In the capping machine, as shown in fig. 1, when a bolt 9 is inserted into a cap screwing pin hole 10 which is formed in a connecting sleeve and a cap gear and is communicated with each other, the cap gear 3, the connecting sleeve 2, a top plate 7 and a fixed shaft 1 are connected into a whole and kept motionless, at the moment, a mounting disc 4 rotates around the fixed shaft 1 and drives a cap arm 5 to rotate around the fixed shaft 1, and as the cap arm is provided with a cap arm gear 6 meshed with the cap gear 3, the cap arm 5 rotates around the fixed shaft 1 and rotates, so that under the action of a cam 8, the cap arm 5 simultaneously completes up-down lifting action according to a cam curve, and cap screwing operation can be completed; in fig. 2, when the bolt 9 is inserted into the gland pin hole 11 which is communicated with each other on the seal cover gear and the mounting disc, the seal cover gear 3, the mounting disc 4 and the seal cover arm 5 are connected into a whole, when the mounting disc 4 rotates around the fixed shaft 1, the seal cover arm 5 and the seal cover gear 3 also rotate around the fixed shaft 1, no relative motion exists between the seal cover gear 3 and the seal cover arm 5, the seal cover gear 3 and the seal cover arm 5 are kept relatively static, the seal cover arm 5 does not rotate, and thus, under the action of the cam 8, the seal cover arm 5 simultaneously completes the up-and-down lifting action according to the cam curve, and the gland work can be completed.
