齿轮134的内孔132限定多个凹槽136。轴138的一部分限定多个花键140。当轴138安装到内孔132中时,花键140容纳在凹槽136内。花键和凹槽配合以增加连接的强度。
图8示出了又一两段式输出轴组件150的一部分。该组件包括限定内孔154和肩部156的行星架152。该组件还包括限定OD部分的轴158。行星架152的内孔154被设计成容纳轴158的一端。行星架和轴可通过锥形过盈配合162组装在一起。在示出的实施例中,内孔154限定从肩部156延伸到行星架152的外侧的倾斜表面164。轴158限定锥形(例如,截头圆锥形)部分166,锥形部分166容纳在内孔154内并与倾斜表面164接合。倾斜表面164和锥形部分166具有使得轴158必须压配合到行星架中的尺寸。轴-行星架界面168处的力足以将扭矩从行星架传递到轴,而在轴和行星架之间不发生打滑。销170可设置在肩部156和轴158中,以防止行星架152相对于轴158运动。
在其它实施例中,行星架的内孔可以是方形的,并且轴的外表面的一部分可以是方形的,以增加连接的强度。或者,齿轮中的轴之间的连接可以是键合的。

Claims (10)

1.一种变速器,包括:
壳体;
扭矩传感器,附连到壳体,并限定内径部分;以及
两段式输出轴组件,部分地设置在壳体内,并包括可操作地连接到延伸穿过所述内径部分的轴的行星架,其中,行星架和所述轴是直接连接在一起的单独的部件,行星架限定驻车齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其中,行星架限定容纳所述轴的内孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的变速器,其中,所述轴限定外表面,其中,所述外表面和所述内孔具有使得在行星架和所述轴之间产生过盈配合的尺寸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的变速器,其中,行星架和所述轴配合以限定至少一个钻孔,其中,销被容纳在所述钻孔内以防止行星架和所述轴之间的相对运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的变速器,其中,销具有倒角的头部,以形成限定在销和所述钻孔的侧壁之间的凹部,其中,销焊接到行星架和所述轴,使得焊接材料设置在所述凹部中。
6.根据权利要求2所述的变速器,其中,所述轴的一部分限定花键,内孔限定容纳花键的凹槽,以产生花键过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其中,行星架由第一材料形成,所述轴由不同于第一材料的第二材料形成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的变速器,其中,所述轴由4340钢合金形成。
9.一种变速器两段式输出轴组件,包括:
行星架,限定内孔和驻车齿轮;和
轴,具有设置在所述内孔内的固定端和能够与传动系部件连接的自由端,其中,行星架由第一材料形成,轴由不同于第一材料的第二材料形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的变速器两段式输出轴组件,其中,轴还包括扭矩感测区域,所述扭矩感测区域被构造为被容纳于连接到变速器的扭矩传感器内。
