本发明公开了一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法,涉及食品加工技术领域,该干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法利用干燥剂吸水原理以达到让蜂蜜(糖浆)脱水浓缩的目的,相较现有技术成本低,质量高,不破坏蜂蜜(糖浆)营养等效果。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法。
背景技术
蜂蜜浓缩机利用在高真空状态下降低水的沸点的原理,使蜂蜜中的水分快速蒸发出来,提高蜂蜜的浓度。使蜂蜜能够达到国家标准,并能长期保存。设备由预热罐、过滤器、浓缩罐、冷凝器、真空泵等组成,采用自动控制电加热方式供热,也可用锅炉循环热水加热。操作复杂,成本大,效果一般。现有蜂蜜浓缩技术在加热过程中还会破坏蜂蜜营养影响蜂蜜口感香味。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法,该方法无需加热可保护蜂蜜原生天然成分,不破坏蜂蜜营养不影响蜂蜜天然香味。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法,其特征在于,该干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用一个密封装置(常温密封罐),密封装置内悬挂装置;
(2)密封罐要求密封性好,悬挂装置要求稳固牢实;
(3)在密封罐内加入蜂蜜(糖浆),并在其中悬挂放入干燥剂,根据蜂蜜(糖浆)量加入干燥剂并控制时间以确保蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度达到相关要求。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中每100斤蜂蜜(糖浆)可放入8斤左右干燥剂,比例可根据原蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度的高低而调控。
有益效果:该干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法利用干燥剂吸水原理以达到让蜂蜜(糖浆)脱水浓缩的目的,相较现有技术成本低,质量高,不破坏蜂蜜(糖浆)营养等效果。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法的优选实施方式。
该干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用一个密封装置(常温密封罐),密封装置内悬挂装置;
(2)密封罐要求密封性好,悬挂装置要求稳固牢实;
(3)在密封罐内加入蜂蜜(糖浆),并在其中悬挂放入干燥剂,根据蜂蜜(糖浆)量加入干燥剂并控制时间以确保蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度达到相关要求。
步骤(3)中每100斤蜂蜜(糖浆)可放入8斤左右干燥剂,干燥剂可选用生石灰,亦可用其它干燥材料,比例可根据原蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度的高低而调控。

1.一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法,其特征在于,该干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用一个密封装置(常温密封罐),密封装置内悬挂装置;
(2)密封罐要求密封性好,悬挂装置要求稳固牢实;
(3)在密封罐内加入蜂蜜(糖浆),并在其中悬挂放入干燥剂,根据蜂蜜(糖浆)量加入干燥剂并控制时间以确保蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度达到相关要求。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种干燥剂浓缩蜂蜜(糖浆)法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中每100斤蜂蜜(糖浆)可放入8斤左右干燥剂,比例可根据原蜂蜜(糖浆)浓度的高低而调控。
