Abstract
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种保护视力的环保纸。包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下重量份的组分:植物纤维70‑74份、高岭土14‑18份、抗水剂2‑3份、羧基丁苯胶乳16‑18份、古尔胶3‑5份、硅丙树脂乳液12‑15 份、羧甲基纤维素钠14‑15份、纤维素纤维2‑3份;所述防护涂层为采用改性黑色素胶料涂覆而成。吸收照射在纸张上的紫外光和蓝光,降低反射后的紫外光和蓝光,使得纸张的光泽柔和,视觉效果好。在长期阅读过程中,能够避免光污染引起的视觉疲劳和视觉损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种保护视力的环保纸。
背景技术
随着社会生产的快速发展,能源和环境成为全社会日益瞩目的两大问题,因而对节能和环保提出更高的要求。光污染是继废气、废水、废渣和噪声等污染之后的一种新的环境污染源,主要包括白亮污染、人工白昼污染和彩光污染。光污染正在威胁着人们的健康。在日常生活中,人们常见的光污染的状况多为由镜面建筑反光所导致的行人和司机的眩晕感,以及夜晚不合理灯光给人体造成的不适感。
洁白的书籍纸张的光反射系数达到90%,光污染可以对人眼的角膜和虹膜造成伤害,抑制视网膜感光细胞功能的发挥,引起视疲劳和视力下降。而目前并没有针对视力保护的相关产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种保护视力的环保纸。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种保护视力的环保纸,包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下重量份的组分:植物纤维70-74份、高岭土14-18份、抗水剂2-3份、羧基丁苯胶乳16-18份、古尔胶3-5份、硅丙树脂乳液12-15 份、羧甲基纤维素钠14-15份、纤维素纤维2-3份;所述防护涂层为采用改性黑色素胶料涂覆而成。
申请人通过研究,采用植物纤维与羧甲基纤维素钠及纤维素纤维等组分,在配合后,能够得到一种降解较快,遇水容易分解且五毒无害的纸张。适应了翻书时与口腔接触的传统,避免纸张对人体造成毒害。 同时,在纸张表面涂覆一层无害的防护层,通过该防护层,可以改善纸张的表面反射性能,同时吸收照射在纸张表面的光纤的紫外和蓝光,使得反射后的光纤更加柔和,降低反射后的光线对眼睛的伤害,有利于保护眼睛。使用该纸张进行阅读,可以有效地改善视觉疲劳的现状。
作为优选方案,所述改性黑色素胶料由以下步骤制备而成:
将5份偏硅酸钠和3份2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇溶于5倍的去离子水中,加入1份羧甲基纤维素搅拌至溶解,然后加入质量为混合物总量15-18%的黑色素粉末,同时加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙醇,搅拌均匀,然后向其加入总量8%的乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠、3%的N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和5-6%的二乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙二醇,在50-55℃下搅拌回流30min,降温至室温后,调节pH为6,即得到改性黑色素胶料。
该胶料,采用普通的涂覆工艺能够很好地涂覆在纸张表面,并在涂覆后,能够与便于纸张对胶料的吸收和融合,从而保持胶料在涂覆后能够与纸张为一体。涂覆后,不仅能够使得纸张表面具备良好的光泽,并且达到很好的紫外和蓝光吸收效果。便于降低纸张的光污染对视觉造成的损伤。
作为优选方案,所述黑色素的粒径小于200nm。
作为优选方案,改性黑色素胶料的涂覆量为2-8g/m2。
作为优选方案,所述改性黑色素胶料中还加入了0.3-0.5份聚乙烯醇和0.6-0.8份的失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
作为优选方案,所述改性黑色素胶料中还加入了0.1-0.3份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:吸收照射在纸张上的紫外光和蓝光,降低反射后的紫外光和蓝光,使得纸张的光泽柔和,视觉效果好。在长期阅读过程中,能够避免光污染引起的视觉疲劳和视觉损伤。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
如果无特殊说明,本发明的实施例中所采用的原料均为本领域常用的原料,实施例中所采用的方法,均为本领域的常规方法。
其中黑色素既包括由动植物体内提取的天然黑色素,也包括合成获得的人工黑色素。其主要成分为酪氨酸或3,4-二羟苯丙氨经过一连串化学反应所形成的聚合物。或者为晶体色素(OLP,Ocular Lense Pigment),化学成分为:3-Hydroxykynurenine (3-OHKyn),3-羟基犬尿氨酸的氧化聚合产物。
实施例1:
一种保护视力的环保纸,包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下组分:植物纤维70g、高岭土18g、抗水剂2g、羧基丁苯胶乳18g、古尔胶3g、硅丙树脂乳液15g、羧甲基纤维素钠14g、纤维素纤维3g;所述防护涂层为采用改性黑色素胶料涂覆而成,改性黑色素胶料的涂覆量为2g/m2。其中,所述改性黑色素胶料由以下步骤制备而成:将5g偏硅酸钠和3g2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇溶于5倍的去离子水中,加入1g羧甲基纤维素搅拌至溶解,然后加入质量为混合物总量15-18%的黑色素粉末,黑色素的粒径小于200nm,同时加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙醇,搅拌均匀,然后向其加入总量8%的乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠、3%的N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和5-6%的二乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙二醇,在50-55℃下搅拌回流30min,降温至室温后,调节pH为6,即得到改性黑色素胶料。
实施例2:
一种保护视力的环保纸,包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下组分:植物纤维74g、高岭土14g、抗水剂3g、羧基丁苯胶乳16g、古尔胶5g、硅丙树脂乳液12g、羧甲基纤维素钠15g、纤维素纤维2g;所述防护涂层为采用改性黑色素胶料涂覆而成,改性黑色素胶料的涂覆量为15g/m2。其中,所述改性黑色素胶料由以下步骤制备而成:将5g偏硅酸钠和3g2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇溶于5倍的去离子水中,加入1g羧甲基纤维素搅拌至溶解,然后加入质量为混合物总量15-18%的黑色素粉末,黑色素的粒径小于200nm,同时加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙醇,搅拌均匀,然后向其加入总量8%的乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠、3%的N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和5-6%的二乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙二醇,在50-55℃下搅拌回流30min,降温至室温后,调节pH为6,即得到改性黑色素胶料。
实施例3:
在实施例1中改性黑色素胶料配比的基础上,加入了0.3g聚乙烯醇、0.8g的失水山梨醇单油酸酯和0.1g的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
实施例4:
在实施例1中改性黑色素胶料配比的基础上,加入了0.5g聚乙烯醇、0.6g的失水山梨醇单油酸酯和0.3g的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
比较例1
一种保护视力的环保纸,包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下组分:植物纤维74g、高岭土15g、抗水剂3g、羧基丁苯胶乳16g、古尔胶4g、硅丙树脂乳液15g、羧甲基纤维素钠14g、纤维素纤维3g。
各实施例及对比例测试结果见表1.

通过上表可知,本申请的涂覆后的纸张,能够有效降低纸张反射光中的紫外和蓝光,有效保护视力。
同时,实施例3和实施例4添加聚乙烯醇、失水山梨醇单油酸酯和十二烷基苯磺酸钠后,改性黑色素胶料与纸张的结合更好,能够得到更好的滤光效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种保护视力的环保纸,其特征在于,包括纸基体,基体上涂覆有一层防护涂层;所述基体包括以下重量份的组分:植物纤维70-74份、高岭土14-18份、抗水剂2-3份、羧基丁苯胶乳16-18份、古尔胶3-5份、硅丙树脂乳液12-15 份、羧甲基纤维素钠14-15份、纤维素纤维2-3份;所述防护涂层为采用改性黑色素胶料涂覆而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于,所述改性黑色素胶料由以下步骤制备而成:
将5份偏硅酸钠和3份2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇溶于5倍的去离子水中,加入1份羧甲基纤维素搅拌至溶解,然后加入质量为混合物总量15-18%的黑色素粉末,同时加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙醇,搅拌均匀,然后向其加入总量8%的乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠、3%的N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和5-6%的二乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后加入混合物总量2-3倍的乙二醇,在50-55℃下搅拌回流30min,降温至室温后,调节pH为6,即得到改性黑色素胶料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保护视力的环保纸,其特征在于,所述黑色素的粒径小于200nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保护视力的环保纸,其特征在于,改性黑色素胶料的涂覆量为2-15g/m2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种保护视力的环保纸,其特征在于,所述改性黑色素胶料中还加入了0.3-0.5份聚乙烯醇和0.6-0.8份的失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种保护视力的环保纸,其特征在于,所述改性黑色素胶料中还加入了0.1-0.3份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
