Background
The pickling solution of the pickling process is generally a mixture of various acids, mainly including sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and the like, and the mixed acids have strong corrosivity, strong oxidability and high temperature of corrosive media, which puts high requirements on the corrosion resistance of the anticorrosive material. From production to a wastewater and waste gas recovery system, each link of the stainless steel pickling production line process has a strong corrosion state, so that the quality of anticorrosive material selection is directly related to normal use of equipment, workshop terraces, trenches, an environment-friendly recovery system of wastewater and waste gas and the like.
The existing steel wire rope pickling equipment is used for pickling steel wire ropes in a pouring mode, and has the defects that the pickling mode is single and the steel wire ropes cannot be comprehensively pickled.
Therefore, the development of a steel wire rope spray type pickling device capable of comprehensively pickling a steel wire rope is urgently needed to solve the defects that the pickling mode is single and the steel wire rope cannot be comprehensively pickled in the prior art.
