Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a message sending control method aiming at the problem that a child mode scheme of a terminal in the prior art is inconvenient to use, as shown in figure 1, the message sending control method comprises the following steps:
step 11: when the interface of the terminal is detected to be a message editing interface, determining whether an avatar detected by a camera of the terminal is a child, and determining whether a message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal.
The message editing interface is preferably a message editing interface of social software APP (an installed, online and terminal system-owned communication APP) on the terminal.
Step 12: and if the head portrait detected by the camera of the terminal is the child and the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal, prohibiting the message to be sent in the message editing interface from being sent.
Namely, when the current message editing is recognized as child input behavior (message editing without substantial meaning operated by children), the sending of the message to be sent is prohibited, so as to prevent the message from being sent continuously and mistakenly.
The message sending control method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines whether a head portrait detected by a camera of the terminal is a child and determines whether a message to be sent in a message editing interface is abnormal or not by detecting that the interface of the terminal is the message editing interface; if the head portrait detected by a camera of the terminal is a child and the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal, prohibiting the sending of the message to be sent in the message editing interface; the method can automatically and intelligently identify the identity and the behavior of the child to timely prevent frequent messages from being sent by mistake, does not need manual operation of a user any more, is convenient to use, improves user experience, and solves the problem that the child mode scheme of the terminal is inconvenient to use in the prior art.
In step 11, the embodiment of the present invention provides two specific implementation schemes, as follows:
the first method, when it is detected that the interface of the terminal is the message editing interface, determining whether an avatar detected by a camera of the terminal is a child, and determining whether a message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal includes: when the interface of the terminal is detected to be a message editing interface, acquiring an avatar (preferably the avatar of the current user) detected by a camera of the terminal; and when the head portrait is the head portrait of the child, determining whether the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal or not.
Firstly determining the head portrait of a message editor, when the head portrait indicates that the message editor is a child, continuously identifying whether the edited content has a substantial meaning, and if the edited content does not have the substantial meaning, determining that the current message editor is a child input behavior; therefore, whether the current message editing is the child input behavior or not can be accurately identified in the actual application, and the misjudgment condition is avoided, such as: sometimes, the message editor indicated by the avatar is a child, but the adult possibly holds the child to edit the message, the obtained avatar is the avatar of the child, but the message editing is not performed by the child but is performed normally by the adult; by adopting the scheme, improper operation that the message is forbidden to be sent when the head portrait indicates children can be avoided.
When the avatar indicates that the message editor is not a child, normal sending of the message to be sent can be allowed, and meanwhile, the avatar of the message editor continues to be determined; therefore, whether the current message editing is the child input behavior can be identified and determined in real time, and the message is prevented from being sent by mistake to the greatest extent.
Secondly, when the interface of the terminal is detected to be a message editing interface, the step of determining whether the head portrait detected by the camera of the terminal is a child or not and determining whether the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal or not includes: when the interface of the terminal is detected to be a message editing interface, determining whether a message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal; if yes, acquiring an avatar (preferably the avatar of the current user) detected by a camera of the terminal; and determining whether the head portrait detected by the camera of the terminal is a child.
Firstly, identifying whether the edited content has a substantial meaning, if the edited content does not have the substantial meaning, continuously determining the head portrait of the message editor, and when the head portrait indicates that the message editor is a child, determining that the current message editor is a child input behavior; therefore, whether the current message editing is the child input behavior or not can be accurately identified in the actual application, and the misjudgment condition is avoided, such as: sometimes the edited content has no substantial meaning, but may be intentionally made by an editor rather than being operated by mistake or by children; by adopting the scheme, improper operation that the message is forbidden to be sent when the edited content does not have a substantial meaning can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
When the avatar indicates that the message editor is not a child, normal transmission of the message to be transmitted may be allowed while continuing to identify whether the edited content has substantial meaning; therefore, whether the current message editing is the child input behavior can be identified and determined in real time, and the message is prevented from being sent by mistake to the greatest extent.
As can be seen from the above, step 11 of the embodiment of the present invention may specifically include determining the avatar of the message editor and identifying the edited content, and the two are not in sequence.
Wherein the step of determining whether the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal comprises: acquiring the content of the message to be sent in the message editing interface and the number of the messages sent in a first preset time period before the current moment; obtaining message sending frequency according to the first preset time period and the number; determining whether the content of the message to be sent and the message sending frequency are both abnormal or not according to a pre-stored historical message sending rule; if yes, determining that the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal; the historical message sending rule is obtained according to the message sending quantity and the content of the sent messages in a second preset time period, wherein the second preset time period is before the first preset time period.
Determining whether the content of the message to be sent in the message editing interface and the message sending frequency in the near time period are both abnormal according to a pre-obtained historical message sending rule, and if so, determining that the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal; this can further improve the accuracy of the determination operation.
Specifically, the step of determining whether the content of the message to be sent and the message sending frequency are both abnormal according to a pre-stored historical message sending rule includes: judging whether the content of the message to be sent conforms to the content rule in the historical message sending rules; judging whether the message sending frequency is greater than or equal to a sending frequency threshold value in the historical message sending rule; and if the content of the message to be sent does not accord with the content rule and the message sending frequency is greater than or equal to the sending frequency threshold, determining that the content of the message to be sent and the message sending frequency are both abnormal.
That is, when the content of the message to be sent does not conform to the historical content rule and the message sending frequency in the recent time period is greater than or equal to the historical message sending frequency (sending frequency threshold), it is determined that both the content of the message to be sent and the message sending frequency are abnormal.
Further, before determining whether the avatar detected by the camera of the terminal is a child and determining whether the message to be sent in the message editing interface is abnormal, the message sending control method further includes: acquiring the message sending quantity and the content of the sent messages in a second preset time period; and obtaining the historical message sending rule by adopting an ergonomic method according to the message sending quantity and the content of the sent messages.
Before identifying whether the current message editing is a child input behavior, the historical message sending rule is acquired firstly so as to be used in the subsequent identification process, and the processing speed is improved.
The message sending control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is further explained below.
In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a message sending control method, and particularly provides a method capable of automatically and intelligently identifying the identity and behavior of a child to timely prevent frequent message sending by mistake, so as to solve the defect that a child mode needs to be manually turned on in advance and is inconvenient to use in the prior art.
The scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can be summarized as follows: acquiring behavior mode characteristics such as content and sending frequency of messages sent by a user at ordinary times through artificial intelligence learning; acquiring a head portrait of a current terminal user (a message editor) through a camera, identifying whether the current user is a child or not through an image identification technology, and judging whether a message to be sent in a message editing page is abnormal or not according to the condition that the behavior and content of the message sent by the current user are in accordance with characteristics and rules learned by artificial intelligence or not; and if the abnormal behavior exists, judging that the current user behavior is child behavior.
Such as: through artificial intelligence data learning, the frequency and the mode of the content (expressions or sentences) of the message sent by the user at ordinary times are analyzed, whether the sentences have complete semantics and word order or not is judged, and the characteristics of the user and the contact condition of the contact person at ordinary times and the like can be combined;
according to the learning result, combining the condition that the current user sends the message, such as frequently sending expressions or frequently sending continuous word sequence sentences, each word or sentence does not have complete semantics, and the behavior is frequent, judging and identifying that the behavior is a child behavior, and temporarily setting a message sending key to be in a non-functional state;
and when the message behavior and content recovery rule that the user head portrait is other user head portraits or is typed in the message sending column is detected subsequently, the message sending function key can be automatically recovered. Therefore, the method can avoid the disturbance caused by continuous and mistaken sending of the message by the child to other people and the unnecessary embarrassment brought to the child.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 (fig. 2 is only an example), the method includes the following steps:
step 21: the intelligent learning analysis method comprises the following steps of intelligently learning and analyzing the condition and the rule of a user sending a message by using social software at ordinary times;
by analyzing and processing natural language of the message content sent by the user at ordinary times, whether the sent content has complete semantics and word order or not can be analyzed, and the general rule of the user when the user uses the social software APP can be recorded by combining the frequency of sending the message by the user at ordinary times and the interaction mode of the user when the user interacts with the other party.
Step 22: acquiring a head portrait of a current user through a camera;
specifically, when it is detected that there is a message editing operation or the current interface of the terminal is a message editing interface, step 22 is executed again to save energy;
step 22 may specifically be to obtain the head portrait of the user currently using the terminal by starting the terminal camera.
Step 23: judging whether the current user is a child, if so, entering a step 24, otherwise, returning to the step 22;
namely, whether the current user is a child is analyzed according to the head portrait of the current user acquired by the camera by combining with an image analysis and recognition technology. If so, step 24 is entered, and if not, step 22 is returned to continue detecting the avatar and allowing the message to be sent.
Step 24: obtaining the result of intelligently learning and analyzing the condition and rule of the message sent by the user by using social software at ordinary times;
i.e. the intelligent learning result through step 21 is obtained. Such as: whether the content of the message sent by the user at ordinary times has complete semantics and word order, the frequency of the message sent by the user at ordinary times, the interactive mode when the user interacts with the other side, and other data results.
Step 25: detecting whether the behavior of the user for sending the message and the content of the message are abnormal or not according to the obtained result, if so, entering the step 26, and if not, ending the process;
analyzing the data such as the content of the message sent by the current user, the frequency of the message sending, the interaction mode with the contact person and the like, and comparing the result with the result data of the ordinary user behavior in the step 24;
considering that the text content or expression of the message sent by the user are related and the semantics and word sequence are complete under the general condition; in the case of children, since the behaviors are usually unconscious behaviors, the messages sent by the children are usually words, words and sentences which are sent with expressions or sent without connection or integrity in semantics and word order, and the execution frequency of the behaviors of the children is frequent and continuous in time.
Whether the current user behavior is abnormal or not is judged by detecting the frequency of the sending behavior of the current user (the frequency threshold value can be set to be 5 times or 10 times) and the content (when the frequency of the sending behavior is larger than or equal to the frequency threshold value and the content does not accord with the historical content rule, the current user behavior is determined to be abnormal). If so, it is a child's involuntary behavior, and step 26 is performed.
Step 26: automatically setting the message 'send' key function to a non-functional state;
that is, when the current user behavior is detected to be abnormal, the "send" key button is preferably set to a non-functional state before the user presses the send key to send the input message. Therefore, the continuous disturbance of the other side caused by the continuously sent abnormal messages can be well avoided.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention analyzes the behavior rule of the user sending the message through the social software APP at ordinary times through artificial intelligence learning, compares the obtained behavior rule with the current behavior mode of the message to judge whether the current behavior of the user is abnormal or not, and obtains the head portrait of the user through the camera to identify whether the user is a child or not, so as to intelligently decide whether to close the message sending key or not and prevent from continuously disturbing others.
Namely, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can intelligently and timely prevent children from continuously and mistakenly sending messages to influence the other side by combining the age identity (head portrait) and the behavior rule of the current user.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 3, including:
