在水利工程中一般都需要挡土墙,现有技术的水利工程挡土墙主要是由土方填埋而成,其虽然可以达到一定的防护目的,然而由于在实际使用过程其抗冻性能较差,长时间使用容易损坏,适用性和实用性受到限制,难以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明是提供一种结构简单、使用稳定性好且抗冻性能强的水利工程抗冻挡土墙。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种水利工程抗冻挡土墙,包括挡土墙本体,所述挡土墙本体包括左挡片和右挡片,所述左挡片和右挡片之间设有抗冻空隙,在所述左挡片的外侧设有倾斜左包裹层,在所述右挡片的外侧设有倾斜右包裹层,在所述抗冻空隙内设有抗冻颗粒填充层,在所述左挡片和右挡片上均设有植生孔。
在所述左挡片和右挡片中均设有空腔,在所述空腔内设有温度膨胀材料颗粒填充层,在所述左挡片和右挡片的侧壁上设有导温柱,所述导温柱连通空腔与外侧壁。
所述倾斜左包裹层的倾斜角度为15-20度,所述倾斜右包裹层的倾斜角度为20-25度。
所述植生孔的孔径为30mm。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,一定程度上提高子挡土墙的抗冻性能,并且在外侧均设有倾斜包裹层,保证了挡土墙的重心,增加墙体的向土压力,提高了抗倾覆能力,设有植生孔,可有利于栽培植物,方便植物根系的生长,适用性好,实用性强。

在所述左挡片1和右挡片2中均设有空腔8,在所述空腔8内设有温度膨胀材料颗粒填充层9,在所述左挡片1和右挡片2的侧壁上设有导温柱10,所述导温柱10连通空腔8与外侧壁。
所述倾斜左包裹层的倾斜角度为15-20度,所述倾斜右包裹层的倾斜角度为20-25度。
所述植生孔的孔径为30mm。
本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,一定程度上提高子挡土墙的抗冻性能,并且在外侧均设有倾斜包裹层,保证了挡土墙的重心,增加墙体的向土压力,提高了抗倾覆能力,设有植生孔,可有利于栽培植物,方便植物根系的生长,适用性好,实用性强。
