9. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
a base;
a weight plate according to any one of claims 6 to 8 mounted on the base;
the detection circuit is arranged on the base body and used for detecting the total resistance value of the counterweight resistors in the counterweight plates and obtaining the total weight of the current counterweight plates based on the total resistance value;
the detection circuit comprises a preset resistor arranged on the substrate, and the detection circuit obtains the total resistance value of the counterweight resistor by detecting the voltage division of the counterweight resistor and the preset resistor;
wherein the fitness equipment at least comprises a dumbbell, a barbell or comprehensive strength fitness equipment; when the fitness equipment is the dumbbell or the barbell, the base body is a supporting rod, and when the fitness equipment is the comprehensive strength fitness equipment, the base body is a base.
