Abstract
一种新型警示灯,包括由导光材料制作的导光罩,导光罩下方安装有发光二极管,发光二极管通过导光罩向上导光,导光罩的中心内孔带有内螺纹,导光罩上端安装有球面反光罩,发光二极管通过导光罩的导光及导光罩的内螺纹面和导光罩上端的球面反光罩的反光使导光罩整体呈现发光二极管所发出的光的颜色。导光罩下方固定连接有连接罩,连接罩内固定安装有相互电连接的发光二极管电路板和恒流源电路板,发光二极管电连接在发光二极管电路板上,恒流源电路板电连接有电缆。连接罩内固定连接有支撑环,发光二极管电路板固定连接在支撑环上,恒流源电路板镶嵌在支撑环内侧的电路板插槽内。连接罩下端铰接有底座,底座外面螺纹连接有螺帽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数控机床用警示装置,尤其涉及一种新型警示灯。
背景技术
在数控机床行业,警示灯用于显示数控机床的运行状态,有一节、两节、三节和多节等结构。以三节警示灯为例,通常有红、绿、黄三种颜色,绿色灯亮时表示机床处于加工状态,黄色灯亮时表示机床处于待机状态,红色灯亮时表示机床有故障。现有警示灯的每节组成部分都设有发光元件,且每节警示灯的电路都是通过导线连接,这种结构方式复杂,生产成本高,安装、维修时也非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、生产成本低、安装维修方便的新型警示灯。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种新型警示灯,包括由导光材料制作的导光罩,其特征在于,导光罩下方安装有发光二极管,发光二极管通过导光罩向上导光,导光罩的中心内孔带有内螺纹,导光罩上端安装有球面反光罩,发光二极管所发的光通过导光罩的导光及导光罩的内螺纹面和球面反光罩的反光使导光罩整体呈现发光二极管所发出的光的颜色。
根据所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述导光罩下方固定连接有连接罩,连接罩内固定安装有相互电连接的发光二极管电路板和恒流源电路板,所述发光二极管电连接在发光二极管电路板上,恒流源电路板电连接有电缆。
根据所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述连接罩内固定连接有支撑环,所述发光二极管电路板固定连接在支撑环上,恒流源电路板镶嵌在支撑环内侧的电路板插槽内。
根所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述连接罩下端铰接有底座,底座外面螺纹连接有螺帽。
在本发明中,警示灯的外罩采用由导光材料制作的整体式导光罩,发光二极管安装在导光罩下方的发光二极管电路板上,通过导光罩向上导光,导光罩的内孔为螺纹孔,便于光的反射,导光罩的顶端设有球面反光罩,能够将向上照射的光线遮挡住,并向球面反光罩下方的任意方向反射,灯光的警示效果好。该结构中的发光二极管直接连接在下方的电路板上,省去了大量的电气元器件及导线,简化了警示灯的结构,因此生产成本低、安装维修也非常方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种新型警示灯,包括由导光材料制作的导光罩9,导光罩9下方安装有发光二极管8,发光二极管8通过导光罩9向上导光,导光罩9的中心内孔带有内螺纹,导光罩9上端安装有球面反光罩10,发光二极管8所发的光通过导光罩9的导光及导光罩9的内螺纹面和球面反光罩10的反光使导光罩9整体呈现发光二极管8所发出的光的颜色。
在本实施例中,所述导光罩9下方固定连接有连接罩4,连接罩4内固定安装有相互电连接的发光二极管电路板7和恒流源电路板5,所述发光二极管8电连接在发光二极管电路板7上,恒流源电路板5电连接有电缆3。所述连接罩4内固定连接有支撑环6,所述发光二极管电路板7固定连接在支撑环6上,恒流源电路板5镶嵌在支撑环6内侧的电路板插槽内。所述连接罩4下端铰接有底座1,底座1外面螺纹连接有螺帽2。
本发明克服了现有警示灯结构复杂、成本高、不便安装、维修的不足,具有结构简单、成本低、安装、维修方便的优点。
本发明中的发光二极管位于导光罩的下方,通过导光罩向上导光,导光罩的内孔带有内螺纹,光线经导光罩内的螺纹面和上端的球面反光罩反光,导光罩整体会呈现发光二极管所发出的光的颜色,灯光的警示效果好。
本发明整体为立式结构,在本发明中,底座与连接罩为铰链连接,底座外螺纹连接有螺帽,连接罩内镶嵌着支撑环,支撑环上面通过螺钉固定连接发光二极管电路板,发光二极管电路板上焊接发光二极管,恒流源电路板镶嵌在支撑环内侧的电路板插槽内,恒流源电路板与发光二极管电路板通过插接件连接,电缆的导线焊接到恒流源电路板上,电缆下端从底座中间穿出。连接罩上端通过螺纹连接导光罩,导光罩上端固定连接上盖,上盖下面固定连接球面反光罩。
通过控制电缆不同导线通电,发光二极管会发红、绿、黄三种光中的一种,经导光罩导光及导光罩内的内螺纹面和球面反光罩反光,导光罩整体会呈现发光二极管所发出的光的颜色。
将图1中的螺帽旋下,连接罩可以螺钉的轴线方向旋转,能使该警示灯卧置(参见图2),便于运输。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型警示灯,包括由导光材料制作的导光罩(9),其特征在于,导光罩(9)下方安装有发光二极管(8),发光二极管(8)通过导光罩(9)向上导光,导光罩(9)的中心内孔带有内螺纹,导光罩(9)上端安装有球面反光罩(10),发光二极管(8)所发的光通过导光罩(9)的导光及导光罩(9)的内螺纹面和球面反光罩(10)的反光使导光罩(9)整体呈现发光二极管(8)所发出的光的颜色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述导光罩(9)下方固定连接有连接罩(4),连接罩(4)内固定安装有相互电连接的发光二极管电路板(7)和恒流源电路板(5),所述发光二极管(8)电连接在发光二极管电路板(7)上,恒流源电路板(5)电连接有电缆(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述连接罩(4)内固定连接有支撑环(6),所述发光二极管电路板(7)固定连接在支撑环(6)上,恒流源电路板(5)镶嵌在支撑环(6)内侧的电路板插槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型警示灯,其特征在于,所述连接罩(4)下端铰接有底座(1),底座(1)外面螺纹连接有螺帽(2)。
