Abstract

一种沙漠打水井机,一改传统的打井均是对凿井管的顶端施加冲击力的打井方法,而改为对凿井管的下部施加冲击力,就使得工作稳定高效,且降低了打井机的高度,即可降低机器的成本,也更适宜在沙漠的恶劣环境中运行,沙漠被俗称是打水井的禁区,主要是因为沙子的欠稳固性,很难成井,若用钻石油井的工艺钻水井,其天价的费用是无法接受的,本发明是用钢管做凿井管,成井后,由其中间放入硬塑料的井管并与凿井管底端的铸钢劈头组合在一起构成井体,再拔出凿井管以后再用,速度极快、成本低,且寿命长,即可打稍大口径的井,用潜水泵供水,也可打小口径只用于吸纳地表水,以实施土壤海绵化。

技术领域
本案是关于在沙漠中打水井的打井机的发明。
技术背景
多少年代以来,沙漠地区由于无水而被人们称为生命的禁区,人们一直苦苦地寻找在沙漠中可行的打水井的方法,虽然我国有石油公司用钻石油井的方法打出了几口水井,但成本过高,不能用于打普通水井。最近《中国科学》报道我国的科学家已经破解了让沙子变土壤的密码,有望让沙漠变成绿洲,造福人类,但其前提是必须得有水,大多数沙漠地区的植被显示,其地下百米以内是有水的,且每年还会有几百毫米的降水,只是由于其地层结构的特点不能让其在地表及浅层存留,,关键是怎样经济地在沙漠中打出水井供水,由于沙子极易流动的特性,无法用壤土区域传统的打井方法打成水井,故现在需要一种能适应沙漠地区恶劣的地质及气象条件,经济快速地打成水井的沙漠打水井机。
发明目的
本案的目的就是提供一种能在沙漠中经济快速打出水井的打井机。
发明内容
制作气锤型振动器组合备用:其顶板上有吊环和卡板轴,且钻了卡板销孔,其下面是经螺钉对称地安装着两个气锤型振动器的底板,底板下面是夹紧板,顶板、底板和夹紧板,在两个气锤型振动器中间的前方开缺口,夹紧板下面缺口的一侧经螺钉和气缸支架安装夹紧气缸,其前端安装动夹紧块,此处经螺钉安装可保证该动夹紧块正确状态的上限位块和下限位块,缺口的另一侧有定夹紧块,此处经螺钉安装可使其稳定的上导向板和下导向板,其后方连接着穿过有平头顶丝的螺杆套的调节螺杆,螺杆套经螺钉安装在夹紧板下面,夹紧板经带压力弹簧的拉杆螺钉安装在底板下面,夹紧板两侧不能大于底板,底板两侧有侧板经螺钉和顶板相连,侧板两侧经螺钉安装带导套的导套支架,气锤型振动器的锤头穿过底板,对夹紧板施加重力的冲击时,由于有拉杆螺钉,夹紧板能及时复位,且不摆动;
制作劈头组合备用:用铸钢工艺制作劈头并淬硬,用注塑工艺制作安装在劈头外面的连接套,其外侧有上下两道环形槽装着密封圈,其上端经自攻螺钉安装金属的弹性止退卡,劈头与连接套经沉头螺钉、垫片和螺母组装在一起;
制作井管部件备用:这种用作井管的硬塑管不宜太长,宜现场再接长至所需,其一端先粘结另一端已预钻两个小螺钉孔的直通,以后再粘结另一井管;
制作凿井管部件备用:凿井管两端制出螺纹,中部焊接一个用钢板制作的板钩,用作第一根的凿井管下端内圆大倒角;
外购一有可调节支脚的拖车底盘,其上用钢板覆一大底板,该大底板上安装门架,门架上端安装着两个滑轮,绕着分别与两个卷扬机相连且带配重坨吊钩的钢缆,以提吊凿井管部件及可下施加冲击力的气锤型振动器组合,门架上端还连接着下端安装于大底板的两根导轨,大底板上还置有用于盛放打井液的水箱、泥浆泵、柴油机气泵、发电机、卷扬机,其特征是大底板在安装导轨一侧的中部向外突出,与其上方吊挂且套在导轨上的气锤型振动器组合的缺口对应,也开缺口,以方便安装凿井管;
为吊装凿井管时减小其上端的摆动,门架的顶端装置了“V”型的高挡板,且其上端向外倾斜;
为增加对凿井管的夹紧力,动夹紧块和定夹紧块的内凹的“V”形面制作了横向的,齿状条形凸起;
为防止水龙带与快换弯接头连接处形成死角,此处经过渡钢管和喉箍安装了钢丝塑料软管,再经水带接扣和水龙带连接;
为避免凿井管在高频率冲击时损坏连接套,此处安装了大钢垫;
为使气锤型振动器组合下行至下限位置时能及时停工,且不会撞及大底板,大底板上安装了用槽钢和钢板制作的止动块,其顶端安装着按压式开关,且与门架上的报警灯相连;
打井结束时为方便推动井管下行并带出劈头组合,门架上设置了可以支撑杠杆的杠杆轴,远端向上搬动杠杆,近端即可向下推动井管并带出劈头组合;
为使第一根凿井管入地时减小受非理想地质的影响而产生晃动,一个前端呈内凹半圆形、经小转动轴连接着带小手柄的小挡板的大挡板,其上焊接着小挡板挡块、后端安装着大手柄,经大转动轴安装在大底板上,锁闭后可限制凿井管晃动;
本案可由低价值且适应面广的农用拖拉机拖带,在我国广大的沙漠、半沙漠及干旱地区进行高效优化土壤的作业,且随着“一带一路”的发展也必定会更多地造福沿线有关国家和地区的人民。若本案用于打供水的水井,其井管的内径应能容纳最小的潜水泵,若只用于收纳地表水,优化地质,实施“土壤海绵化”,则其内径可以小得多。
打井结束后,外露较高的井管会限制本案被拖动,宜先将井管修矮,而后再接长至所需。

具体实施方式
现在以一个实施例来说明其具体的实施方式:
首先外购带支脚的拖车底盘为的是能调节拖车底盘至水平状态、卷扬机、发电机、气锤型振动器套件含输软气管、控制阀及快换接头等全套部件、柴油机气泵及全部套件、气缸套件、泥浆泵、水龙带、水带接扣、带配重砣的吊钩、滑轮、钢缆、吊索可用三角带,中间打结后代用、槽钢、钢管、钢板、圆钢、凿井管钢管、螺套、压力弹簧、锁紧螺母、井管用硬塑料管、塑料管直通及黏结剂、尼龙棒、快换弯接头、喉箍、钢丝塑料软管、水龙带、水带接扣和按压式开关备用。
依图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,用钢板制作和安装大底板2、高挡板10、板钩9、小挡板挡块67,用槽钢及钢板制作门架3和止动块68,用钢管制作导轨14备用;
按图6、图7、图8和图9所示,制作气锤型振动器组合A,先用圆钢车制拉杆螺钉28、卡板轴78和卡板销79,再用球墨铸铁经机加工制作顶板20、底板21和夹紧板5,用钢板制作侧板11、导轨支架12、上限位块32、下限位块33、动夹紧块31和定夹紧块34,动夹紧块31和定夹紧块34内凹处的横向齿状凸起应在淬硬后用电火花加工、卡板77,其后端安装卡板销79;用尼龙棒车制导轨套13,其内孔应与导轨作大间隙动配合,并安装在导轨支架12上,用螺钉23在底板21上对称安装气锤型振动器22,在底板21穿过拉杆螺钉28的侧面安装油嘴61、在顶板20上安装吊环19、卡板轴78,在夹紧板25底面用螺钉23和气缸支架29安装夹紧气缸30,先安装动夹紧块31再用螺钉23安装上限位块32和下限块33,定夹紧块34与螺杆套73和调节螺杆71连接后,前端用螺钉23安装上导向板74和下导向板75后端用螺钉23将螺杆套73安装在夹紧板25上,用弹簧27和拉杆螺钉28将底板21与夹紧板25连接,将导套13,安装在导套支架12上,用螺钉23将导套支架12安装在侧板11上,最后用螺钉23经侧板11连接顶板20和底板21,至此气锤型振动器组合完成,备用;
依图10制作劈头组合B,先用铸钢工艺制作劈头59,可同时带出其下端的螺孔及出水口,刃部淬硬,用弹簧钢片或磷铜片经冲压工艺制作止退卡45,用工程塑料经注塑工艺制作连接套43,用钢板经冲压工艺制作大钢垫47,用自攻螺钉44安装止退卡45、用用沉头螺钉24、螺母62和垫圈63组装连接套43、大钢垫47和劈头59,至此劈头组合完成,备用;
依图4所示,在凿井管8的两端制作螺纹,中间部位焊接用钢板制作的板钩9,备用;
依图11所示,井管48下端外部车大倒角,稍上部粘结导引套60,再上部钻多个过水的小孔,备用;
依图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,在小挡板36上安装小手柄41、,经小转动轴39与小挡板支架40相连,小挡板支架40再焊接在大挡板37上,大手柄38焊接在大挡板37上,小挡板挡块67也焊接在大挡板37大转动轴处,钻孔后经大转动轴35安装在大底板2上,大底板2上再组装门架3,安装气锤型振动器组合A时,应先将其垫高,再穿两根导轨14,该导轨上端再经导轨座65和大螺母66与门架相连,下端经导轨座65和大螺母66与大底板2相连,门架3顶端的横梁上焊接着高挡板10,横梁的前探处经滑轮轴64安装着滑轮4,大底板2上再安装两组卷扬机6、水箱16、泥浆泵15、柴油机气泵17和发电机18,两条钢缆5分别绕过滑轮4安装带配重坨的吊钩7,最后做气路与电路的连接,本案即完成。实施打井作业
本案移至作业点后,先调整拖车底盘1的支脚,至大底板2呈水平状态,启动卷扬机6带气锤型振动器组合A稍升起,小挡板36向上扳起,呈开放状,凿井管8下端安装劈头组合B上端预装螺套57、快换弯接头49套件,注意其外展部分应与板钩9的方向一致<可由螺套57协助调节>,环形吊索42套在板钩9的下端,经卷扬机6、钢缆5和吊钩7将凿井管8提起,摆动凿井管8下端,同时借助高挡板10辅助,将凿井管8摆正,从气锤型振动器组合A的缺口处放入该气锤型振动器组合A中,将小挡板36闭合,依大手柄将大挡板37向后推至导轨座65处,启动气缸30、经动夹紧块31和定夹紧块34夹紧凿井管8,启动泥浆泵15,向凿井管8内输入打井液,放松两个卷扬机6,给气锤型振动器22充气,让气锤头26冲击夹紧板25带凿井管8下行,待凿井管稳定下行时,解除小挡板36和大挡板37对凿井管8的约束,气锤型振动器组合A至下限位置时,触动按压开关69,点亮报警灯70,此时停止气锤型振动器的振动,并放松气缸30对凿井管8的夹紧,提升气锤型振动器组合A至高位,再如前所述操控,至第一根凿井管8上端运行至下限位置时停止振动,解除快换弯接头49套件,且安装在下一根凿井管8上端,其下端预装锁紧螺母58,用螺套57连接其下端,将其板钩方向调整后,再以锁紧螺母58紧固,如此反复,至凿井管8到所需深度,使凿井管上端位于适宜的高度,如前所述取下快换弯接头套件,准备放入井管,前两三根井管可提前粘结好,由于太长的井管不好放入凿井管8,故需现场粘结,此时依图12所示,将卡板77前端套在顶板20上的卡板轴78上,摆动卡板77使其卡住井管48已粘结好的直通76,后端的卡板销79插进顶板20的卡板销孔中,把下一根井管的下端涂好粘结剂放入直通76,用自攻螺钉44连接,待放入最后一根井管48时,依图13所示,其上端应高于凿井管8,便于用杠杆56压迫其下行,以便推出劈头组合B,此时应同时轻微振动带动凿井管8上行,同时推出劈头组合B,待取出全部凿井管后,修整井管至低矮,便于本案拖动。

Claims (1)

1.一种沙漠打水井机,在其有可调节支脚的底盘上,用钢板覆盖一大底板,该大底板上安装门架,门架上端安装着两个滑轮,绕着分别与两个卷扬机相连的钢缆和带配重坨的吊钩,以提吊凿井管部件及可向下施加冲击力的气锤型振动器组合,门架上端还连接着下端安装于大底板的两根导轨,大底板上还设置有用于盛放打井液的水箱、泥浆泵、柴油机气泵、发电机、卷扬机,大底板在安装导轨一侧的中部向外突出,与其上方吊挂且套在导轨上的气锤型振动器组合的缺口对应,也开缺口;使用了凿井管,凿井管的中部焊接一个用钢板制作的板钩,第一根凿井管下端设置成内圆倒角,便于安装劈头组合;第一根凿井管的下端安装了劈头组合,用铸钢工艺制作劈头并淬硬,用注塑工艺制作安装在劈头外面的连接套,连接套外侧有上下两条环形槽安装着密封圈,其上端经自攻螺钉安装金属止退卡,劈头、连接套和大钢垫经沉头螺钉和螺母组装在一起;所述气锤型振动器组合的顶板上有吊环、卡板轴且钻了卡板销孔,其下面是经螺钉对称地安装两个气锤型振动器的底板,底板下面是夹紧板,夹紧板在汽锤型振动器中间的前方开缺口,夹紧板下面缺口的一侧经螺钉和气缸支架安装夹紧气缸,其前端安装动夹紧块,且经螺钉安装上限位块和下限位块,缺口的另一侧有定夹紧块此处经螺钉安装了上导向板和下导向板,其后方连接着穿过有平头顶丝的螺杆套的调节螺杆,经螺钉将螺杆套固定在夹紧板下面,夹紧板经带压力弹簧的拉杆螺钉安装在底板下面,底板两侧有侧板经螺钉与顶板相连,侧板外侧经螺钉安装带导套的导套支架,气锤型振动器的锤头穿过底板,对夹紧板施加重力冲击。
