背景技术
这种平底或滚轮挺杆通常是公知的。平底或滚轮挺杆以其支撑球窝被用作针对推杆的引导部,该推杆本身操纵摇臂,该摇臂直接地或在中间接有阀桥的情况下驱控换气阀。这种阀驱动装置存在间隙并且必须根据磨损状况借助调节螺栓进行校准。
此外,公知的是,平底挺杆被改进并且安装了液压的阀间隙补偿元件,其在必要时还被配属其他功能(参见DE 39 23 371 C1)。这种具有嵌入式液压的阀间隙补偿元件的平底或滚轮挺杆在制造时成本过高,并且作为特殊构件需要特别的设计方案,其与应用相关地被专门实施并且因此在制造时是昂贵的。
从DE 10 2008 038 504 A1中得知了一种在载重车辆马达制动设备中的液压的阀间隙补偿元件。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,对包括所联接的构件在内的平底或滚轮挺杆进行改进,从而以简单的机构和低的结构耗费来对液压的阀间隙补偿件进行整合。
该任务通过如下方式来解决,即,平底或滚轮挺杆在另一侧在其壁内部具有支撑球窝,该支撑球窝与球头接触,该球头与阀间隙补偿元件的壳体连接,该壳体在压块的孔中进行引导,并且其中,阀间隙补偿元件的活塞支承在壳体中,活塞支撑在压块的内端壁上。
通过该设计方案,液压的阀间隙补偿元件作为针对推杆的部分替代件被安装,并且针对推杆的支撑球窝被阀间隙补偿元件的球头继续利用。在此,以能在平底或滚轮挺杆中移动的方式安装的压块对液压的阀间隙补偿元件进行引导。在平底/滚轮挺杆的内衬上的孔根据压块的外直径地被略微再加工。因为液压的阀间隙补偿元件的球头与液压的阀间隙补偿元件的壳体连接并且压块接触液压的阀间隙补偿元件的活塞,因此提供了压块在平底或滚轮挺杆中的纵向运动。由此可以安装任意的、现有的、在其他应用中利用到的低成本地存在的阀间隙补偿元件。只有压块必须相应地进行匹配。由于压块的外周侧是球面式的(ballig),因此其可以得到充分润滑并且低摩擦地布置在平底或滚轮挺杆中。压块在其背离液压的阀间隙补偿元件的端部上具有球形球窝,该球形球窝现在与推杆的球头相对应。在将液压的阀间隙补偿元件安装到标准的平底或滚轮挺杆中之后,推杆仅需要相应地被略微缩短。根据本发明,压块具有孔,液压的阀间隙补偿元件的壳体在该孔中进行引导。在此,要么是孔要么是壳体借助密封部进行配备,尤其是配备有密封圈。压块在球形球窝的区域中,尤其是在球形球窝中央具有开口,该开口与液压的阀间隙补偿元件的活塞处于连接中。由此能够实现的是,灵活地要么经由摇臂和推杆从上方执行供油,要么替选地经由传递元件的或者平底或滚轮挺杆的孔上的侧向联接部来完成。

1.一种用于往复活塞式内燃机的平底或滚轮挺杆(1、12),所述平底或滚轮挺杆具有液压的阀间隙补偿元件(6),所述平底或滚轮挺杆(1、12)在一侧在其接触头(2)或其滚轮(13)的区域中与凸轮轴的凸轮处于作用连接中,而在另一侧在其壁(3)内部具有带球形球窝(10)的能相对所述壁(3)移动的压块(4),所述平底或滚轮挺杆(1、12)在中间接有推杆的情况下经由所述压块(4)与至少一个换气阀连接,其特征在于,所述平底或滚轮挺杆(1、12)在所述另一侧在其壁(3)内部具有支撑球窝(8),所述支撑球窝与球头(7)接触,所述球头与所述阀间隙补偿元件(6)的壳体(5)连接,所述壳体(5)在所述压块(4)的孔中进行引导,并且其中,所述阀间隙补偿元件(6)的活塞(9)支承在所述壳体(5)中,所述活塞支撑在所述压块(4)的内端壁上。
