In the marine salt spray environment simulation process, seawater or artificial seawater is mainly atomized into a salt spray aerosol form, so that the surrounding environment and the marine environment have similar air salt concentration.
The existing instrument for simulating the ocean salt fog environment inspection equipment in the market mainly comprises a salt fog test box and an ultrasonic atomizer. Although mature, this equipment has the following disadvantages: (1) the salt spray concentration adjustment range is narrow, the salt spray amount is small, and the requirements of application environments of different marine equipment are difficult to meet, for example, the salt content of air around a surface ship is 4.2ppm, and the salt content of air around a hovercraft can reach 70ppm or even 100 ppm. (2) The size limit is large, the salt spray test box can only test the equipment arranged inside, and the requirements for larger equipment and large-scale tests are difficult to meet.
In order to meet the research and development requirements of modern ship equipment, a salt spray aerosol spraying device needs to be developed urgently to meet the requirements of large-scale equipment and experimental marine environment salt spray tests. After market research and literature inquiry, no equipment for producing the steel plate or all literature reports exist at present.

A salt spray aerosol spraying device comprises a box body part and a spraying unit, wherein the box body part comprises a salt liquid storage unit, and a pump, a valve and a pipeline of a pump-valve conveying unit connect the salt liquid storage unit with a double-flow spraying unit of the spraying unit; the pump station connects the salt solution storage unit with the single-fluid spraying unit of the spraying unit from another pipeline; and the gas unit is provided with pressure sensors at the outlets of the salt liquid storage unit and the cleaning liquid storage unit and at the inlets of the double-flow spraying unit and the single-flow spraying unit, the gas unit transmits the readings of the pressure sensors to the electric control unit, and the electric control unit monitors and controls the pressure and the trend of the compressed air input into the salt liquid storage unit and the cleaning liquid storage unit through a pressure gauge, a pressure switch, a pressure regulating valve, an electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve element of the gas unit.
The spraying unit of the invention connects the salt solution storage unit to the double-flow spraying unit or the single-fluid spraying unit through the control of the electric control unit.

The spraying unit of the invention connects the salt solution storage unit to the double-flow spraying unit or the single-fluid spraying unit through the control of the electric control unit.
The whole system has higher integration level, and can realize the functions of salt spray aerosol spraying, parameter monitoring, pipeline cleaning and the like through the control unit.
The product composition block diagram is shown in figure 1.
The salt spray aerosol spraying system consists of a salt solution storage unit, a cleaning solution storage unit, a pump valve conveying unit, a gas unit, an electric control unit and a spraying unit.
The salt solution storage unit, the cleaning solution storage unit and the gas unit are mutually independent units and are connected with the spraying unit through the pump valve conveying unit, so that target solution is sprayed out of the spraying unit under the action of compressed air or a pump station, and the control of components of the whole system is integrated into the electric control unit to realize the state monitoring and the program operation of the system.
2.1 salt solution storage Unit
The salt solution storage unit mainly comprises a salt solution storage tank, an inlet valve, a pipe fitting, a liquid level detection switch, an outlet manual ball valve and a salt solution outlet electromagnetic valve.
The salt solution storage tank can be used as a pressure tank, the water is pressurized by compressed air under the condition that the water pump does not participate, and the salt solution storage tank is used as a salt water source to provide stable water supply for the water pump. The liquid storage tank is provided with a salt liquid low liquid level detection switch, and when the water level is too low, the control system can give an alarm for prompting.
2.2 cleaning liquid storage Unit
Because the crystal particles separated out from the salt solution can block the nozzle and the pipeline, the invention is specially provided with the cleaning solution storage unit, and the clean water stored in the cleaning solution storage tank is sprayed out along the pipeline to clean the internal pipeline, thereby improving the reliability of the whole system.
2.3 Pump valve delivery Unit
