Abstract

本发明公开了一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，解决了现有技术中的配料罐无法同时满足不同液位高度的混合搅拌的问题。本发明包括配制罐本体，设置在配制罐本体上的搅拌装置，驱动搅拌装置旋转的驱动电机，设置在配制罐本体上的进料口和出料口；所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴，设置在搅拌轴底端的搅拌桨，内圈与搅拌轴顶端螺纹连接的轴承，设置在轴承的内圈上的旋转把手，以及设置在轴承的内圈上用于内圈和搅拌轴固定的旋紧螺钉；所述搅拌轴顶端设置有沿着其中轴线设置的长条形孔，该长条形孔的横截面呈非圆形结构，该驱动电机的端部伸入该长条形孔内且与该长条形孔形状相匹配。本发明具有便于不同高度的药液配合混匀等优点。

一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药液配制罐，具体涉及一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐。
背景技术
目前，兽药企业中，兽药的配比成为企业的技术秘密或者核心专利。尤其是液体兽药，其配比更为重要，而液体兽药的稳定性，均匀度，溶解度等均影响兽药的质量。目前兽药配料中，大部分采用机械式的配料罐进行配料，即采用罐体配合搅拌装置对兽药液体进行均匀搅拌，并加入一定量的水，以形成一定量浓度的兽药液体。而目前的配料罐中存在一些问题，例如，当兽药液体处于高位时，单搅旋装置无法高效的对兽药液体进行搅拌，从而照成功率不足的缺点；而现有的双层搅拌装置在使用过程中，若兽药处于低位，即兽药液体高度低于第二搅拌装置时，第二搅拌装置则成为多余的输出装置，影响了旋转的输出功率。
因而，现有的配料罐无法同时满足不同液位高度的混合搅拌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：现有技术中的配料罐无法同时满足不同液位高度的混合搅拌的问题，目的在于提供解决上述问题的一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：
一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，包括配制罐本体，设置在配制罐本体上的搅拌装置，驱动搅拌装置旋转的驱动电机，设置在配制罐本体顶端的进料口，以及设置在配制罐本体底端的出料口，
所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴，设置在搅拌轴底端的搅拌桨，内圈与搅拌轴顶端螺纹连接的轴承，设置在轴承的内圈上的旋转把手，以及设置在轴承的内圈上用于内圈和搅拌轴固定的旋紧螺钉；所述搅拌轴顶端设置有沿着其中轴线设置的长条形孔，该长条形孔的横截面呈非圆形结构，该驱动电机的端部伸入该长条形孔内且与该长条形孔形状相匹配。
通过上述结构的设置，可以有效调整搅拌轴底端的搅拌桨在配制罐本体内的位置，进而便于不同药液高度的配合混匀，效果更加显著。
优选的，所述长条形孔的横截面呈椭圆形或正多边形结构。
最为优选地，所述长条形孔的横截面呈正六边形结构。
为了便于搅拌轴的调整操作，所述轴承的外圈固定在配制罐本体上；该轴承内圈的上方设置有延长段，该旋转把手和旋紧螺钉均设置在延长段上。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下的优点和有益效果：
1、本发明可以有效调整搅拌轴底端的搅拌桨在配制罐本体内的位置，进而便于不同药液高度的配合混匀，效果更加显著；
2、本发明结构简单，操作简便，适用范围广泛，非常适合推广应用。

实施例1
一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，如图1和图2所示，包括配制罐本体1，设置在配制罐本体1上的搅拌装置2，驱动搅拌装置2旋转的驱动电机3，设置在配制罐本体1顶端的进料口4，以及设置在配制罐本体1底端的出料口5。
所述搅拌装置2包括搅拌轴21，设置在搅拌轴21底端的搅拌桨，内圈与搅拌轴21顶端螺纹连接的轴承23，设置在轴承23的内圈上的旋转把手24，以及设置在轴承23的内圈上用于内圈和搅拌轴21固定的旋紧螺钉22；所述搅拌轴21顶端设置有沿着其中轴线设置的长条形孔6，该长条形孔6的横截面呈非圆形结构，该驱动电机3的端部伸入该长条形孔6内且与该长条形孔6形状相匹配。
优选地，所述长条形孔6的横截面呈椭圆形或正多边形结构。本实施例中该长条形孔6的横截面优选设置为正六边形结构。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的差别在于，本实施例中优化了搅拌装置2的结构，如图2所示，具体设置如下：
所述轴承23的外圈固定在配制罐本体1上；该轴承23内圈的上方设置有延长段，该旋转把手24和旋紧螺钉22均设置在延长段上。

所述搅拌装置(2)包括搅拌轴(21)，设置在搅拌轴(21)底端的搅拌桨，内圈与搅拌轴(21)顶端螺纹连接的轴承(23)，设置在轴承(23)的内圈上的旋转把手(24)，以及设置在轴承(23)的内圈上用于内圈和搅拌轴(21)固定的旋紧螺钉(22)；所述搅拌轴(21)顶端设置有沿着其中轴线设置的长条形孔(6)，该长条形孔(6)的横截面呈非圆形结构，该驱动电机(3)的端部伸入该长条形孔(6)内且与该长条形孔(6)形状相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，其特征在于，所述长条形孔(6)的横截面呈椭圆形或正多边形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，其特征在于，所述长条形孔(6)的横截面呈正六边形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置可调式药液配制罐，其特征在于，所述轴承(23)的外圈固定在配制罐本体(1)上；该轴承(23)内圈的上方设置有延长段，该旋转把手(24)和旋紧螺钉(22)均设置在延长段上。
