In recent years, some novel detection devices formed by using traditional analog switches appear on the market, so that the automation of carbon sheet detection is realized, and the efficiency is higher. However, factors such as insufficient internal resistance and leakage current of the analog switch cause larger errors in the low-resistance and high-resistance measuring range, and the precision requirement of the potentiometer cannot be met. At present, although some manufacturers produce high-speed and high-precision detection instruments, the price of the detection instruments is too high to meet the requirement of economy.

(1) Turning on a power switch, and selecting a working mode by a function selection switch;
(2) The measuring instrument is connected with the mechanical arms through the mechanical clamp, the two mechanical arms are in short circuit before measurement, the calibration key is pressed down, the instrument automatically performs internal zero-resetting calibration, and the mechanical clamp, the mechanical arms and the circuit resistance are removed;
(3) Pressing a determining key at one time, setting the resistance value of the resistor to be selected, wherein the setting range of the resistance value is 000-999, and the set value is displayed in a set resistance value column on a liquid display screen;
(4) Pressing the determining key once again, setting a unit of the resistance value, wherein three gears can be selected from omega, KΩ or MΩ, and switching the unit through the unit key;
(5) Pressing the determination key once again, setting the forward allowable error of the resistor to be sorted, and displaying the set value by a forward error range column on the liquid crystal display screen;
(6) Pressing a determination key once again, setting a negative allowable error of the resistor to be sorted, and displaying the set value by a negative error range column on a liquid product display screen;
(7) In the setting process, when the previous item is to be reset, pressing a return key;
(8) After the setting is finished, the mechanical arm contacts the resistor, the resistor is measured and sorted, and the resistor meeting the setting requirement is measured;
(9) When the resistance contacted by the manipulator is lower than the set range, the detection status bar displays negative ultrasonic, and the manipulator puts the resistance into a disqualified box; when the resistance contacted by the manipulator is higher than the set range, the detection status bar displays positive and excessive, and the manipulator puts the resistance into a disqualified box; when the resistance contacted by the mechanical arm is in the set range, the detection status bar displays qualification, and meanwhile, the buzzer sounds for a long time, and the mechanical arm places the resistance into a qualification box.
