Abstract
一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,主要包括:包括光电极基板、光电极膜、与光电极对置的对电极基板、对电极膜、保持在光电极基板与对电极基板之间的电解质层、密封材料和电解质注入孔;光电极基板与对电极基板之间用密封材料固定,电解质注入孔设置在对电极基板上,通过电解质注入孔将电解质注入到光电极基板和对电极基板之间;其光电极膜采用石墨烯和二氧化钛;银、石墨烯和二氧化钛;硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛的其中一种复合膜。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能发电领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池。
背景技术
染料敏化太阳能电池,是一种低成本工艺简单的太阳能电池,可以制成大面积电池和柔性电池,应用领域广泛,其中染料敏化太阳能电池的光阳极材料,一般采用的是一层10~15微米厚的TiO2纳米多孔颗粒结构,这种结构主要作用是增加TiO2对染料的吸收,但是这种结构由于TiO2纳米颗粒高度的无序性,增加了注入电子在传输到电极的过程中被复合的概率,从而降低染料敏化太阳能电池的发电效率。
发明内容
在为了克服上述技术不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,使其发电效率进一步提高。
一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,主要包括:包括光电极基板、光电极膜、与光电极对置的对电极基板、对电极膜、保持在光电极基板与对电极基板之间的电解质层、密封材料和电解质注入孔;光电极基板与对电极基板之间用密封材料固定,电解质注入孔设置在对电极基板上,通过电解质注入孔将电解质注入到光电极基板和对电极基板之间。
所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其光电极基板与对电极基板采用透明玻璃。
所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其光电极膜采用石墨烯和二氧化钛;银、石墨烯和二氧化钛;硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛的其中一种复合膜。
所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其对电极膜采用铂导电性复合物。
所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其光电极基板与对电极基板之间的密封材料采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。
所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其电解质采用I-/I3-电解质溶液。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池包括光电极基板1、光电极膜2、与光电极对置的对电极基板4、对电极膜5、保持在光电极基板1与对电极基板4之间的电解质层6、密封材料3和电解质7。
实施例1
(1)对电极制作:铂的导电复合物涂布在对电极基板上,放在马弗炉中在 300℃下烧结0.5小时,冷却至室温,得对电极膜;
(2)光电极制作:
(a)取氧化石墨研碎,按1mg/ml配制悬浮液,超声处理1小时,得胶状氧化石墨烯悬浮液;
(b)按钛酸丁四酯:无水乙醇中:冰乙酸=2:6:1的比例,先剧烈搅拌钛酸丁四酯,滴加到无水乙醇中,再滴加冰乙酸,得b溶液;
(c)按二次水:无水乙醇=1:3的比例制成溶液,加入浓盐酸是PH值=2.3,得c溶液;
(d)将c溶液滴加到b溶液中搅拌一小时,将1份的聚乙二醇缓慢加入搅拌半小时;再将1份的1/mg/ml氧化石墨烯悬浮液缓慢加入,搅拌半小时,得d溶液;
(e)将清洁的光电极基板放入d溶液中,缓慢提拉一次,自然晾干;
(f)将光电极基板放入马弗炉中在450℃温度下,烧结0.5小时;
(g)将光电极基板板放入1mol/l的肼溶液中,反应10分钟,取出并用蒸馏水清洗干净,晾干,得光电极石墨烯和二氧化硅复合膜;
(3)电池制作:
将光电极膜与对电极膜相对,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛热熔粘合固定,注入电解溶液,得

实施例2
(1)对电极制作:铂的导电复合物涂布在对电极基板上,放在马弗炉中在 300℃下烧结0.5小时,冷却至室温,得对电极膜;
(2)光电极制作:
(a)取氧化石墨研碎,按1mg/ml配制悬浮液,超声处理1小时,得胶状氧化石墨烯悬浮液;
(b)按钛酸丁四酯:无水乙醇中:冰乙酸=2:6:1的比例,先剧烈搅拌钛酸丁四酯,滴加到无水乙醇中,再滴加冰乙酸,得b溶液;
(c)按二次水:无水乙醇=1:3的比例制成溶液,加入浓盐酸是PH值=2.3,得c溶液;
(d)将c溶液滴加到b溶液中搅拌一小时,将1份的聚乙二醇缓慢加入搅拌半小时;再将1份的1/mg/ml氧化石墨烯悬浮液缓慢加入,搅拌半小时,得d溶液;
(e)将清洁的光电极基板放入d溶液中,缓慢提拉一次,自然晾干;
(f)将光电极基板放入马弗炉中在450℃温度下,烧结0.5小时;
(g)将光电极基板板放入1mol/l的肼溶液中,反应10分钟,取出并用蒸馏水清洗干净,晾干,得光电极石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;
(h)将带有石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜的光电极基板,放置到0.1mol/l的硝酸银溶液中,浸泡一分钟,取出;在放入1mol/l肼溶液中反应10分钟,取出并用蒸馏水清洗晾干,得光电极银、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;
(3)电池制作:
将光电极膜与对电极膜相对,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛热熔粘合固定,注入电解溶液,得

实施例3

(2)光电极制作:

(b)按钛酸丁四酯:无水乙醇中:冰乙酸=2:6:1的比例,先剧烈搅拌钛酸丁四酯,滴加到无水乙醇中,再滴加冰乙酸,得b溶液;
(c)按二次水:无水乙醇=1:3的比例制成溶液,加入浓盐酸是PH值=2.3,得c溶液;
(d)将c溶液滴加到b溶液中搅拌一小时,将1份的聚乙二醇缓慢加入搅拌半小时;再将1份的1/mg/ml氧化石墨烯悬浮液缓慢加入,搅拌半小时,得d溶液;
(e)将清洁的光电极基板放入d溶液中,缓慢提拉一次,自然晾干;
(f)将光电极基板放入马弗炉中在450℃温度下,烧结0.5小时;
(g)将光电极基板板放入1mol/l的肼溶液中,反应10分钟,取出并用蒸馏水清洗
干净,晾干,得光电极石墨烯和二氧化硅复合膜;
(h)将带有石墨烯和二氧化硅复合膜的光电极基板,放入0.2mol/l的硅酸钠和0.1mol/l硫化钠混合溶液中浸泡一分钟,然后再置于0.1mol/l的硝酸镉溶液中反映适当时间,用蒸馏水冲洗干净晾干,得光电极硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;
(3)电池制作:
将光电极膜与对电极膜相对,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛热熔粘合固定,注入电解溶液,得

从上述实施例可以看出,三种复合膜,即石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;银、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜,以硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜光电性能最佳,开路电压可达到0.82v,而石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜;银、石墨烯和二氧化钛复合膜的开路电压分别为0.65v和0.79v,但是以上三种复合膜的光电性能均强于单一的二氧化钛复合膜。
Claims (6)
1.一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于主要包括:包括光电极基板、光电极膜、与光电极对置的对电极基板、对电极膜、保持在光电极基板与对电极基板之间的电解质层、密封材料和电解质注入孔;光电极基板与对电极基板之间用密封材料固定,电解质注入孔设置在对电极基板上,通过电解质注入孔将电解质注入到光电极基板和对电极基板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于光电极基板与对电极基板采用透明玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于光电极膜采用石墨烯和二氧化钛;银、石墨烯和二氧化钛;硫化镉、石墨烯和二氧化钛的其中一种复合膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于对电极膜采用铂导电性复合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于光电极基板与对电极基板之间的密封材料采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨烯染料敏化太阳能电池,其特征在于电解质采用I-/I3-电解质溶液。
