Example one
referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling a terminal according to a first embodiment of the present invention is proposed, the method including the steps of:
And S11, detecting the age bracket of the user.
The age groups are generally divided into a child stage, a juvenile stage, a youth stage, a middle-aged stage, an old stage and the like, and at least two age groups can be arbitrarily selected from the age groups to establish a corresponding relationship with the operation mode. The terminal can detect the age bracket of the user when the terminal is unlocked, and can also randomly or periodically detect the age bracket of the user (namely, detect the age bracket of the user once every preset time) in the using process. In specific implementation, the terminal may detect the age bracket of the user by using the following various methods:
The first method is as follows: the terminal collects the facial image of the user through the front camera, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the facial image. Namely, the terminal performs age detection through a face recognition technology.
specifically, the terminal acquires at least one of parameters such as the size of the face, facial features of five sense organs, facial skin features, facial pore features, facial hair features and the like according to the face image, compares the acquired parameters with standard parameters, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
The standard parameters are pre-stored parameters of standard facial images of various age groups. Alternatively, only the parameters of the standard facial image of a specific age group may be prestored, the acquired parameters of the facial image may be compared with the prestored parameters of the standard facial image of the specific age group, and when the similarity between the two parameters reaches a threshold value, it is determined that the user is in the specific age group.
For example: when the face is small, the user is determined to be a child (i.e., in the childhood stage, or an approximate age range may be estimated); when the skin of the face is rough and has more wrinkles, the user is judged to be elderly (namely, the user is in an old age stage, or an approximate age range can be estimated); when the pores on the face are fine, the user is judged to be a child; when the facial features show that the proportion of eyes is large, the user is judged to be a child; when the hair (such as beard and hair) on the face is gray, judging that the user is an old man; and so on.
The second method comprises the following steps: the terminal collects the voice of the user through a voice collecting device (such as a microphone), and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the voice.
Specifically, the terminal acquires at least one parameter of parameters such as tone, pitch, loudness and the like of the sound, compares the acquired parameter with a standard parameter, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
the standard parameters are pre-stored parameters of standard sounds of various ages. Alternatively, only the parameters of the standard sounds of a specific age group may be prestored, the collected parameters of the sounds are compared with the prestored parameters of the standard sounds of the specific age group, and when the similarity between the collected parameters and the prestored parameters of the standard sounds of the specific age group reaches a threshold value, it is determined that the user is in the specific age group.
For example, when the sound is crisp, young or sharp, the user is determined to be a child; when the voice is hoarse and old, the user is determined to be the old.
The third method comprises the following steps: the terminal detects the holding mode of the user through a sensor arranged on the shell (side surface and/or back surface), and estimates the age of the user according to the holding mode.
Specifically, the terminal compares the acquired holding parameters with the standard parameters according to at least one of the holding parameters such as the position, the area, the number, the distribution state and the like of the contact region when the user holds the terminal, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result. The standard parameter here is a holding parameter when the owner (often the user) of the terminal normally holds the terminal.
for example: since the hand of the child is small, the way of holding the terminal is different from that of the adult, such as the holding position and the distribution state of each finger, the contact area of each finger with the terminal, the number of holding fingers (such as holding with both hands) and the like are different from those of the adult, and therefore when the holding parameters of the position, the area, the number, the distribution state and the like of the contact area are different from the standard parameters greatly, the user is judged to be the child; since the old people do not use the intelligent terminal frequently, the way of holding the terminal is different from that of the people who use the terminal frequently, for example, the holding position and the distribution state of each finger are different, and therefore when the position and the distribution state of the contact area are different from the standard parameters but the area and the number are basically the same, the user is determined to be the old people.
the method is as follows: the terminal detects the operation mode of the user through a key module, a touch screen and the like, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the operation mode.
Optionally, the terminal compares the obtained operation parameter with the standard parameter according to at least one of the operation parameters such as the operation speed, the operation normalization, the operation frequency, and the like when the user operates the terminal, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result. The standard parameters herein are the operating parameters when the terminal is normally operated.
for example: because the child is relatively urgent and messy when operating the terminal, when the operation speed is high, the operation is not standard and/or the operation frequency is high, the user is judged to be the child; since the old people are unfamiliar with the smart device, the operation of the terminal is slow and hesitant, and thus, when the operation speed is slow and the operation frequency is low, the user is determined to be the old people.
Optionally, the terminal acquires coordinates of all points touched by the user on the touch screen at a certain moment; calculating the distance between any two point coordinates in all the point coordinates, and filtering the calculated distance value; and comparing the filtered distance value with a preset distance threshold value, and estimating the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
For example: because the finger of the child is thin, the contact surface between the fingertip and the touch screen is small, the coordinates of the points of the plane which can be covered are small, the distance between the points becomes small, and the distance value between any two point coordinates in all the point coordinates on the contact surface is not larger than the preset distance threshold value. When none of these distance values is greater than the distance threshold, the user may be determined to be a child.
optionally, the terminal acquires a touch track generated by the closing and sliding of at least two adjacent fingers of the user on the touch screen; determining a relative position relation sequence of the touch points when at least two adjacent fingers perform touch operation according to the touch tracks; inputting the distance between the relative position relation sequence of the contact points and the set template when at least two adjacent fingers are in touch operation into a pre-trained age classifier, and indicating the age bracket of the user by the output result of the age classifier; the specific obtaining method of the set template comprises the following steps: and respectively generating a characteristic template for each age group (or generating the characteristic template for a specific age group only), and selecting the characteristic template which is closest to the relative position relation sequence of the contact points in the touch screen track of the current user as a set template.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in addition to the above-mentioned method, other methods may be used to detect the age bracket of the user, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
and S12, entering a corresponding operation mode according to the age group of the user.
In step S12, the operation mode corresponding to the age group of the current user is searched according to the preset corresponding relationship between the age group and the operation mode, and the corresponding operation is executed by entering the corresponding operation mode. When the current running mode is in the running mode corresponding to the age group, the running mode is kept unchanged; and when the current age group is not in the corresponding operation mode, enabling or switching to the operation mode. Generally, the operation mode at least includes a normal mode, and may further include one of specific operation modes such as a child mode and an old age mode.
Optionally, when the age of the user is smaller than the first threshold, it is determined that the user is in a child stage, a child mode corresponding to the child stage is entered, and the operation right is limited. The first threshold may be set as desired, such as 6 years, 8 years, 12 years, etc.
the limitation on the operation authority includes locking a specific application, a specific file and/or a specific function, or/and limiting the use duration of the specific application and/or the terminal. The specific application comprises at least one of application programs such as a call application, a social application, a game application and a transaction application. The specific function comprises at least one of a parameter setting function, a shortcut operation function, a specific function of a specific application, and the like, wherein the specific function of the specific application comprises a payment function, a transfer function, an information publishing function and the like of a transaction application.
for example, in order to prevent children from making phone calls and sending short messages, the use of a call application and a short message application is prohibited; in order to prevent the children from deleting and checking important or private files, the read-write operation of the important or private files is forbidden; in order to prevent the children from paying out money, the use of transaction applications such as payment applications, shopping applications, bank applications and the like is forbidden; in order to prevent children from being addicted to the game, the use of the game application is forbidden or the use duration of the game application is limited, and when the use duration exceeds the use duration, the use of the game application is forbidden, such as locking, turning off or prompting; in order to prevent children from being addicted to the terminal, the service life of the terminal is limited, and when the preset service life is reached, the terminal is automatically locked or shut down or prompted.
Optionally, when the age group of the user is greater than the second threshold, it is determined that the user is in an old age stage, an old age mode corresponding to the old age stage is entered, and the specific parameter is adjusted. The specific parameters include a sound parameter such as a volume, a display parameter such as a brightness of a screen, a size of a font, and the like. The second threshold is greater than the first threshold and can be set as desired, such as 55 years old, 60 years old, 65 years old, etc.
for example, considering that the hearing of the elderly is poor, the volume of the terminal can be increased so that the elderly can hear more clearly; considering that the eyesight of the old is poor, the brightness of the screen and/or the font can be increased, so that the old can see more clearly.
According to the control method of the terminal, the age bracket where the user is located is automatically detected, and the corresponding operation mode is automatically entered according to the age bracket where the user is located, so that the automatic switching of the operation modes is realized, the complicated manual switching process of the user is omitted, the technical problem of complicated operation when the terminal equipment enters or exits different operation modes in the prior art is solved, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a method for controlling a terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention is proposed, the method including the steps of:
S21, detecting the age of the user and determining whether the age of the user is smaller than the first threshold. When the value is smaller than the first threshold value, the process proceeds to step S22; when not less than the first threshold, the routine proceeds to step S23.
The present embodiment sets two operation modes, a child mode and a normal mode, and the child stage corresponds to the child mode, and the non-child stage (i.e. all age groups except the child stage) corresponds to the normal mode.
When the age class of the user is detected to be smaller than the first threshold, determining that the user is in a child stage, and entering step S22; when it is detected that the age group of the user is greater than or equal to the second threshold, it is determined that the user is in a non-child stage, and the process proceeds to step S23.
For a specific detection method of the age group, refer to step S11 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
And S22, entering a child mode and limiting the operation authority.
In step S22, when it is detected that the user is a child, the operation mode is entered to limit the operation authority. When the current mode is in the child mode, the child mode is kept unchanged; when not currently in the child mode, the mode is enabled or switched to the child mode.
For example, in order to prevent children from making phone calls and sending short messages, the use of a call application and a short message application is prohibited; in order to prevent the children from deleting and checking important or private files, the read-write operation of the important or private files is forbidden; in order to prevent the children from paying out money, the use of transaction applications such as payment applications, shopping applications, bank applications and the like is forbidden; to prevent children from becoming addicted to the game, the use of the game-like application is prohibited or the use duration of the game-like application is limited (the use of the game-like application is prohibited when the use duration is exceeded); in order to prevent children from being addicted to the terminal, the use time of the terminal is limited (automatically locked or turned off when the use time is exceeded).
And S23, entering a normal mode.
In step S23, when it is detected that the user is not a child, the normal mode is entered. When the current mode is in the common mode, the common mode is kept unchanged; when not currently in normal mode, then the normal mode is immediately enabled or switched to.
whether this embodiment is children through the age bracket that automated inspection user located, judges the user, then automatically enters children's mode when the user is children, otherwise automatic entering common mode to realized the automation of children's mode and got into or withdraw from, saved the loaded down with trivial details process of user's manual switch, solved among the prior art terminal equipment and got into or withdraw from complex operation's when children's mode technical problem, promoted user experience.
EXAMPLE III
referring to fig. 3, a method for controlling a terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention is proposed, the method including the steps of:
S31, detecting the age of the user and determining whether the age of the user is greater than the second threshold. When the second threshold value is exceeded, the flow proceeds to step S32; when not greater than the second threshold, the flow proceeds to step S33.
the present embodiment sets two operation modes, namely, the old age mode and the normal mode, and the old age stage corresponds to the old age mode, and the non-old age stage (i.e., all age groups except the old age stage) corresponds to the normal mode.
when the age class of the user is detected to be larger than the second threshold, determining that the user is in the old age class, and entering step S32; when it is detected that the age group of the user is smaller than or equal to the second threshold, it is determined that the user is in a non-elderly stage, and the process proceeds to step S33.
for a specific detection method of the age group, refer to step S11 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
And S32, entering an old people mode and adjusting specific parameters.
In step S32, when it is detected that the user is an elderly person, the user enters an elderly mode to adjust the specific parameters. When the current mode is in the old mode, the old mode is kept unchanged; and when the mobile terminal is not in the old mode currently, enabling or switching to the old mode.
the specific parameters include a sound parameter such as a volume, a display parameter such as a brightness of a screen, a size of a font, and the like.
For example, considering that the hearing of the elderly is poor, the volume of the terminal can be increased so that the elderly can hear more clearly; considering that the eyesight of the old is poor, the brightness of the screen and/or the font can be increased, so that the old can see more clearly.
And S33, entering a normal mode.
In step S33, when it is detected that the user is not an old person, the normal mode is entered. When the current mode is in the common mode, the common mode is kept unchanged; when not currently in normal mode, then the normal mode is immediately enabled or switched to.
Whether the user is the old man is judged through the age bracket that the automated inspection user is located to this embodiment, then gets into the old man mode automatically when the user is the old man, adjusts specific parameter to make things convenient for the old man to use, promoted old man's use and experienced. In addition, the old man mode is automatically entered or exited, the tedious process of manual switching of a user is omitted, and user experience is improved.

S41, detecting the age group of the user, and determining whether the age group of the user is smaller than the first threshold or larger than the second threshold. When the age group is smaller than the first threshold, the flow proceeds to step S42; when the age group is larger than the second threshold, the process proceeds to step S44; when the age group is not less than the first threshold value nor more than the second threshold value, the flow proceeds to step S43.
the three operational mode of children's mode, old mode and normal mode is set for this embodiment, and wherein, the children stage corresponds the children mode, and the old stage is to old mode, and all age brackets except children stage and old stage correspond normal mode.
When the age class of the user is smaller than the first threshold value, determining that the user is in a child stage; when the age class of the user is detected to be larger than the second threshold value, determining that the user is in the old age stage; when the age range of the user is detected to be between the first threshold and the second threshold (including the first threshold and the second threshold), the user is determined to be in neither the child stage nor the old stage.
For a specific detection method of the age group, refer to step S11 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
and S42, entering a child mode and limiting the operation authority.
In step S42, when it is detected that the user is a child, the operation mode is entered to limit the operation authority. When the current mode is in the child mode, the child mode is kept unchanged; when not currently in the child mode, the mode is enabled or switched to the child mode.
the limitation on the operation authority includes locking a specific application, a specific file and/or a specific function, or/and limiting the use duration of the specific application and/or the terminal. The specific application comprises at least one of application programs such as a call application, a social application, a game application and a transaction application. The specific function comprises at least one of a parameter setting function, a shortcut operation function, a specific function of a specific application, and the like, wherein the specific function of the specific application comprises a payment function, a transfer function, an information publishing function and the like of a transaction application.

the specific parameters include a sound parameter such as a volume, a display parameter such as a brightness of a screen, a size of a font, and the like.
For example, considering that the hearing of the elderly is poor, the volume of the terminal can be increased so that the elderly can hear more clearly; considering that the eyesight of the old is poor, the brightness of the screen and/or the font can be increased, so that the old can see more clearly.
Whether this embodiment is children or old man through the age bracket that automated inspection user is located, judges the user, and then automatic switch-over between children's mode, old man's mode and normal mode has made things convenient for children, old man's use, has saved the loaded down with trivial details process of user's manual switch-over, has promoted user experience.
EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 5, a control apparatus of a terminal of a fifth embodiment of the present invention is proposed, the apparatus including an analysis detection module 10 and a mode control module 20, wherein:
The analysis and detection module 10: for detecting the age bracket of the user.
The age groups are generally divided into a child stage, a juvenile stage, a youth stage, a middle-aged stage, an old stage and the like, and at least two age groups can be arbitrarily selected from the age groups to establish a corresponding relationship with the operation mode. The terminal can detect the age bracket of the user when the terminal is unlocked, and can also randomly or periodically detect the age bracket of the user (namely, detect the age bracket of the user once every preset time) in the using process.
the analysis and detection module 10 can detect the age bracket of the user when the terminal is just unlocked, and can also randomly or periodically detect the age bracket of the user during the use process (i.e. detect the age bracket of the user every preset time). In particular, the analysis and detection module 10 can detect the age of the user by using the following methods:
The first method is as follows: the analysis and detection module 10 collects the facial image of the user through the front camera, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the facial image.
Specifically, the analysis and detection module 10 acquires at least one of parameters such as the size of the face, the facial features of the five sense organs, the facial skin features, the facial pore features, the facial hair features, and the like, from the face image, compares the acquired parameter with the standard parameter, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
The standard parameters are pre-stored parameters of standard facial images of various age groups. Alternatively, only the parameters of the standard facial image of a specific age group may be prestored, and the analysis and detection module 10 compares the acquired parameters of the facial image with the prestored parameters of the standard facial image of the specific age group, and when the similarity between the two parameters reaches a threshold, it is determined that the user is in the specific age group.
For example: when the face is small, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is a child (i.e., in the child stage, an approximate age range can be estimated, the same applies below); when the skin of the face is rough and has many wrinkles, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is an elderly person (i.e., in the elderly stage, the same applies below); when the pores on the face are fine, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is a child; when the facial features of five sense organs show that the proportion of eyes is large, the analysis and detection module 10 judges that the user is a child; when the hair (such as beard and hair) on the face is gray, the analysis and detection module 10 judges that the user is an old person; and so on.
The second method comprises the following steps: the analysis and detection module 10 collects the voice of the user through a voice collection device (such as a microphone), and estimates the age of the user according to the voice.
Specifically, the analysis and detection module 10 obtains at least one of the parameters of the sound, such as the timbre, the pitch, the loudness, and the like, compares the obtained parameter with the standard parameter, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
The standard parameters are pre-stored parameters of standard sounds of various ages. Alternatively, only the parameters of the standard sounds of a specific age group may be pre-stored, the analysis and detection module 10 compares the collected parameters of the sounds with the pre-stored parameters of the standard sounds of the specific age group, and when the similarity between the collected parameters and the pre-stored parameters of the standard sounds of the specific age group reaches a threshold, it is determined that the user is in the specific age group.
for example, when the sound is crisp, tender or sharp, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is a child; when the sound is dull or dark, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is an old person.
The third method comprises the following steps: the analysis and detection module 10 detects the holding manner of the user through a sensor disposed on the housing (side and/or back), and estimates the age of the user according to the holding manner.
specifically, the analysis and detection module 10 compares the acquired holding parameters with the standard parameters according to at least one of the holding parameters, such as the position, area, number, distribution state, and the like of the contact region when the user holds the terminal, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result. The standard parameter here is a holding parameter when the owner (often the user) of the terminal normally holds the terminal.
For example: since the hand of the child is small, the way of holding the terminal is different from that of the adult, such as the holding position and the distribution state of each finger, the area of each finger in contact with the terminal, the number of holding fingers (such as holding with both hands), and the like, which are different from those of the adult, so that when the holding parameters of the position, the area, the number, the distribution state, and the like of the contact area are different from the standard parameters, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is a child; since the elderly people do not use the smart terminal frequently, the way of holding the terminal is different from that of people who use the smart terminal frequently, for example, the holding position and the distribution state of each finger are different, and therefore, when the position and the distribution state of the contact area are different from the standard parameters, but the area and the number are substantially the same, the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is an elderly person.
The method is as follows: the analysis and detection module 10 detects the operation mode of the user through a key module, a touch screen and the like, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the operation mode.
Optionally, the analysis and detection module 10 compares the obtained operation parameter with a standard parameter according to at least one of operation parameters such as an operation speed, an operation normalization, an operation frequency, and the like when the user operates the terminal, and estimates the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result. The standard parameters herein are the operating parameters when the terminal is normally operated.
for example: because the child is relatively urgent and messy when operating the terminal, when the operation speed is high, the operation is not standard and/or the operation frequency is high, the analysis and detection module 10 judges that the user is a child; since the elderly are not familiar with the smart device, the operation of the terminal is slow and hesitant, and thus the analysis and detection module 10 determines that the user is elderly when the operation speed is slow and the operation frequency is low.
Optionally, the analysis and detection module 10 obtains coordinates of all points touched by the user on the touch screen at a certain time; calculating the distance between any two point coordinates in all the point coordinates, and filtering the calculated distance value; and comparing the filtered distance value with a preset distance threshold value, and estimating the age bracket of the user according to the comparison result.
Optionally, the analysis and detection module 10 obtains a touch track generated by the user when at least two adjacent fingers on the touch screen are closed and slide; determining a relative position relation sequence of the touch points when at least two adjacent fingers perform touch operation according to the touch tracks; inputting the distance between the relative position relation sequence of the contact points and the set template when at least two adjacent fingers are in touch operation into a pre-trained age classifier, and indicating the age bracket of the user by the output result of the age classifier; the specific obtaining method of the set template comprises the following steps: and respectively generating a characteristic template for each age group (or generating the characteristic template for a specific age group only), and selecting the characteristic template which is closest to the relative position relation sequence of the contact points in the touch screen track of the current user as a set template.
The mode control module 20: the system is used for entering a corresponding operation mode according to the age group of the user.
Specifically, according to the preset corresponding relationship between the age group and the operation mode, the mode control module 20 searches the operation mode corresponding to the age group where the current user is located, and enters the corresponding operation mode to perform the corresponding operation.
Alternatively, when the age of the user is smaller than the first threshold, it is determined that the user is in the child stage, and the mode control module 20 enters the child mode corresponding to the child stage and limits the operation right. The first threshold may be set as desired, such as 6 years, 8 years, 12 years, etc.
The restriction of the operation authority by the mode control module 20 includes locking a specific application, a specific file and/or a specific function, or/and restricting a usage time period of a specific application and/or terminal.
For example, in order to prevent children from making phone calls and sending short messages, the mode control module 20 prohibits the use of the call application and the short message application; in order to prevent the child from deleting and viewing the important or private file, the mode control module 20 prohibits the reading and writing operation of the important or private file; in order to prevent the child from paying money outside, the mode control module 20 prohibits the use of transaction applications such as a payment application, a shopping application, a banking application, and the like; in order to prevent children from being addicted to the game, the mode control module 20 prohibits the use of the game application or limits the use duration of the game application, and prohibits the use of the game application when the use duration exceeds the use duration, such as locking, turning off or prompting; in order to prevent children from being addicted to the terminal, the mode control module 20 limits the service life of the terminal, and automatically locks or shuts down the terminal or prompts the terminal when the preset service life is reached.
optionally, when the age group of the user is greater than the second threshold, it is determined that the user is in an old age stage, and the mode control module 20 enters an old age mode corresponding to the old age stage to adjust the specific parameter. The specific parameters include a sound parameter such as a volume, a display parameter such as a brightness of a screen, a size of a font, and the like. The second threshold is greater than the first threshold and can be set as desired, such as 55 years old, 60 years old, 65 years old, etc.
For example, in consideration of poor hearing of the elderly, the mode control module 20 may increase the volume of the terminal so that the elderly can hear more clearly; considering that the elderly have poor eyesight, the mode control module 20 may increase the brightness of the screen and/or increase the font to make the elderly look more clear.
optionally, the normal mode is entered when the age group of the user is greater than or equal to the first threshold, or when the age group of the user is less than or equal to the first threshold, or when the age group of the user is between the first threshold and the second threshold (including the first threshold and the second threshold).
According to the control device of the terminal, the age bracket where the user is located is automatically detected, and the corresponding operation mode is automatically entered according to the age bracket where the user is located, so that the automatic switching of the operation modes is realized, the complicated manual switching process of the user is omitted, the technical problem of complicated operation when the terminal equipment is switched to different operation modes in the prior art is solved, and the user experience is improved. Further, through addding old man's mode, when the user is the old man, then automatic switch-over is the old man's mode, adjusts specific parameter to make things convenient for the old man to use, promoted old man's use and experienced.
The invention also provides a terminal device, which comprises: a touch-sensitive display; one or more processors; a memory; one or more application programs, wherein the one or more application programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the control method of the aforementioned terminal.
