Abstract
本发明新型公开了一种照明设备,包括第一灯座、第二灯座、透镜和反光镜,灯座上设置有第一反射镜,第一反射镜呈圆弧椭圆状,以光轴形成第一焦点及第二焦点,并在第一焦点上设置有第一光源,与反光镜对应设只有第二反射镜,第二反射镜呈椭圆形形状,第二反射镜形成第三焦点,第三焦点与透镜同侧,第二灯座上设置有第二光源。本发明新型能够提高照明强度和延长照明寿命,具有结构简单,成本低等有益效果。

技术领域
本发明新型涉及一种照明设备。
背景技术
车灯照明设备是必不可少的汽车配件之一,车灯一般由将主光源及次光源设置于主反及次反射镜后焦点位置,虽然能够将光线更接近光轴,但光纤的均匀度和饱和度将因光线无法集中而不足,影响了光线的精确度,而用LED之电能转换率,仅有百分之15-20转化为光能,百分之80-85转换为热能,且LED温度上升将导致发光能衰退,其中又以黄光衰退程度最显著,若以黄光LED摄氏25度提升至100度,其衰退率高达百分之75,此将大幅度影响LED发光的性能和稳定性,若维持LED的发光效能,势必提供良好的散热效率以降低热平衡。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种能够提高汽车主光源极其次光源的照明灯具。
发明新型内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高汽车主光源极其次光源的照明灯具。
为实现上述目的,本发明新型提供了一种照明设备,包括第一灯座、第二灯座、透镜和反光镜,灯座上设置有第一反射镜,第一反射镜呈圆弧椭圆状,以光轴形成第一焦点及第二焦点,并在第一焦点上设置有第一光源,与反光镜对应设只有第二反射镜,第二反射镜呈椭圆形形状,第二反射镜形成第三焦点,第三焦点与透镜同侧。
如权利要求1的照明设备,第一光源为二极体LED。
本发明新型的有益效果是:本发明新型能够提高照明强度和延长照明寿命,具有结构简单,成本低等有益效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种照明设备,包括第一灯座22、第二灯座42、透镜1和反光镜3,灯座22上设置有第一反射镜2,第一反射镜2呈圆弧椭圆状,以光轴AX形成第一焦点FP1及第二焦点FP2,并在第一焦点FP1上设置有第一光源21,与反光镜3对应设只有第二反射镜4,第二反射镜4呈椭圆形形状,第二反射镜4形成第三焦点FP3,第三焦点FP3与透镜1同侧,第二灯座42上设置有第二光源41。第一光源21为二极体LED。
光轴AX一侧设置第一反射镜2,该第一反射镜2圆弧状,以该光轴AX形成第一焦点FP1及第二焦点FP2,并在所述第一焦点FP1处设有第一光源21,已将第一光源21光线L1收于第二焦点FP2后投射至透镜1,该第一光源21为发光二级体,光轴AX另侧由光轴AX倾斜设置对应反光镜3,该反光镜3对应设置第二反射镜4,该第二反射镜呈椭圆弧状,第二反射镜4形成两个焦点,一个焦点为第三焦点FP3,另一个焦点与第二焦点FP2为共点,第三焦点FP3位于该透镜1的同侧,第三焦点FP3设有第二光源41,滴滴儿光源41为发光二极体,反光镜3将第二光源41的光线L2收于第二焦点FP2后投射到透镜1。
由第二焦点FP2沿该光轴AX朝第一焦点FP1方向设置,以遮蔽第一光源21无法投射至透镜1。本设备近光灯状态,由椭圆之光学性质为焦点出光,经椭圆反射后,光线必将通过另一焦点,从而将本设备中的第一反射镜2设置成椭圆状,并于光轴AX形成第一反射镜2之第一焦点FP1及第二焦点FP2,而第一光源21是设在与第一焦点FP1,光源L1经第一反射镜2后,并肩收于第二焦点FP2,且由第二焦点FP2位于该光轴AX,因此第一反射镜2反射光源L1,将与光轴AX下方投射至该透镜1出光,进而形成远光灯之状态,该反光镜3是由第二焦点FP2延伸设置,已将第二反射镜4的光线L2收于第二焦点FP2,由反光镜3将光线L2朝透镜1最有利的聚光角反射,从而提高本设备的发光率,反光镜3由遮光板5延伸设置,可节省遮光板5及其反光镜3的制造成本。
第一光源21及第二光源41为发光二极体,为避免第一光源21及第二光源41相互受热而影响其发光率,固第一灯座22是沿光轴AX设置而位于相对透镜1的一端,而第二灯座42侧位于透镜1的同侧,延长第一灯座22及第二灯座42的间距,进而减少第一光源21及第二光源41发光所产生热能以热传导或辐射相互影响,从而有效的维持第一光源21及第二光源41的发光效率。

Claims (2)
1.一种照明设备,其特征是:包括第一灯座(22)、第二灯座(42)、透镜(1)和反光镜(3),所述灯座(22)上设置有第一反射镜(2),所述第一反射镜(2)呈圆弧椭圆状,以光轴(AX)形成第一焦点(FP1)及第二焦点(FP2),并在所述第一焦点(FP1)上设置有第一光源(21),与所述反光镜(3)对应设只有第二反射镜(4),所述第二反射镜(4)呈椭圆形形状,所述第二反射镜(4)形成第三焦点(FP3),所述第三焦点(FP3)与所述透镜(1)同侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明设备,其特征是:所述第一光源(21)为二极体LED。
