A roaming processing module 235, configured to detect, when the SIM card is in a roaming state, a frequency band range supported by a network where the user terminal 100 is located based on a configuration file corresponding to the SIM card, and reconfigure a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal 100.
In this embodiment, the roaming processing module 235 is configured to execute step S135 in fig. 4, and the detailed description about the roaming processing module 235 may refer to the description of step S135.
The roaming processing module 235 is further configured to detect serving cell information and neighboring cell information of a network where the ue 100 is currently located when the SIM card is not in a roaming state.
In summary, the present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a user equipment for updating carrier aggregation capability. And generating a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal through a configuration file of an SIM card of the user terminal. And detecting the service cell information and the adjacent cell information of the network where the user terminal is currently located so as to acquire the network frequency band coverage information of the user terminal. And updating a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to the acquired network frequency band coverage information. Therefore, dynamic maintenance of the carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal is realized, the reported information of the carrier aggregation capability of the user terminal is adjusted in real time according to the network environment where the user terminal is located, so that the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band where the user terminal is located is guaranteed to be reported preferentially, and the situation that key frequency band combination information is omitted in the reporting process due to protocol and standard limitation is avoided. The method has considerable ductility in practical application, reduces energy consumption while optimizing the reporting of the user terminal capability information, improves the matching degree of the reported carrier aggregation capability information and the local network, and optimizes the use experience of the user terminal.

Claims (13)

1. A carrier aggregation capability updating method is applied to a user terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a carrier aggregation capacity pool of the user terminal according to the configuration file of the SIM card of the user terminal;
detecting service cell information and adjacent cell information of the current position of the user terminal to acquire network frequency band coverage information of the user terminal, wherein the network frequency band coverage information comprises the network frequency band coverage information of the current service cell of the user terminal and the network frequency band coverage information of the adjacent cell;
and adjusting the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band based on the acquired network frequency band coverage information so that the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band is within the preset reporting information range of the carrier aggregation capability pool, thereby ensuring that the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band is preferentially reported.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving a carrier aggregation capability query instruction sent by a base station, and reporting the updated carrier aggregation capability pool information to the base station.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to the configuration file of the SIM card of the user terminal comprises:
detecting the type of the SIM card;
activating a configuration file corresponding to the SIM card according to the detected type of the SIM card;
detecting all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal;
and generating a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to the configuration file and all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein before the step of detecting serving cell information and neighbor cell information of a network where the user terminal is currently located to obtain network band coverage information of the network where the user terminal is located, the method further comprises:
and performing local network registration on the user terminal based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card and all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal.

The method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein before the step of detecting serving cell information and neighbor cell information of a network where the user terminal is currently located to obtain network band coverage information of the network where the user terminal is located, the method further comprises:
judging the current roaming state of the SIM card based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card;
when the SIM card is in a roaming state, detecting a frequency range supported by a network where a user terminal is located based on a configuration file corresponding to the SIM card, and reconfiguring a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal;
and when the SIM card is not in a roaming state, detecting the service cell information and the adjacent cell information of the current position of the user terminal.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the configuration file includes local network frequency band combination information, and the step of detecting a frequency band range supported by a network where a user terminal is located based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card and reconfiguring the carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal includes:
detecting a frequency range supported by a network where a user terminal is located according to the network where the SIM card is located and the local network frequency range combination information;
and adjusting the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the frequency range supported by the network where the detected user terminal is located to be within the preset reporting information range of the carrier aggregation capability pool.
7. A carrier aggregation capability updating apparatus applied to a user equipment, the apparatus comprising:
a generating module, configured to generate a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to a configuration file of an SIM card of the user terminal;
a detecting module, configured to detect serving cell information and neighboring cell information of a current location of the user terminal to obtain network frequency band coverage information of the user terminal, where the network frequency band coverage information includes the network frequency band coverage information of the serving cell where the user terminal is currently located and the network frequency band coverage information of the neighboring cell;
and the updating module is used for adjusting the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band based on the acquired network frequency band coverage information so as to enable the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band to be within a preset reporting information range of the carrier aggregation capability pool, thereby ensuring that the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band is preferentially reported.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the reporting module is used for receiving a carrier aggregation capability query instruction sent by the base station and reporting the updated carrier aggregation capability pool information to the base station.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the means for generating the carrier aggregation capability pool of the ue according to the configuration file of the SIM card of the ue comprises:
detecting the type of the SIM card;
activating a configuration file corresponding to the SIM card according to the detected type of the SIM card;
detecting all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal;
and generating a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to the configuration file and all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal.
10. The apparatus of claim 7 or 9, wherein before the detecting module, the apparatus further comprises:
and the registration module is used for performing local network registration on the user terminal based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card and all network frequency bands which can be supported by the user terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 7 or 9, wherein before the detecting module, the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging the current roaming state of the SIM card based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card;
a roaming processing module, configured to detect, when the SIM card is in a roaming state, a frequency band range supported by a network where a user terminal is located based on a configuration file corresponding to the SIM card, and reconfigure a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal;
and the roaming processing module is further used for detecting the service cell information and the adjacent cell information of the current position of the user terminal when the SIM card is not in the roaming state.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the configuration file includes local network frequency band combination information, and the roaming processing module detects, based on the configuration file corresponding to the SIM card, a frequency band range supported by a network where the ue is located, and reconfigures the carrier aggregation capability pool of the ue by:
detecting a frequency range supported by a network where a user terminal is located according to the network where the SIM card is located and the local network frequency range combination information;
and adjusting the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the frequency range supported by the network where the detected user terminal is located to be within the preset reporting information range of the carrier aggregation capability pool.
13. A user terminal, wherein the user terminal comprises a carrier aggregation capability update apparatus, and wherein the apparatus comprises:
a generating module, configured to generate a carrier aggregation capability pool of the user terminal according to a configuration file of an SIM card of the user terminal;
a detection module, configured to detect serving cell information and neighboring cell information of a current location of the user terminal to obtain network frequency band coverage information of the user terminal, where the network frequency band coverage information includes network frequency band coverage information of the serving cell where the user terminal is located and network frequency band coverage information of the neighboring cell;
and the updating module is used for adjusting the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band based on the acquired network frequency band coverage information so as to enable the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band to be within a preset reporting information range of the carrier aggregation capability pool, thereby ensuring that the carrier aggregation combination corresponding to the network coverage frequency band is preferentially reported.
