本发明公开了一种高效散热太阳能LED路灯,包括控制器、灯杆、第一副杆、第二副杆、灯头,第一、二副杆均固定在所述灯杆上;灯头包括灯罩、LED灯珠、安装基板、导热块、蓄电池和太阳能电池板,灯罩内具有分隔板将灯罩内空间分割为上方腔室和下方腔室,分隔板具有贯通孔,蓄电池位于上方腔室内,所述导热块位于下方腔室内,第一副杆的第一端开口于上方腔室连通,所述第二副杆的第一端开口于下方腔室连通,第一副杆内具有散热风扇,散热风扇与所述控制器相连。本发明的路灯散热效果好。

一种高效散热太阳能LED路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种高效散热太阳能LED路灯。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,越来越多的LED路灯替代了传统的高压钠灯,并且越来越多的太阳能发电路灯开始投入使用,由于无需接入市电而受到广泛应用。但是LED光源发热量高,并且蓄电池供电时发热量也大,因此路灯的散热是问题之一,一定程度限制了太阳能LED路灯的推广。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高效散热太阳能LED路灯。
技术方案:一种太阳能LED路灯,包括控制器、灯杆、第一副杆、第二副杆、灯头,所述第一、二副杆均为两端开口的中空的管状结构,所述第一、二副杆均固定在所述灯杆上;所述灯头包括灯罩、LED灯珠、用于安装LED灯珠的安装基板、与所述安装基板固定连接的导热块、固定在灯罩内的蓄电池和固定在灯罩顶部的太阳能电池板,所述灯罩内具有分隔板将灯罩内空间分割为上方腔室和下方腔室,所述分隔板具有贯通孔,所述蓄电池位于所述上方腔室内,所述导热块位于所述下方腔室内,所述第一副杆的第一端开口与所述上方腔室连通,所述第二副杆的第一端开口与所述下方腔室连通,所述第一副杆内具有散热风扇,所述散热风扇与所述控制器相连。
进一步地,还包括封闭装置和湿度传感器,所述封闭装置包括电动伸缩杆和倒F形支架,所述倒F形支架包括竖杆、与所述竖杆固定的第一横杆和与所述竖杆固定的第二横杆,所述第一横杆的端部固定有用于封闭第一副杆第二端开口的第一挡片,所述第二横杆的端部固定有用于封闭第二副杆第二端开口的第二挡片,所述电动伸缩杆的一端与所述灯杆固定,另一端与所述竖杆固定,所述湿度传感器和电动伸缩杆均与所述控制器相连,所述竖杆还固定有水平的导杆,所述灯杆具有与所述导杆配合的导向孔;所述分隔板还具有多个通孔,所述分隔板上方固定有第一导热硅胶垫,所述分隔板下方固定有第二导热硅胶垫,所述多个通孔内均填充有导热硅胶。
进一步地,所述贯通孔有一个,所述通孔有4个,所述通孔和贯通孔均为圆形孔,且一个贯通孔和四个通孔呈一排排列,所述贯通孔相对于最靠近所述贯通孔的通孔离所述灯杆更远。
进一步地,所述导热块具有第一散热翅片,所述蓄电池外侧壁具有第二散热翅片。
进一步地,所述蓄电池通过粘结胶固定在所述灯罩内的顶面上。
进一步地,所述第一副杆穿过所述灯杆,所述第二副杆穿过所述灯杆。
进一步地,路灯处于开启状态时,当所述湿度传感器的测量值大于等于设定阈值时,控制器控制散热风扇关闭,且控制电动伸缩杆使第一副杆的第二端开口和第二副杆的第二端开口被封闭;当所述湿度传感器的测量值小于设定阈值时,控制器控制散热风扇开启,且控制电动伸缩杆使第一副杆的第二端开口和第二副杆的第二端开口敞开。
进一步地,所述蓄电池为锂电池。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,通过散热风扇实现气流进入第一副杆、上方腔室、下方腔室和第二副杆,从而实现快速散热。并且当空气湿度过大时,第一副杆的第二端开口和第二副杆的第二端开口被封闭,从而防止水汽或液体水进入第一副杆。

本发明的路灯,夜间路灯开启时,当湿度传感器的测量值小于设定阈值时(此时表明是晴天),控制器控制散热风扇开启,且控制电动伸缩杆使第一副杆的第二端开口和第二副杆的第二端开口敞开,此时散热风扇实现气流进入第一副杆、上方腔室、下方腔室和第二副杆,从而实现快速散热。当所述湿度传感器的测量值大于等于设定阈值时(此时很可能是下雨天或空气很潮湿),控制器控制散热风扇关闭,且第一、二挡片封闭相应的开口,从而防止雨水或水汽进入第一、二副杆,从而保护灯头。下雨天雨水对灯头起到冷却效果,因此虽然没有散热风扇,也能够获得较好的冷却效果。通孔、导热硅胶、第一导热硅胶垫和第二导热硅胶垫使得上方腔室和下方腔室的热传递更快,从而在雨天不使用散热风扇时,不会存在一个腔室温度较低,另一个腔室温度过高难以散热的情况。

1.一种高效散热太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,包括控制器、灯杆、第一副杆、第二副杆、灯头,所述第一、二副杆均为两端开口的中空的管状结构,所述第一、二副杆均固定在所述灯杆上;所述灯头包括灯罩、LED灯珠、用于安装LED灯珠的安装基板、与所述安装基板固定连接的导热块、固定在灯罩内的蓄电池和固定在灯罩顶部的太阳能电池板,所述灯罩内具有分隔板将灯罩内空间分割为上方腔室和下方腔室,所述分隔板具有贯通孔,所述蓄电池位于所述上方腔室内,所述导热块位于所述下方腔室内,所述第一副杆的第一端开口与所述上方腔室连通,所述第二副杆的第一端开口与所述下方腔室连通,所述第一副杆内具有散热风扇,所述散热风扇与所述控制器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效散热太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,还包括封闭装置和湿度传感器,所述封闭装置包括电动伸缩杆和倒F形支架,所述倒F形支架包括竖杆、与所述竖杆固定的第一横杆和与所述竖杆固定的第二横杆,所述第一横杆的端部固定有用于封闭第一副杆第二端开口的第一挡片,所述第二横杆的端部固定有用于封闭第二副杆第二端开口的第二挡片,所述电动伸缩杆的一端与所述灯杆固定,另一端与所述竖杆固定,所述湿度传感器和电动伸缩杆均与所述控制器相连,所述竖杆还固定连接有水平的导杆,所述灯杆具有与所述导杆配合的导向孔;所述分隔板还具有多个通孔,所述分隔板上方固定有第一导热硅胶垫,所述分隔板下方固定有第二导热硅胶垫,所述多个通孔内均填充有导热硅胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效散热太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述贯通孔有一个,所述通孔有4个,所述通孔和贯通孔均为圆形孔,且一个贯通孔和四个通孔呈一排排列,所述贯通孔相对于最靠近所述贯通孔的通孔离所述灯杆更远。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效散热LED路灯,其特征在于,所述导热块具有第一散热翅片,所述蓄电池外侧壁具有第二散热翅片。
