The left and right adjusting seat is composed of two left and right adjusting guide rails 10 which are arranged in parallel from front to back, left and right guide grooves which extend leftwards and rightwards are arranged on the left and right adjusting guide rails 10, and the front end and the rear end of the base 1 are correspondingly connected with the two left and right adjusting guide rails 10 through bolts arranged in the left and right guide grooves respectively.
The front-back adjusting seat is fixedly connected with the oil pumping machine base and consists of two front-back adjusting guide rails 11 which are arranged in parallel left and right, front-back guide grooves which extend in the front-back direction are formed in the front-back adjusting guide rails 11, and the left ends and the right ends of the left-right adjusting guide rails 10 are correspondingly connected with the two front-back adjusting guide rails 11 through bolts arranged in the front-back guide grooves respectively.
The embodiment also provides an adjusting method for adjusting the belt tension by using the motor belt tension adjusting device of the oil pumping unit, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Installation tightness adjusting device and oil pumping machine motor
(1-1) two front and rear adjusting guide rails of the front and rear adjusting seat are respectively fixedly connected with the base of the oil pumping unit;
(1-2) the left and right ends of the two left and right adjusting guide rails are correspondingly connected with the two front and rear adjusting guide rails through bolts respectively;

(1-5) adjusting the position of the tightness adjusting device in the left-right direction through a bolt between the base and the left-right adjusting guide rail, so that the belt is aligned when the motor base is positioned at the leftmost limit position and the rightmost limit position;
(1-6) installing a belt, adjusting the tightness of the belt to be proper by using an tightness adjusting mechanism, and locking by using a locking mechanism;
(2) Belt tightness adjustment
(2-1) empirically observing or stopping the test belt for tightness while the pumping unit is operating;
(2-2) loosening the bolt of the locking mechanism, rotating the anti-rotation nut to separate the anti-rotation nut from the anti-rotation sleeve, pulling the screw rod of the tightness adjusting mechanism (upwards or downwards) to drive the motor base to move leftwards (loose belt) or rightwards (tight belt) until the belt is tightly tightened, and then reversely rotating the anti-rotation nut to enable the end face of the motor base to be tightly attached to the anti-rotation sleeve, and locking the locking mechanism;
(3) Replacing the belt: and (3) stopping, taking the old belt off the motor of the pumping unit and the motor of the pumping unit, respectively installing two ends of a new frequency band on the motor of the pumping unit and the motor of the pumping unit, and then adjusting the tightness of the belt by using the method of the step (2).
The invention has the following advantages:

(4) Improving the oil well yield: the tension of the adhesive tape is timely adjusted, the phenomenon of reduction of the stroke frequency caused by lost rotation is effectively reduced, the adhesive tape is adjusted and replaced without stopping, the time is shortened, the frequency is reduced, the running time of the oil pumping unit is effectively prolonged, and therefore the yield of an oil well is improved.
(5) Ground efficiency of the pumping unit is improved: the adhesive tape is one of the links with lowest ground efficiency of the pumping unit, and the tightness of the adhesive tape is a main influencing factor of the adhesive tape efficiency. The working efficiency of the original oil pumping machine adhesive tape is always lower than 70%, and especially the efficiency is lower when the oil pumping machine is slipped in raining. After the device is used, the effective rate of the adhesive tape can be always kept above 80%.
