Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved more apparent, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automobile seat 100, wherein a backrest of the automobile seat 100 is provided with a table 101, and as shown in fig. 2, both left and right sides of the backrest of the automobile seat 100 are provided with a table limiting block 102, a torsion spring mounting hole 103 and a rotating shaft hole 104;
as shown in fig. 3, the table board comprises a front table board 1011 and a rear table board 1012, front ends of the left and right sides of the front table board 1011 are respectively provided with a front table board limiting structure 1013 and torsion spring mounting holes, sliding grooves of the left and right sides of the front table board 1011 are respectively inserted with an L-shaped rotating shaft 1014, and short ends of each rotating shaft 1014 are respectively mounted in rotating shaft holes 104 of the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100;
as shown in fig. 3, the sliding grooves at the front ends of the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 are respectively inserted with a rear table limiting block 1015, and as shown in fig. 4, a compression spring 1016 is connected between the rear table limiting block 1015 on each side and the end of the trapezoidal sliding groove on that side;
as shown in fig. 1, the front table 1011 is connected to the car seat 100 by a torsion spring 1017, and as shown in fig. 3, the rear table 1012 is connected to the front table 1011 by a spring hinge 1018.
In this embodiment, the backrest of the car seat 100 is provided with a table 101, so that passengers in the car can conveniently place articles such as file beverages, and the functions of the car seat 100 are more abundant. As shown in fig. 2, the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100 are provided with table limiting blocks 102, and when the table 101 is in a use state, the table limiting blocks 102 on each side are matched with the front table limiting structures 1013 on the corresponding sides of the front table 1011, so that the front table 1011 is always in a flat position and is not folded towards the backrest of the car seat 100 due to the winding force of the torsion spring 1017, so as to avoid affecting the normal use of the table 101 by passengers. The torsion spring mounting holes 103 on the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100 and the torsion spring mounting holes on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 are used for mounting torsion springs 1017, so that the table 101 is connected with the backrest of the car seat 100 through the torsion springs 1017, and the rotation shaft holes 104 on the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100 are used for mounting the rotation shafts 1014 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011.
As shown in fig. 3, the table 101 includes a front table 1011 and a rear table 1012, which not only increases the space of the table 101, but also allows the front table 1011 and the rear table 1012 to be folded in opposite directions when a passenger collides with the table 101, so that the folding of the table 101 is not hindered, but the table 101 can be folded rapidly, thereby effectively avoiding the physical injury caused by the collision between the passenger and the table 101. As shown in fig. 5, front table limiting structures 1013 are disposed at front ends of the left and right sides of the front table 1011, and are configured to be clamped on the table limiting blocks 102 of the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100 when the table 101 is in a use state, so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the table 101 in a flat position.
As shown in fig. 3, the sliding grooves on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 are respectively inserted with L-shaped rotating shafts 1014, the short ends of each rotating shaft 1014 are respectively mounted in the rotating shaft holes 104 on the left and right sides of the backrest of the car seat 100, and the rotating shaft 1014 on each side can slide in the sliding groove on the corresponding side. Thus, when the table 101 is folded from the folded state to the flat state by the operation shown in fig. 6 and 7, as shown in fig. 8, the front portions of the rear table stopper 1015 on the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 slide into the corresponding side of the front table 1011 and push the rotating shafts 1014 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 to slide forward until the table 101 is completely at the flat position, which is achieved by fixing the relative positions of the rotating shafts 1014 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 and the rear table stopper 1017 on the corresponding side of the rear table 1012. When the table 101 is folded from flat, as shown in fig. 9, the rotating shafts 1014 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 push the rear table stopper 1015 on the corresponding side of the rear table 1012 backward after being stressed, so that the rear table stopper 1015 on the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 slides out of the sliding groove on the corresponding side of the front table 1011, and the rear table 1012 can be folded toward the front table 1011 by the rolling force of the spring hinge 1018.
As shown in fig. 3, the sliding grooves at the front ends of the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 are respectively inserted with a rear table stopper 1015, and the rear table stoppers 1015 on the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 are used to cooperate with the rotating shafts 1014 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 to realize folding and unfolding of the front and rear tables 1011. As shown in fig. 10, a compression spring 1016 is connected between the rear table limiting block 1015 on each side and the end of the trapezoidal chute on that side, so that when the rear table 1012 is unfolded, the rear table limiting blocks 1015 on the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 will slide forward by the elastic force of the compression springs 1016 on the corresponding sides until the front portion of the rear table limiting block 1015 on each side slides into the chute on the corresponding side of the front table 1011, so that the front table 1011 and the rear table 1012 are in an unfolded state and cannot be folded.
As shown in fig. 11, the front table 1011 is connected to the car seat 100 through a torsion spring 1017, and the specific installation schematic view of the torsion spring 1017 may be seen in fig. 12, one end of the torsion spring 1017 is installed on the torsion spring installation hole of the front table 1011, the other end of the torsion spring 1017 is L-shaped, and is inserted into the torsion spring installation hole 103 of the backrest of the car seat 100, when the table 101 needs to be cleaned or repaired, the table 101 may be detached by removing the torsion spring 1017 connecting the table 101 and the car seat 100. As shown in fig. 3, the rear table 1012 is connected to the front table 1011 through a spring hinge 1018, and the torsion spring 1017 and the spring hinge 1018 have a rolling force, so, as shown in fig. 13, 9 and 14, when the passenger collides with the table 101 due to an emergency braking of the car, the table 101 is folded toward the front table 1011 due to a forward pushing force, the front table limit structures 1013 on the left and right sides of the front table 1011 are separated from the corresponding side table limit blocks 102, the rear table limit blocks 1015 on the left and right sides of the rear table 1012 are completely slid out of the trapezoidal sliding groove on the corresponding side of the front table 1011 due to a pushing force of the rotary shaft 1014 on the corresponding side of the front table 1011, and the front table 1011 is folded toward the backrest of the car seat 100 due to a rolling force of the torsion spring 1017, so that the table 101 is effectively prevented from being damaged due to a collision between the table 101 and the passenger due to a rolling force of the spring hinge 1018, and the car seat 101 is prevented from being accidentally rolled up due to the rolling force of the torsion spring 1017. In addition, when the table 101 is not needed, the table 101 can be folded toward the backrest of the car seat 100 by using the rolling force of the torsion spring 1017 and the spring hinge 1018, so as to achieve the purpose of releasing the space in the car.
