Abstract

本发明公开了一种光能织物,其是由一内织层及一外织层交织而成的光能两层复合织物。该内织层是以具有疏水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成,而外织层是以亲水性的聚酯纤维织成,借由该物理性界定,使控制该外织层及内织层于染色时除能全部上色有荧光染料外,且能进一步控制外织层的荧光染料比例大于内织层的荧光染料,以使较深色外织层除具有较佳的色牢度外,还能有效将太阳光转换成特定波长的可见光,至于较浅色的内织层仍能镜面反射紫外线,且对外织层荧光染料具有同分子引导可见光的加乘作用,据以大大优化可见光的穿透率,以便对皮肤发挥更为优异的微量光疗美容作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光能织物。
背景技术
中国台湾第099120746号专利前案揭示一种「防晒光能布」,如将该前案运用于图1及图2两层复合织物90时,其是通过滚轮运动而于外织层91的外表面涂布一层高黏度的荧光色膏92,使织物90具有透光性及吸光特色,从而将太阳光转换成对人体有益光能量的红色光(波长:622-780nm)、橘色光(波长:597-622nm)、黄色光(波长:577-597nm)、绿色光(波长:492-577nm)、蓝色光(波长:455-492nm)、紫色光(波长:390-455mn),这些可见光能对接触内织层93的皮肤,发挥微量光疗美容作用,可是,该专利前案至少具有以下缺点:
一、该专利前案受限于现有荧光色膏92仅能采用滚轮涂布工法,据以将荧光色膏92涂布于外织层91约50%的上半部区域,至于外织层91的隐藏下半部区域则不能涂布该荧光色膏92,方能有效镜面反射紫外线,此种工法,将使得荧光色膏92无法深入外织层91内部,且涂布面积亦有所不足,故而会大大影响到整体色牢度,且会降低可见光穿透率。
二、再则,该滚轮涂布工法无法进一步提高产能,且或多或少会有涂布荧光色膏92不均匀的质量不良问题。
本发明人有鉴于此,乃精心加以研究改良,终开发出能改善上述诸项缺点的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种色牢度更佳,引导可见光穿透率更优良的光能织物,使其使用寿命更长,光疗效果更明显。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种光能织物,其为一内织层及一外织层交织而成的两层复合织物;所述内织层选用疏水性原料制成,外织层是以亲水性原料制成,该外织层及内织层于染色时能全部上色有荧光染料,且外织层的荧光染料比例大于内织层的荧光染料,使较深色的外织层能有效将太阳光转换成特定波长可见光,较浅色的内织层镜面反射紫外线。
所述外织层全部上色有占70%至90%比例的荧光染料,内织层全部上色有占30%至10%比例的荧光染料。
所述内织层选用聚丙烯原料,外织层选用聚酯原料,在设定130℃及1小时的染色流程中,于外织层及内织层全部上色有荧光染料。
所述外织层是以若干纤维构成,各纤维形成有沿轴向设置的槽道。
所述纤维采用X状断面设置。
所述内织层是以若干纤维构成,该纤维系采用圆形断面配置。
所述内织层、外织层中择一或同时的布设有二氧化钛。
采用上述方案后,本发明光能织物采用内织层与外织层交织的方式,所述内织层选用疏水性原料制成,而外织层是以亲水性原料制成,藉由该物理性界定,从而控制该外织层及内织层于染色时除能全部上色有荧光染料外,且能进一步控制外织层之荧光染料比例系大于内织层的荧光染料,以使较深色外织层除具有较佳的色牢度外,且能有效将太阳光转换成特定波长的可见光,至于较浅色的内织层仍能镜面反射紫外线,且对外织层荧光染料具有同分子引导可见光的加乘作用,据以大大优化这些可见光之穿透率,以便对皮肤发挥更为优异的微量光疗美容作用。
该种在外织层全部上色有荧光染料的特征,使其具有较佳的色牢度,更重要的是,本发明在配合内织层全部上色有较少量荧光染料下,其确具有更佳及更稳定的光疗美容作用,故而在功能性上远远优于上揭专利前案。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参看图3至图5,本发明依序经备内/外织层原料→成型母粒→抽丝→织布→染色→定型流程,而得一成品,进一步言之,本发明织布流程是将一内织层10及一外织层20以针织、平织、针刺或其它方式交织而成的两层复合织物;其中;内织层10是选用疏水性原料制成,而外织层20是以亲水性原料制成,藉由该种材质物理性界定,从而控制内织层10及外织层20于染色时除能全部上色有荧光染料30外,且能进一步控制外织层20的荧光染料30占70%至90%比例,至于内织层10的荧光染料30是占30%至10%比例,以使该内织层10与外织层20有色差形成,使较深色外织层20除了具有较佳的色牢度外,且能有效将太阳光转换成特定波长的可见光,至于较浅色的内织层10仍能镜面反射紫外线,更重要的是,由于该内织层10与外织层20均上色有同一配方的荧光染料30,故可使该内织层10荧光染料30对外织层20荧光染料30具有同分子引导可见光的加乘作用,据以大大优化这些可见光的穿透率,进而对接触于内织层10的皮肤发挥更佳微量光疗美容作用;
该种在外织层20全部(含内部)上色有荧光染料30的特征,其具有较佳的色牢度,更重要的是,本发明在配合内织层10全部上色有较少量荧光染料30下,如表一所示,其确具有更佳及更稳定的光疗美容作用,具体而言,本发明以荧光黄六角网日照前、荧光黄六角网日照后、荧光黄六角网水洗后三种不同样品测试下,其嫩肤橘光600-700nmT%平均至少都在1.3以上,而美白黄光500-600nmT%平均也至少都在1.3以上,反观高密度织物、加拿大sunsoul样品,其数值是位于0.1-0.45间,而表一揭示位于400-700nmT%穿透率是越高越好,因此,本发明光疗美容作用远优于高密度织物、加拿大sunsoul样品;再则,本发明UVB300-350nmT%平均系控制在-58以下,也就是说能完全隔绝该波长的紫外线,反观高密度织物、加拿大sunsoul样品,其数值是位于1.45-0.475间,而表一揭示位于400nmT%穿透率是越低越好,因此,本发明抗紫外线效果亦远优于高密度织物、加拿大sunsoul样品;此外,本发明染色流程能使外织层20、内织层10的荧光染料30具有分布均匀、整体制造效率高的优点;
为强化色牢度,本发明得进一步界定外织层20的纤维21为一非圆形的断面,而具有若干沿纤维21轴向设置的槽道22,使之形成X状断面,如此即可大幅增加供荧光染料30染色的面积;至于前述内织层10的纤维11则最好采用最常见的圆形断面,使内织层10接触皮肤时具有摩擦较小的触感;
进一步言之,前述内织层10是选用具疏水性的聚丙烯(Polypropylene,简称PP)原料,至于外织层20是选用具有亲水性的聚酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,简称PET)原料,如此即可在设定130℃及1小时的染色流程,于外织层20全部上色有占70%至90%比例的荧光染料30,以及于内织层10全部上色有占30%至10%比例的荧光染料30,该比例端视荧光染料30颜色而调整,继之,请配合图3观之,在染色流程后,须通过定型流程而烘干荧光染料30;
在此特别说明,该种内织层10及外织层20的原料界定相当环保,且在配合荧光染料30采用无毒配方下,可使本发明不管在皮肤刺激测试、体外细胞毒性测试及天竺鼠敏感测试下,均不会对皮肤有不良影响;
此外,该种疏水性内织层10及亲水性外织层20的原料界定,可使外织层20不用添加任何吸湿剂,即可让皮肤产生的汗水,透过亲水物性外织层20能对内织层10产生一虹吸作用(毛细作用),用以强迫该汗水通过内织层10间隙而被外织层20吸附,然后快速挥发至空气中,故而本发明可在最短的时间下完成隔湿排汗,使穿着时具有更佳的干爽舒适性,相同的道理,当外部水渍飞溅至外织层20时,该外织层20能吸附该水渍且不至于渗入内织层10,进而具有一定之防水功能;
最后,本发明两层复合织物为强化抗紫外线效果,如图5及图6所示,其内织层10、外织层20可择一或同时的于原料中掺入二氧化钛40中熔解,其中该熔解温度低于该二氧化钛40解离温度,以使该二氧化钛40能有效分布于该原料内,如表二A至表二C所示的中国台湾财团法人纺织产业综合研究所出具的试验报告表,本发明成品不管在紫外线透过率、防紫外线系数平均值、防紫外线指数及近红外线穿透值,均能展现非常优良的性能。
综上所述,本发明的整体结构特征,其在现有结构中可以说是前所未见,且为一相当杰出且优异的设计,其在同类产品中均未见有类似的发明或公开的发表,故符合发明专利的申请条件,乃依法提出申请。上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

注:T%穿透率:400nm以下越低越好,表示紫外线穿透不了布面伤害不了皮肤,负值表示为完全不穿透;
400nm-700nm这个区间则要越高越好,因为在此区间的光波皆为对人体皮肤有益的光波。

Claims (7)

1.一种光能织物,其特征在于:其为一内织层及一外织层交织而成的两层复合织物;所述内织层选用疏水性原料制成,外织层是以亲水性原料制成,该外织层及内织层于染色时能全部上色有荧光染料,且外织层的荧光染料比例大于内织层的荧光染料,使较深色的外织层能有效将太阳光转换成特定波长可见光,较浅色的内织层镜面反射紫外线。
2.如权利要求1所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述外织层全部上色有占荧光染料70%至90%比例的荧光染料,内织层全部上色有占荧光染料30%至10%比例的荧光染料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述内织层选用聚丙烯原料,外织层选用聚酯原料,在设定130℃及1小时的染色流程中,于外织层及内织层全部上色有荧光染料。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述外织层是以若干纤维构成,各纤维形成有沿轴向设置的槽道。
5.如权利要求4所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述纤维采用X状断面设置。
6.如权利要求4所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述内织层是以若干纤维构成,该纤维系采用圆形断面配置。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的光能织物,其特征在于:所述内织层、外织层中择一或同时的布设有二氧化钛。
