含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,将活性炭粉末混入丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯原液中,通过纺丝的方法将其固定于腈氯纶纤维载体上,可以在不损坏活性炭吸附能力的同时解决了一般活性炭不易固定成型的难题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种去除室内甲醛气体污染的方法,具体的说,是一种利用含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维来吸附甲醛的方法,属于环保领域。
背景技术
近年来随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越重视室内装潢的美观和舒适。然而装潢在带给人们生活享受的同时也带来了严重的室内污染,给人们健康带来了很大程度的损伤。室内污染物常见的有甲醛、苯、氨、氡等。甲醛是受到广泛重视的一种主要的室内空气污染物,是世界上公认的潜在致癌物,高浓度的甲醛对于中枢神经系统,免疫系统,肝脏都有毒害,甚至可以引发变态反应性疾病。所以室内甲醛的治理直接关系到人们的身心健康。
目前对甲醛的处理方法主要分两种,一种是从源头上治理:因为室内甲醛一般都来自装潢材料,所以控制源头甲醛的使用便可达到目的,但目前工业上还不能完全脱离甲醛。另一种是后期治理技术,主要有植物净化法、吸附法和化学法,化学法包括臭氧氧化法、等离子法、光催化氧化法、无光金属氧化法等。其中又以吸附法和化学处理法效果最好,但化学法普遍存在着技术不成熟和成本过高的问题,所以目前运用较为广泛的是吸附法。
活性炭和活性炭纤维是被广泛运用的吸附剂,有非常发达的孔结构和大的比表面积,这使得它们在吸附效果上显示出了极大的优势。活性炭使用简单,成本低,但不易固定成型,使用中易产生二次污染。活性炭纤维虽能解决成型问题,但其制造成本过高,强度又低,不宜推广运用。本发明经过大量试验将活性炭粉末混入丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯原液中,通过纺丝的方法将其固定于腈氯纶纤维载体上,可以在不损坏活性炭吸附能力的同时解决了一般活性炭不易固定成型的难题。
本发明是在前期工作的基础上,利用这种吸附纤维对室内甲醛进行较系统的净化处理研究,探索出该纤维去除甲醛的最优工艺条件,为含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维在净化室内甲醛方面的应用提供理论和实用方面提供依据。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决现有装修材料及新的组合家具中甲醛含量超标的问题,提供一种可以有效解决室内甲醛污染的方法和实用材料,简单高效地去除室内甲醛气体污染。
本发明提供的含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,其中超细活性炭粉末的制备:将市售活性炭粉与DMF按一定比例混合,加入少量分散剂,以氧化锆小球为研磨介质,在球磨机中搅拌,得到一定浓度的超细活性炭浆液,筛选出符合纺丝要求的活性炭粉末。适合纺丝的活性炭微粉末平均粒径约为0.7μm~0.9μm,且所添加的活性炭质量分数不宜超过30w%。
活性炭腈氯纶吸附纤维的制备:取上述活性炭粉末,与丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯共聚物原液按一定比例在搅拌釜中共混,80℃下搅拌8h,加压过滤打入脱泡釜。在70℃下脱泡5h后,再次加压过滤,经计量泵由喷丝头喷入纺丝凝固浴,纤维凝固成型后经水洗牵伸,再经热水牵伸,烘干卷绕制成含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维。
本发明的优点和积极效果:本发明提供的含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,有效的去除了室内甲醛污染物,室内空气更加健康。
具体实施方式
本发明经过大量试验将活性炭粉末混入丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯原液中,通过纺丝的方法将其固定于腈氯纶纤维载体上,可以在不损坏活性炭吸附能力的同时解决了一般活性炭不易固定成型的难题。

将活性炭微粉以20w%左右的比例加入纺丝原液中,纺丝液的可纺性较好,所纺制的含活性炭腈氯纶纤维含有大量孔隙并且它们的结构层次良好,这些使纤维具有良好的吸附功能。
研究结果表明,含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维对甲醛有良好的吸附净化能力。在甲醛浓度不超过8mg/L、吸附温度为40℃、吸附pH为4的时,纤维获得最佳的吸附效果,其对甲醛的去除率可以达到95%以上。

1.含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,其特征在于,将活性炭粉末混入丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯原液中,通过纺丝的方法将其固定于腈氯纶纤维载体上,可以在不损坏活性炭吸附能力的同时解决了一般活性炭不易固定成型的难题。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,其特征在于,适合纺丝的活性炭微粉末平均粒径约为0.7μm~0.9μm,且所添加的活性炭质量分数不宜超过30w%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,其特征在于,将活性炭微粉以20w%左右的比例加入纺丝原液中,纺丝液的可纺性较好,所纺制的含活性炭腈氯纶纤维含有大量孔隙并且它们的结构层次良好,这些使纤维具有良好的吸附功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维去除室内甲醛方法,其特征在于,含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维对甲醛有良好的吸附净化能力。
