Abstract

本发明公开一种防护屏蔽门结构,所述屏蔽门本体的上沿设置齿条;还包括固定的驱动电机和可动的转动紧固装置;所述驱动电机的输出轴同轴连接有齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条配合;当所述驱动电机转动时,其输出轴驱动所述齿轮转动而令所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭或后移打开;所述可动的转动紧固装置包括可升降的轮轴,在所述轮轴上固定套设有渐开线形齿轮,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条配合;当所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭时,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、并被所述齿条驱动而正向转动,以对所述齿条逐渐施以抵顶压力;当所述屏蔽门本体后移打开时,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、并被所述齿条驱动而反向转动,所述渐开线形齿轮对所述齿条的抵顶压力逐渐消失。

防护屏蔽门结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门体结构,尤其涉及一种防护屏蔽门结构。
背景技术
屏蔽门是医院放射性科室、科研院所必不可少的防护装置。
屏蔽门的性能是否正常,直接关系到人身安全,半点不容得马虎。
现有技术中的防护屏蔽门结构,多是设置导槽和由所述导槽支撑的屏蔽门本体,并在屏蔽门本体的下沿设置多个支撑导轮,通过支撑导轮在导槽内移动而支撑所述屏蔽门本体沿导槽平滑的关闭或者打开。但是,需要注意的是,防护屏蔽门在关闭时需要确实的防止误打开,若不慎被误打开,将会有灾难性事故发生。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的弊端,提供一种防护屏蔽门结构。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构,包括导槽和由所述导槽支撑的屏蔽门本体,在所述屏蔽门本体的下沿设置有多个支撑导轮,所述支撑导轮在所述导槽内移动而支撑所述屏蔽门本体沿所述导槽关闭或打开,所述屏蔽门本体的上沿固定设置有齿条;
在所述屏蔽门本体的上部还设置有固定的驱动电机和可动的转动紧固装置;
其中,所述驱动电机的输出轴同轴连接有齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条配合;当所述驱动电机转动时,其输出轴驱动所述齿轮转动而令所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭或后移打开;
所述可动的转动紧固装置包括可升降的轮轴,在所述轮轴上固定套设有渐开线形齿轮,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条配合;当所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭时,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、并被所述齿条驱动而正向转动,以对所述齿条逐渐施以抵顶压力;当所述屏蔽门本体后移打开时,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、并被所述齿条驱动而反向转动,所述渐开线形齿轮对所述齿条的抵顶压力逐渐消失。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,所述可动的转动紧固装置还包括两块相对设置的固定支板,在所述固定支板上开设有竖向长孔,所述轮轴的两端分别穿设过所述竖向长孔、并可沿所述竖向长孔上下移动;
还包括分别设置于两块固定支板外侧的顶簧,所述顶簧对所述轮轴施以向下的抵顶力。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,所述可动的转动紧固装置还包括用于卡固住所述渐开线形齿轮的齿牙的弹性顶杆;
所述弹性顶杆的自由端被牵引弹簧牵引而抵顶于所述齿牙;
在所述牵引弹簧的相对面设置有拉线,当所述拉线被外力拉动时,所述弹性顶杆的自由端被拉起而脱离所述齿牙。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,还包括用于容纳屏蔽门本体的容纳室;
所述容纳室内凹形成于墙体内部,该容纳室的一侧具有供所述屏蔽门本体进出的开口;
所述导槽沿地面伸入到所述容纳室内。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,在所述开口的两侧对向设置有支撑转轮,且所述两侧的支撑转轮分别抵顶住所述屏蔽门本体的两个侧面。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,通过设置可动的转动紧固装置,使得随着屏蔽门本体的前移关闭,该屏蔽门本体会被逐渐施以下压力,从而令该屏蔽门本体无法误开启,从而确实达到安全防护的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1所示,本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构,包括导槽2和由所述导槽2支撑的屏蔽门本体1,在所述屏蔽门本体1的下沿设置有多个支撑导轮11,所述支撑导轮11在所述导槽2内移动而支撑所述屏蔽门本体1沿所述导槽2关闭或打开。
为了令屏蔽门本体1的工作更加可靠,防止在屏蔽门本体1已经关闭的状态下发生非人为误打开(即松动脱开),本发明在所述屏蔽门本体1的上沿固定设置有齿条12。与之对应的,在所述屏蔽门本体1的上部还设置有固定的驱动电机3和可动的转动紧固装置4(所述驱动电机3和可动的转动紧固装置4可被安装于屏蔽门本体1上部的门框内)。
如图1所示,所述驱动电机3的输出轴31同轴连接有齿轮32,所述齿轮32与所述齿条12配合;当所述驱动电机3转动时,其输出轴31驱动所述齿轮32转动而令所述屏蔽门本体1前移关闭或后移打开。所述可动的转动紧固装置4包括可升降的轮轴41,在所述轮轴41上固定套设有渐开线形齿轮42,所述渐开线形齿轮42与所述齿条12配合。当所述屏蔽门本体1前移关闭时,所述渐开线形齿轮42与所述齿条12啮合、并被所述齿条12驱动而正向转动,以对所述齿条12逐渐施以抵顶压力(即初期渐开线形齿轮42与所述齿条12配合、但并未对齿条12施以抵顶压力,随着屏蔽门本体1的前移,齿条12会驱动所述渐开线形齿轮42与之同步转动,又由于其为渐开线型,故其齿牙会逐渐压紧齿条12,也即对齿条12逐渐施以抵顶压力,从而有效防止屏蔽门本体1在已经关闭的状态下又被非人为误打开)。当所述屏蔽门本体1后移打开时,所述渐开线形齿轮42与所述齿条12啮合、并被所述齿条12驱动而反向转动,所述渐开线形齿轮42对所述齿条12的抵顶压力逐渐消失(此过程与前述逐渐压紧过程相反,在此不赘叙)。
本发明中,所述可动的转动紧固装置4还包括两块相对设置的固定支板43,在所述固定支板43上开设有竖向长孔431,所述轮轴41的两端分别穿设过所述竖向长孔431、并可沿所述竖向长孔431上下移动;还包括分别设置于两块固定支板43外侧的顶簧432,所述顶簧432对所述轮轴41施以向下的抵顶力。本发明中,所述轮轴41上的渐开线形齿轮42对齿条12的抵顶压力应确保有效防止屏蔽门本体1不致因非人为因素而误开启,同时,又不能妨碍屏蔽门本体1的正常前移关闭(倘若轮轴41不能上移,则会直接影响屏蔽门本体1的正常关闭)。因此,设置的顶簧432尤其必要。具体可根据现场情况选择合适规格的顶簧432。
本发明中,为了防止渐开线形齿轮42松动而失去对齿条12的抵顶压力,还进一步设置了用于卡固住所述渐开线形齿轮42的齿牙的弹性顶杆5。所述弹性顶杆5的自由端被牵引弹簧52牵引而抵顶于所述渐开线形齿轮42的齿牙;在所述牵引弹簧52的相对面设置有拉线51,当所述拉线51被外力拉动时,所述弹性顶杆5的自由端被拉起而脱离所述渐开线形齿轮42的齿牙。也就是说,如图1所示,当屏蔽门本体1前移关闭时,所述渐开线形齿轮42是处于逆时针转动的状态,那么,弹性顶杆5虽然抵顶于所述渐开线形齿轮42的齿牙,但并不妨碍渐开线形齿轮42的逆时针转动,也就是不影响渐开线形齿轮42对齿条12施以抵顶压力;相反,当渐开线形齿轮42欲顺时针转动(即该渐开线形齿轮42不再对齿条施以抵顶压力)时,就需要通过拉线51来拉动弹性顶杆5,使其脱离渐开线形齿轮42的齿牙,以便于渐开线形齿轮42得以顺时针转动。
本发明中,还用于容纳屏蔽门本体1的容纳室6;所述容纳室6内凹形成于墙体内部,该容纳室6的一侧具有供所述屏蔽门本体1进出的开口61;所述导槽2沿地面伸入到所述容纳室6内。进一步的,为了维持屏蔽门本体1进出容纳室的平衡,还在所述开口61的两侧对向设置有支撑转轮62,且所述两侧的支撑转轮62分别抵顶住所述屏蔽门本体1的两个侧面13。
本发明所述的防护屏蔽门结构中,通过设置可动的转动紧固装置,使得随着屏蔽门本体的前移关闭,该屏蔽门本体会被逐渐施以下压力,从而令该屏蔽门本体无法误开启,从而确实达到安全防护的作用。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (4)

1.一种防护屏蔽门结构,包括导槽和由所述导槽支撑的屏蔽门本体,在所述屏蔽门本体的下沿设置有多个支撑导轮,所述支撑导轮在所述导槽内移动而支撑所述屏蔽门本体沿所述导槽关闭或打开,其特征在于,所述屏蔽门本体的上沿固定设置有齿条;
在所述屏蔽门本体的上部还设置有固定的驱动电机和可动的转动紧固装置;
其中,所述驱动电机的输出轴同轴连接有齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条配合;当所述驱动电机转动时,其输出轴驱动所述齿轮转动而令所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭或后移打开;
所述可动的转动紧固装置包括可升降的轮轴,所述轮轴受到向下的抵顶力;在所述轮轴上固定套设有渐开线形齿轮,所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条配合;
所述可动的转动紧固装置还包括用于卡固住所述渐开线形齿轮的齿牙的弹性顶杆;
所述弹性顶杆的自由端被牵引弹簧牵引而抵顶于所述齿牙;
在所述牵引弹簧的相对面设置有拉线,当所述拉线被外力拉动时,所述弹性顶杆的自由端被拉起而脱离所述齿牙;
当所述屏蔽门本体前移关闭时,初期所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、但未对齿条施以抵顶压力;随着屏蔽门本体的前移,所述齿条驱动所述渐开线形齿轮与之同步正向转动,渐开线形齿轮的齿牙逐渐压紧齿条,以对所述齿条逐渐施以抵顶压力;
当所述屏蔽门本体后移打开时,初期所述渐开线形齿轮与所述齿条啮合、并对所述齿条施以抵顶压力;随着屏蔽门本体的后移,所述齿条驱动所述渐开线形齿轮与之同步反向转动,渐开线形齿轮的齿牙逐渐松脱齿条,所述渐开线形齿轮对所述齿条的抵顶压力逐渐消失。
2.如权利要求1所述的防护屏蔽门结构,其特征在于,所述可动的转动紧固装置还包括两块相对设置的固定支板,在所述固定支板上开设有竖向长孔,所述轮轴的两端分别穿设过所述竖向长孔、并可沿所述竖向长孔上下移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的防护屏蔽门结构,其特征在于,还包括用于容纳屏蔽门本体的容纳室;
所述容纳室内凹形成于墙体内部,该容纳室的一侧具有供所述屏蔽门本体进出的开口;
所述导槽沿地面伸入到所述容纳室内。
4.如权利要求3所述的防护屏蔽门结构,其特征在于,在所述开口的两侧对向设置有支撑转轮,且所述两侧的支撑转轮分别抵顶住所述屏蔽门本体的两个侧面。
