Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,包括如下步骤:1)前处理:在流水线上,使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板进行擦拭,擦拭完成后使用静电除尘枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行静电除尘处理;2)第一次喷漆处理;3)第二次喷漆处理;4)检测:对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行漆膜性能检测、外观检测。本发明喷漆工艺能够提高汽车塑胶中央面板的性能及光泽度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺。
背景技术
汽车塑胶中央面板在经过注塑加工完成后,考虑到塑胶中央面板表面硬度差、无光泽,为了解决使用中表面易磨损、划伤及无光泽影响视觉效果,所以对涂装后的涂层性能有较高的要求,目前汽车中央面板行业中多采取直接注塑使用,不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其能够提高汽车塑胶中央面板的性能及光泽度。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)前处理:在流水线上,使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板进行擦拭,擦拭完成后使用静电除尘枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行静电除尘处理;
2)第一次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
3)第二次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
4)检测:对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行漆膜性能检测、外观检测。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的静电除尘枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤2)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤3)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的喷漆,喷漆时间为60秒,膜层厚度13±2um,喷漆原料为高光黑漆。
优选的,所述步骤3)中的喷漆,喷漆时间为80秒,膜层厚度25±5um,喷漆原料为透明UV漆。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的固化处理通过烘箱处理,烘箱的温度为80±5℃,固化时间为30min。
优选的,所述步骤3)中的固化处理为双重固化,通过紫外光固化炉和烘箱处理;紫外光固化炉的UV能量为1500~2000mj,曝光强度为150mW,固化时间为10S;烘箱的温度为80±5℃,固化时间为30min。
优选的,所述步骤2)、步骤3)中的冷却处理,均为通过自然冷却至室温。
优选的,所述步骤2)、步骤3)中的打磨处理,均为使用用2500目砂纸对汽车塑胶中央面板进行打磨。
优选的,所述步骤4)中的漆膜性能检测、外观检测,检测参数为:膜层总厚度40~45um,硬度≥2H,RCA≥175g/1000次,酒精耐磨≥500g/100次,附着力≥5B,光泽度90~95GE/60°C。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其能够提高汽车塑胶中央面板的性能及光泽度。
本发明汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其在汽车塑胶中央面板上形成的漆膜能达到如下性能:膜层总厚度40~45um,硬度≥2H,RCA≥175g/1000次,酒精耐磨≥500g/100次,附着力≥5B,光泽度90~95GE/60°C。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)前处理:在流水线上,使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板进行擦拭,擦拭完成后使用静电除尘枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行静电除尘处理;
2)第一次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
3)第二次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
4)检测:对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行漆膜性能检测、外观检测。
所述步骤1)中的静电除尘枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤2)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤3)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm。

Claims (10)
1.汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)前处理:在流水线上,使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板进行擦拭,擦拭完成后使用静电除尘枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行静电除尘处理;
2)第一次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
3)第二次喷漆处理:先在流水线上使用酒精对汽车塑胶中央面板正面进行再次擦拭,再将汽车塑胶中央面板从流水线转入喷漆线,使用喷漆枪对汽车塑胶中央面板进行喷漆,喷漆完成后对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行固化处理、冷却处理、打磨处理;
4)检测:对汽车塑胶中央面板依次进行漆膜性能检测、外观检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的静电除尘枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤2)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm;所述步骤3)中的喷漆枪距汽车塑胶中央面板100~200mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的喷漆,喷漆时间为60秒,膜层厚度13±2um,喷漆原料为高光黑漆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中的喷漆,喷漆时间为80秒,膜层厚度25±5um,喷漆原料为透明UV漆。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的固化处理通过烘箱处理,烘箱的温度为80±5℃,固化时间为30min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中的固化处理为双重固化,通过紫外光固化炉和烘箱处理;紫外光固化炉的UV能量为1500~2000mj,曝光强度为150mW,固化时间为10S;烘箱的温度为80±5℃,固化时间为30min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)、步骤3)中的冷却处理,均为通过自然冷却至室温。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)、步骤3)中的打磨处理,均为使用用2500目砂纸对汽车塑胶中央面板进行打磨。
9.根据权利要求8所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中的漆膜性能检测、外观检测,检测参数为:膜层总厚度40~45um,硬度≥2H,RCA≥175g/1000次,酒精耐磨≥500g/100次,附着力≥5B。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车塑胶中央面板的喷漆工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中的漆膜性能检测、外观检测,检测参数还包括:光泽度90~95GE/60°C。
