Abstract

本发明公开了一种输液装置,特别是一种便于移动的输液辅助装置。该发明包括输液环套,输液环套包括从外到内依次设置的外套层、气囊层、加热层、液袋层,所述外套层的材质为玄武岩纤维;所述气囊层的外层为明胶层,气囊层与加热层的相连处设置有无纺布袋层;还包括设置在输液环套上的与液袋层相连的输液针口、与输液环套内的气囊层相连的气压表、与输液环套内的气囊层通过橡皮管相连的单向充气球囊。该发明便于移动,防止了漏气造成的回血和压力不够的情况,使得药液能够得到加热,使得使用者可以根据自身感觉和观察气压表通过单向充气球囊调整气囊层里的空气量,从而保持输液顺畅进行,并控制液体流速。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输液装置,特别是一种便于移动的输液辅助装置。
背景技术
输液是通过由静脉滴注向体内输入大剂量注射液的过程,输液用品现在一般采用一次性品。目前主要是通过将输液瓶挂在输液架上,通过液面差和重力进行输液,该方式效果极好,但病人需固定在一个位置,如果想要走动或者上厕所,则十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于移动的能够控制输液速度并能对药液进行加热的输液辅助装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,包括输液环套,输液环套包括从外到内依次设置的外套层、气囊层、加热层、液袋层,所述外套层的材质为玄武岩纤维;所述气囊层的外层为明胶层,气囊层与加热层的相连处设置有无纺布袋层;还包括设置在输液环套上的与液袋层相连的输液针口、与输液环套内的气囊层相连的气压表、与输液环套内的气囊层通过橡皮管相连的单向充气球囊。
优选的,所述明胶层为优质敏胶涂层。
优选的,所述加热层的材质含碳粉、NaCl固体、Fe2O3固体。
优选的,所述加热层的厚度为0.2-1.0cm。
优选的,所述无纺布袋层的材质为微孔透气膜。
本发明中的一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,便于移动,并能空出手,防止了使用者被烫伤,防止了漏气造成的回血和压力不够的情况,使得药液能够得到加热,并保护加热层在使用前不会由于接触到空气而自己产生效果,使得使用者可以根据自身感觉和观察气压表通过单向充气球囊调整气囊层里的空气量,从而保持输液顺畅进行,并控制液体流速。

具体实施方式
本说明书中公开的所有特征,除了互相排斥的特征和/或步骤以外,均可以以任何方式组合。
工作原理:使用者根据需求选择装有不同药袋的输液装置,将输液针扎进输液针口2后,根据需求将输液环套1套在与输液扎针点相近的手臂部分或腿部,通过挤压单向充气球囊4,将气压入气囊层12,后通过查看气压表和自身感觉来调整气压大小,从而控制液体流速;当输液完后,将枕头拔出,把输液环套取下后丢弃,换上不同的输液环套后插上枕头即可继续使用。
实施例一
本实施例结合图1、图2和图3所示,一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,包括输液环套1,输液环套1包括从外到内依次设置的外套层11、气囊层12、加热层14、液袋层13,所述外套层11的材质为玄武岩纤维;所述气囊层12的外层为明胶层,气囊层12与加热层14的相连处设置有无纺布袋层;还包括设置在输液环套1上的与液袋层13相连的输液针口2、与输液环套1内的气囊层12相连的气压表3、与输液环套1内的气囊层12通过橡皮管相连的单向充气球囊4。
在使用过程中,使用者根据需求将输液环套1套在与输液扎针点相近的手臂部分或腿部,便于移动,并能空出手;外套层11采用玄武岩纤维,使得外套层11的热阻性高,防止了使用者被烫伤;气囊层12的外层为明胶层,使得气囊层12不透气,防止了漏气造成的回血和压力不够的情况,并保护加热层14在使用前不会由于接触到空气而自己产生效果;设置有加热层14,使得药液能够得到加热;气囊层12与加热层14的相连处设置有无纺布袋层,无纺布袋层的特点是均匀不漏、透气性好;输液环套1上还设置有输液针口2、与输液环套1内的气囊层12相连的气压表3、与输液环套1内的气囊层12通过橡皮管相连的单向充气球囊4,使得使用者可以根据自身感觉和观察气压表3通过单向充气球囊4调整气囊层12里的空气量,从而保持输液顺畅进行,并控制液体流速。
实施例二
本实施例基于实施例1做进一步改进,如图2所示,所述明胶层的材质为优质敏胶涂层。
在使用过程中,明胶层的材质为优质敏胶涂层,使得其粘结牢固,不会无损使用者的皮肤和衣物。
实施例三
本实施例基于实施例2做进一步改进,如图2所示,所述加热层14的材质含碳粉、NaCl 固体、Fe2O3固体以及含镁铝的盐类。
加热层14的材质含碳粉、NaCl固体、Fe2O3固体,此等材料在加热方面应用均十分成熟,能够十分贴切地达到温度要求,并且市场上很常见,能够降低成本。
实施例四
本实施例基于实施例3做进一步改进,如图2所示,所述加热层14的厚度为0.2-1.0cm。
在使用过程中,加热层14不宜过薄也不宜过厚,加热层14使得加热达不到应有的效果,加热层14过厚使得层底由于被层表加热后得到的杂质阻断从而无法得到加热。
实施例五
本实施例基于实施例4做进一步改进,如图2所示,所述无纺布袋层的材质为微孔透气膜。
在使用过程中,无纺布袋层采用微孔透气膜,使得空气与加热层的接触能得到有效控制,接触过快使得加热效果过快,不仅可能造成高温,从而破坏液袋层13内的液体,还使得加热时间过短,后面无法加热,接触过慢则使得加热的温度达不到需求。

1.一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,其特征在于:包括输液环套(1),输液环套(1)包括从外到内依次设置的外套层(11)、气囊层(12)、加热层(14)、液袋层(13),所述外套层(11)的材质为玄武岩纤维;所述气囊层(12)的外层为明胶层,气囊层(12)与加热层(14)的相连处设置有无纺布袋层;还包括设置在输液环套(1)上的与液袋层(13)相连的输液针口(2)、与输液环套(1)内的气囊层(12)相连的气压表(3)、与输液环套(1)内的气囊层(12)通过橡皮管相连的单向充气球囊(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,其特征在于:所述明胶层为优质敏胶涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,其特征在于:所述加热层(14)的材质含碳粉、NaCl固体、Fe2O3固体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,其特征在于:所述加热层(14)的厚度为0.2-1.0cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的输液辅助装置,其特征在于:所述无纺布袋层的材质为微孔透气膜。
