本发明涉及一种工装,特别涉及一种固定样板用夹具工装。
背景技术
使用上下样板分别置于零件上下两面相应位置进行对合,对合时需要用两手固定上下样板,再使用塞尺检查样板间隙,检测泡沫零件的型面外形,此方法检测时不方便一人操作,样板对合后需要用手固定,效率较低,且由于受人为因素影响,必然会出现检测结果因人而异的现象,使得检测结果不够客观,;另外,使用不够简便,效率较低;使用一种专用夹具工装,将上下样板固定,减少人为因素,准确测量型面外形。
发明内容
本发明的目的为:为了排除样板检测零件时的人为因素,提高零件的检测客观性,以提高整体检测质量,提出一种固定样板用夹具工装。
本发明的技术方案为:所述的工装呈U型,U型槽与待固定样板为间隙配合。
本发明的有益效果:在一块工装平板上加工出与样板厚度一致大小尺寸合适的专用夹具工装U型夹具3凹槽中,现将下样板1放入凹槽中,再将上样板2放置到合适位置后将此夹具插入上下样板的两侧对合区域,可实现对上下样板的同时固定。排除样板检测时的人为干预因素,只需一人即可检测泡沫零件的型面检测,提高了检测效率,同时提高样板检测的客观和准确程度。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本技术方案作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,所述的工装呈U型,U型槽与待固定样板为间隙配合。在一块工装平板上加工出与样板厚度一致大小尺寸合适的专用夹具工装U型夹具3凹槽中,现将下样板1放入凹槽中,再将上样板2放置到合适位置后将此夹具插入上下样板的两侧对合区域,可实现对上下样板的同时固定。
