Abstract

一种设有电芯的插排,包括有插排;插排上设有电芯;电芯分别与按压开关、电路板相连;电芯通过升压DC模块与USB接口相连;将220V电流通过插排,经电路板保护控制充入电芯,电芯充满后,可在紧急情况下,打开按压开关,对小型电子设备充电;解决应急情况下的用电问题;具有结构简单、成本低的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插排,特别涉及一种设有电芯的插排。
背景技术
在生活中,人们有时会遇到断电,刚好又需要一定的电量,为手机或者其他移动电子设备充电。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种,能在断电情况下,仍可提供一定的电量;具有结构简单、成本低的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种设有电芯的插排,包括有插排;插排上设有电芯;电芯分别与按压开关、电路板相连;电芯通过升压DC模块与USB接口相连。
所述的电路板包括有电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU和充电管理IC;所述电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU、充电管理IC按顺序依次串联连接。
所述按压开关控制电芯的放电。
所述电路板含有电源变压器将220v降到3.7v。
所述升压DC模块将3.7v升到5v。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明主要针对的是插排的创新设计,解决应急情况下插排的用电问题。本发明由于采用移动电源和充电器相结合的原理设计,增加了插排的功能性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
参见附图 1、2、一种设有电芯的插排,包括有插排1;插排1上设有电芯2;电芯2分别与按压开关3、电路板5相连;电芯2通过升压DC模块6与USB接口4相连。
所述的电路板5包括有电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU和充电管理IC;所述电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU、充电管理IC按顺序依次串联连接。所述按压开关控制电芯的放电。
所述电路板含有电源变压器将220v降到3.7v。
所述升压DC模块将3.7v升到5v。
本发明的工作原理是 : 将220V电流通过插排,经电路板保护控制充入电芯,电芯充满后,可在紧急情况下,打开按压开关3,对小型电子设备充电。

1.一种设有电芯的插排,包括有插排(1);其特征在于,插排(1)上设有电芯(2);电芯(2)分别与按压开关(3)、电路板(5)相连;电芯(2)通过升压DC模块(6)与USB接口(4)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有电芯的插排,其特征在于,所述的电路板(5)包括有电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU和充电管理IC;所述电源变压器、整流电路模块、滤波电路、稳压器、电路板MCU、充电管理IC按顺序依次串联连接。
