本发明涉及一种管材配方。
背景技术
PVC主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。这种表面膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂。现有的PVC管材配方制备复杂,制成的管材使用寿命短,硬度不够。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种管材配方,以克服现有技术中管材使用寿命短,硬度不够的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种管材配方,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂60-70份,增塑剂3-4份,环氧大豆油6份,六甲基磷酰三胺5-6份,抗冲剂2-4份,石蜡2-3份,粉末丁腈3份,润滑剂1-2份,有机锡稳定剂5-6份,轻质碳酸钙10-12份,丙烯酸酯类加工助剂5-9份。
进一步,所述增塑剂重量份为3.5份。
进一步,所述六甲基磷酰三胺重量份为5.5份。
(三)有益效果
本发明的管材配方,制备简单,硬度高,高强度和高韧性,市场竞争力大,使用寿命长。

本发明的一种管材配方,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂60-70份,增塑剂3-4份,环氧大豆油6份,六甲基磷酰三胺5-6份,抗冲剂2-4份,石蜡2-3份,粉末丁腈3份,润滑剂1-2份,有机锡稳定剂5-6份,轻质碳酸钙10-12份,丙烯酸酯类加工助剂5-9份。
本实施例优选所述增塑剂重量份为3.5份。本实施例优选所述六甲基磷酰三胺重量份为5.5份。
本实施例优选所述PVC树脂65份,抗冲剂3份,石蜡2.5份,润滑剂1.5份,有机锡稳定剂5.5份,轻质碳酸钙11份,丙烯酸酯类加工助剂7份。
