技术领域
该发明涉及水性跑道材料,具体为一种水性聚氨酯跑道材料这一技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,中国小学生的运动场地的跑道已经从煤渣跑道升级成塑胶跑道,但现在的塑胶跑道所使用的聚氨酯(PU)为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),当温度过高时,橡胶跑道中的残留的TDI容易挥发,产生较大的异味,并且橡胶跑道的设计使用期限为8-10年,但目前的橡胶跑道在10年以后难以自然分解,对环境造成严重的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种没有异味的水性聚氨酯跑道材料。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:水性聚氨酯跑道材料,由以下重量份的物质组成:
所述的成膜物质为水性聚氨酯乳胶与硅溶胶的混合物,水性聚氨酯乳胶与硅溶胶的重量比为30-50:5-25。
所述的水性聚氨酯乳胶为MDI聚氨酯乳胶。
所述的颜填料由以下重量份的物质组成
所述的分散剂为非离子润湿剂。
所述的消泡剂为硅油消泡剂。
在材料中加入N-苄基乙醇胺,成膜物质与N-苄基乙醇胺的重量比为35-75:0.1-0.5。
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:制浆、研磨、混合、包装。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制的材料具有以下特点:
1、水性、节能、环保、无有毒气体析出;
2、色彩鲜明,亮丽迟久;
3、优越的耐久、耐候性;
4、全天候使用,不收气候影响。

下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
本发明中,水性聚氨酯乳胶由安徽安大华泰生产;
硅溶胶(有机硅)由江阴国联生产;
非离子润湿剂、硅油消泡剂由深圳海川生产。
金红石钛白粉由镇江镇钛生产。
沉淀硫酸钡由运城南风生产。
水性色粉由德国拜耳公司生产。
石英砂由河南南阳金石制砂生产。

除了在材料中加入N-苄基乙醇胺,成膜物质与N-苄基乙醇胺的重量比为75:0.3,外,其余与实施例3相同。
将实施例1-4所制的水性聚氨酯跑道材料刮涂在1米宽度10米长度水泥混凝土纤维板表面形成涂层,然后在室温条件下自然干燥;对涂层性能进行测试。
本发明所述水性聚氨酯跑道材料性能检测数据如下表:
将实施例3、4于室外自然放置,实施例3在15年内难以降解,实施例4在第11年降解成3*3平方厘米的碎片。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为硅油消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯橡胶跑道材料,其特征在于:在材料中加入α-熊果苷,成膜物质与α-熊果苷的重量比为35-75:0.1-0.5。
