本发明涉及一种电机轴承冷却装置,其包括外风扇和外风扇罩,外风扇设置在轴承外盖的外侧且同轴固连在电机轴上;外风扇罩为固定在轴承外盖上的轴对称盘式结构,外风扇设置在外风扇罩和轴承外盖之间,外风扇罩的端面靠近电机轴处设置有多个进风口,其侧面与轴承外盖之间设置有多个出风口,本克服了现有电机轴承因散热不好影响轴承寿命的技术问题,本发明控制了轴承的温升,提高了轴承的使用寿命,也提高了电机的可靠性和稳定性,结构十分简单。

本发明涉及一种电机轴承冷却装置。
背景技术
发电机一般采用内风扇对绕组进行冷却,而对轴承冷却是采用端盖上加散热筋去实现。这样能够对轴承起到散热作用,但是散热效果不是很好,相对来说,轴承温升还是比较高,从而影响到轴承的使用寿命,从现在维修过的发电机来看,绝大部分都是由于轴承的散热不是很好,造成轴承在高温下长时间工作,而将轴承烧掉。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电机轴承冷却装置,能够起到很好的冷却效果,从而克服了现有电机轴承因散热不好影响轴承寿命的技术问题。
本发明的技术解决方案为:一种电机轴承冷却装置,其特殊处在于:其包括外风扇3和外风扇罩4,所述外风扇3设置在轴承外盖5的外侧且同轴固连在电机轴1上;所述外风扇罩4为固定在轴承外盖5上的轴对称盘式结构,所述外风扇3设置在外风扇罩4和轴承盖5之间,所述外风扇罩4的端面靠近电机轴1处设置有多个进风口2,其侧面与轴承外盖5之间设置有多个出风口6。
本发明的优点:本发明在电机轴上增加外置风扇,将外界的冷风从外风扇的进风口吸入,直接吹到轴承外盖上,吸进的冷风将轴承外盖上的热量带走,对轴承的冷却效果明显;同时由于增加了外置风扇,使得电机端盖周围的空气流动加快,这样就会使带散热筋的端盖上的热量容易被带走,从而很好的控制了轴承的温升,提高了轴承的使用寿命,也提高了电机的可靠性和稳定性。另外,本发明电机仅通过增加外置风扇和外风扇罩就能够很好的解决轴承冷却问题,结构十分简单。

具体实施方式
参见图1本发明是在发电机上增加了一套外置风扇装置。外置风扇装置由外风扇、外风扇罩等组成。外风扇3设置在轴承外盖5的外侧且同轴固连在电机轴1上;外风扇罩4为固定在轴承外盖5上的轴对称盘式结构,外风扇3设置在外风扇罩4和轴承外盖5之间,外风扇罩4的端面靠近电机轴1处设置有进风口5,其侧面与轴承外端盖5之间设置有出风口6,出风口6为外风扇罩4的侧面与轴承外端盖5之间的间隙。
外风扇将外界的冷风通过外风扇罩的进风口吸入,直接吹到轴承外 盖上,吸进的冷风将轴承外盖上的热量从外风扇罩于轴承外盖的间隙中带出。而对于电机端盖来说,外风扇也增加了其周围空气的对流,也使得电机端盖上的热量能够很好的被带走。

1.一种电机轴承冷却装置,其特征在于:其包括外风扇(3)和外风扇罩(4),所述外风扇(3)设置在轴承外盖(5)的外侧且同轴固连在电机轴(1)上;所述外风扇罩(4)为固定在轴承外盖(5)上的轴对称盘式结构,所述外风扇(3)设置在外风扇罩(4)和轴承外盖(5)之间,所述外风扇罩(4)的端面靠近电机轴(1)处设置有多个进风口(2),其侧面与轴承外盖(5)之间设置有多个出风口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机轴承冷却装置,其特征在于:所述出风口(6)为外风扇罩(4)的侧面与轴承外盖(5)之间的间隙。
