The data transmission module 908 can be read by a special device such as an SD card and a flash; communication can be established with the instructions of the upper computer to read data; or upload data through an intelligent module (such as a wifi module/a GSM module).
The event analyzing and processing system 910, as shown in fig. 9b, includes a home appliance end event analyzing and processing module 9102 and a server end event analyzing and processing system 9104.
The household appliance end event analyzing and processing system 9102 may, for events such as alarms, start processing logic of alarms and abnormal events while a recording mechanism is preset in the factory. On one hand, event information is triggered and recorded, on the other hand, the electric control end displays and prompts alarm information, and on the other hand, a temporary abnormal event processing mechanism is executed to protect the running of the household appliance and ensure safe running.
Service end event analysis and processing system 9104, to the data that intelligent household electrical appliances pass through wireless terminal (like wifi module, GSM module etc.) collection, accessible remote server classified record and summary data information, through means such as event screening, graphization, develop the analysis and the excavation work of data. The abnormal alarm and sudden event can be processed by a machine automatic protection program, manual intervention and the like.
For conventional household appliances, data of a storage area of the household appliance end can be exported in a wired transmission mode in a test stage and an after-sale stage, and analysis and classification collection are carried out through an upper computer, so that an event source and associated event factor parameters are conveniently analyzed, and a favorable support is provided for scientific data analysis.
The refrigerator event recording and analyzing system 900 in this embodiment is fully beneficial to the operational capability of the household appliance control system, and a complete household appliance log recording and analyzing system is established by planning an event source, a triggering mechanism and a storing and analyzing mechanism. Not only provides an effective means for the reliability design of products, but also provides a feasible scheme for after-sale and user behavior insights and the like, and has feasibility.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
