传统的气体混合器是由进气口,然后进入一段空间混合然后由出气口流出,这其中气体混合不均匀,在后续尤其是后续的化学反应时,存在很大问题,会出现局部反应过于剧烈等不良现象。若将混合区区间放大来增加混合时间使气体混合,这无疑要增加设备的尺寸,会增加生产加工成本。为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种简易式气体混合器。

本发明属于气体传输机械设备领域,具体涉及一种简易式气体混合器。
背景技术
传统的气体混合器是由进气口,然后进入一段空间混合然后由出气口流出,这其中气体混合不均匀,在后续尤其是后续的化学反应时,存在很大问题,会出现局部反应过于剧烈等不良现象。若将混合区区间放大来增加混合时间使气体混合,这无疑要增加设备的尺寸,会增加生产加工成本。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种简易式气体混合器,具体技术方案如下。

1.一种简易式气体混合器,包括进气口、混合区(3)和出气口(8),其特征在于:所述进气口包括第一进气口(1)和第二进气口(2),所述混合区(3)内设有气体通管(4),所述气体通管(4)一端固定,另一端连通第二进气口(2),所述气体通管(4)上设有若干气孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易式气体混合器,其特征在于:所述气体通管(4)与第二进气口(2)连通的一端端口设计成倒锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易式气体混合器,其特征在于:所述气孔(5)设计成倒锥形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易式气体混合器,其特征在于:所述气体通管(4)一端固定在旋转装置(6)上,所述旋转装置固定在混合区(3)内壁上。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的任意一种简易式气体混合器,其特征在于:所述混合区(3)末端设置有填料区(7)。
