本发明公布了一种，穿线机用的外平面钢丝绳，以一根圆钢丝为中心，在圆钢丝外面缠绕多根矩形或梯形钢丝、这样钢丝绳表面就不会产生凸凹现象，然后用压紧管箍将外平面钢丝绳，跟软钢丝绳压紧连接在一起，使软钢丝绳形成一个拉环，便于穿挂电线。外平面钢丝绳的表面平滑、摩擦力小、穿透率高、硬度高、耐磨性强，表层不易拉损，增加了外平面钢丝绳的使用寿命，减少了外平面钢丝绳的更换率，进而降低了施工成本，并节约了施工时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种，电工室内穿线时，使用在穿线机上的一种外平面钢丝绳。
背景技术
目前国内市场上，没有任何一种能在穿线机上循环使用并顺利施工的钢丝绳。
因钢丝绳是用圆钢丝绕制而成，所以钢丝绳的外表面有凸凹的存在，穿通管道时钢丝绳在管道内的摩擦力很大，阻力会成倍的增加，大大降低了钢丝绳的穿透率，也有在钢丝绳表面包裹一层塑胶的，来达到钢丝绳的表面光滑目的，但这种包塑胶的钢丝绳弊端是不耐磨、表层易破损，增加了损耗成本，甚至导致无法施工。
发明内容
本发明所主要解决的技术问题是，提供一种外表光滑、耐磨、不易破损，穿线机用的外平面钢丝绳。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：穿线机用的外平面钢丝绳，包括；以一根圆钢丝为中心，在圆钢丝外面缠绕多根矩形或梯形钢丝、这样钢丝绳表面就不会产生凸凹现象，然后用压紧管箍将外平面钢丝绳，跟软钢丝绳压紧连接在一起，使软钢丝绳形成一个拉环，便于穿挂电线。
本发明的优点是，穿线机用的外平面钢丝绳表面光滑，摩擦力减小，大大的提升了外平面钢丝绳的穿透率，外平面钢丝绳的表面硬度高，耐磨性强，表层不易拉损，减少了外平面钢丝绳的更换率，进而降低了施工成本，并节约了施工时间。

具体实施方式
以圆形中心钢丝5为中心，在圆形中心钢丝5外面缠绕多根矩形或梯形钢丝4，使外平面钢丝绳1的表面不产生凸凹而平滑，然后用压紧管箍2，将软钢丝绳3与外平面钢丝绳1，牢牢的扣压在一起，使软钢丝3形成一个拉环，便于穿挂电线，来达到顺利穿通管道，实现穿线的目的。

Claims (2)

1.穿线机用的外平面钢丝绳，以圆形中心钢丝5为中心，在圆形中心钢丝5外面缠绕多根矩形或梯形钢丝4，使外平面钢丝绳1的表面不产生凸凹而平滑。
2.用压紧管箍2，将软钢丝绳3与外平面钢丝绳1，牢牢的扣压在一起，使软钢丝3形成一个拉环。
