Background
Oils undergo thermal and oxidative decomposition during heating to produce a large amount of volatile and non-volatile organic compounds, the major components of which are aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, alcohols, aromatic compounds, and the like. A large number of researches show that the cooking fume not only pollutes the environment, but also invades the respiratory tract of human body along with air, thereby causing diseases.
However, the existing oil fume purification treatment processes mainly comprise the following steps: the device comprises a lampblack collecting cover, a water transporting smoke cover, a water spraying tower and high-voltage electrostatic purification. The oil fume collecting hood and the water-carrying fume hood have low oil fume removal rate and low oil fume purification rate due to the technological principle of oil fume treatment, and a large amount of oil fume components still exist in the discharged gas, so that the environmental pollution is serious; the water spraying tower washing equipment has a complex structure and a large occupied area, so that the application places of the water spraying tower washing equipment are restrained; the high-voltage electrostatic cleaning maintenance cost is high, equipment is required to be cleaned regularly, secondary pollution is easy to cause, and the periodic maintenance work leads to the rise of cost and material cost.
