本发明涉及一种中空玻璃夹条,所述夹条为中空的管子,其横截面为矩形,在其内侧面上设置有透气孔,所述夹条外侧面的两侧设置有延伸边,在外侧面与内侧面之间的侧面上设置有胶槽;所述透气孔为圆孔,直径为1.2‑2mm;本发明提供了一种中空玻璃夹条,本发明在夹条的两侧面设置有胶槽,同时外侧面两侧设置有延伸边,从而包住夹条两侧玻璃的侧边,避免其磕碰致碎。

一种中空玻璃夹条
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃窗配件领域,尤其涉及一种中空玻璃夹条。
背景技术
玻璃是由二氧化硅和其他化学物质熔融在一起形成的。在熔融时形成连续网络结构,冷却过程中粘度逐渐增大并硬化致使其结晶的硅酸盐类非金属材料。普通玻璃的主要成分是硅酸盐复盐,是一种无规则结构的非晶态固体。广泛应用于建筑物,用来隔风透光,属于混合物。另有混入了某些金属的氧化物或者盐类而显现出颜色的有色玻璃,和通过物理或者化学的方法制得的钢化玻璃等。玻璃是一种重要的建筑材料。玻璃广泛应用在门窗、幕墙等场合。
玻璃作为门窗的窗扇,透光性较好,便于室内光线充足。但是玻璃的导热和隔音性能不佳,不利于节能减排和保护隐私。因此人们常采用将两层玻璃粘接在一起,作为门窗的玻璃。同时为了防止双层玻璃内部产生水雾,难以清扫,在双层玻璃之间设置有夹条。夹条为中空的条状,在内部放置干燥剂,吸收双层玻璃之间的水分。目前常见的中空玻璃夹条通过玻璃胶与两侧的玻璃连接,在密封处有时容易出现胶液不足造成水汽进入等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种中空玻璃夹条,本发明在夹条的两侧面设置有胶槽,同时外侧面两侧设置有延伸边,从而包住夹条两侧玻璃的侧边,避免其磕碰致碎。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种中空玻璃夹条,所述夹条为中空的管子,其横截面为矩形,在其内侧面上设置有透气孔,所述夹条外侧面的两侧设置有延伸边,在外侧面与内侧面之间的侧面上设置有胶槽。
所述透气孔为圆孔,直径为1.2-2mm。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种中空玻璃夹条,本发明在夹条的两侧面设置有胶槽,同时外侧面两侧设置有延伸边,从而包住夹条两侧玻璃的侧边,避免其磕碰致碎。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
中空玻璃是采用两片尺寸相等的玻璃用玻璃胶粘接在一起,两片玻璃四周密封起来。在两片玻璃之间设置有夹条,夹条中空,在夹条内填充了干燥剂,吸收两片玻璃之间的水气。
如图2、图3所示,本发明提供的一种中空玻璃夹条,所述夹条3为中空的管子,其横截面为矩形,在其301内侧面上设置有透气孔7,所述夹条3外侧面302的两侧设置有延伸边5,在外侧面302与内侧面301之间的侧面上设置有胶槽4。胶槽4的设计增强玻璃与夹条3的密封性,防止中空玻璃的空腔2内进入空气。外侧面302两侧设置有延伸边5,从而包住夹条3两侧玻璃的侧边,避免其磕碰致碎。
如图1所示,在利用两片玻璃,即第一玻璃1、第二玻璃101粘接中空玻璃时,用夹条3内填充干燥剂9,将夹条3组成一个与玻璃外围尺寸相应的框子,相邻的夹条3之间用连接角8连接,将框子的两侧分别与两片玻璃片用玻璃胶粘接。
在夹条3的内侧面301上的透气孔7为圆孔,直径为1.2-2mm。通过透气孔7与两片玻璃之间的空腔2连通,吸收空腔2中的空气的水分。

1.一种中空玻璃夹条,所述夹条(3)为中空的管子,其横截面为矩形,在其内侧面(301)上设置有透气孔(7),其特征在于:所述夹条(3)外侧面(302)的两侧设置有延伸边(5),在外侧面(302)与内侧面(301)之间的侧面上设置有胶槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃夹条,其特征在于:所述透气孔(7)为圆孔,直径为1.2-2mm。
